In the past, women were marginalized in social participation in the Korean culture. However, as the idea of gender equality is spread, rights of women have been enhanced, making them able to participate in society as a member equal to men. As more women want to become a police officer, competition is growing in picking up female police officers, with education and qualifications of applicants being enhanced accordingly. Until now, however, police officer’s uniform has been designed mainly for men, in less consideration of feminine design. Therefore, there is a need to develop a design for female police officers, which can help them sharpen their pride and dignity as a professional. Police officer’s uniform should be designed to strength pride as a profession internally, and show the nation’s standing as an advanced country in this globalization era, Korean traditional symbolic image, and friendly and serving image externally; namely, the design should incorporate the Korean traditional elements into modern tastes to fit for global universality. The study is expected to make a contribution to strengthen pride and dignity of local female police officers and have a positive effect on various areas of modern fashion, by means of interest in and in-depth research on the tradition. 과거 우리나라의 문화는 사회참여에 있어서 여성을 소외시켜왔다. 그러나 오늘날은 양성평등 사상의 확산으로 여성의 사회적 여권이 신장되고 사회의 구성원으로서 남성과 동등한 사회참여를 가능하게하고 있다. 특히, 여성들의 경찰에 대한 선호도가 급증하여 여자경찰 공채 경쟁률이 증가하는 동시에 학력수준과 자질역시 향상되고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 경찰복은 남성위주의 디자인에 맞춰져 상대적으로 여성적인 디자인은 고려되지 않아 왔다. 따라서 여자경찰복도 전문 직업여성으로서의 자긍심과 품위를 고취할 수 있는 디자인이 개발 될 필요성이 있다. 경찰제복은 대내적으로 직업에 대한 자긍심을 고취시키고 대외적으로는 국제화 시대에 선진국가의 위상과 한국의 고유한 상징적 이미지와 친근하고 봉사적인 이미지를 나타내는 동시에 한국의 전통적인 요소를 국제적 보편성에 맞는 현대적인 감각으로 디자인되어야 한다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 국내여자경찰의 자긍심과 품위를 고취할 수 있을 것으로 기대하며 전통에 대한 관심과 심도 있는 연구를 통해 현대 패션의 다방면에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.

본 연구의 목적은 국제금융시장에서 활발히 활용되고 있는 이색옵션(Exotic option)의 한 종류인 Window옵션의 가격결정모형을 제시하고 분석하는 데 있다. Window 옵션이란 만기이전 특정일에 기초자산의 가격이 계약시에 결정된 범위(Window)내에 있을 때 옵션이 유효하게 되는 옵션을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 폐쇄형가격결정모형에 의해 산출된 값을 이항가격결정모형에 의하여 산출된 값과 비교하여 수렴되는지를 살펴보았다. 그리고 이자율, 변동성, Window위치, Window 크기와 같은 주요 가격결정요소들이 Window옵션의 가격에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 나아가 표준 Window옵션의 기본 성격을 변화시킨 확장형 Window옵션과 만기연장형 Window옵션의 폐쇄형가격결정모형을 제시하였다.

산재근로자 멘토링의 직업적 의미 -멘토 활동을 중심으로-

This study collected data through in-depth interviews with seven industrial accident workers who worked as mentors in the industrial accident worker mentoring program and explored them through phenomenological research methods. The purpose of this study is to analyze the mentoring experience of industrial accident workers and to examine the meaning of occupation and to draw implications for vocational rehabilitation of industrial accident workers. The meaningful statements were extracted from the interview data and the mentor activity experience was analyzed through the theme and theme collection. As a result of the analysis, four theme vowels were classified in 22 semantic compositions and 8 themes: ‘Meeting with Another Me’, ‘Walk in someone’s shoes’, ‘Little Change’, and ‘Discovering Me as a Mentor’, and categorization was derived as ‘Rediscovery of Being in Sharing, Mentor’. Based on the results of the study, the nature of the occupational, psychological rehabilitation, and mentoring experience of industrial accident workers was discussed, and the necessity of qualification and role granting for industrial accident workers mentors, the necessity of job policy, and the institutional improvement of mentoring were suggested.This study has significance in that it expanded the subject of the study targeting industrial accident workers and explored the professional meaning of mentoring activities. 본 연구는 산재근로자 멘토링 프로그램에서 멘토로 활동 한 산재근로자 7명을 연구 참여자로 하여 심층 면담으로 자료를 수집하고 현상학적 연구 방법으로 탐색하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 산재근로자의 멘토 활동 경험을 분석하여 직업적 의미를 살펴보고 산재근로자의 직업재활을 위한 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 면담자료에서 의미 있는 진술을 추출하고, 주제와 주제모음을 통하여 멘토 활동 경험을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 22개의 의미구성과 8개의 주제에서 ‘또 다른 나와의 만남’, ‘역지사지’, ‘작은변화’, ‘멘토로서의 나를 발견’이라는 4개의 주제모음이 분류되었고, ‘나눔에서 찾아진 존재의 재발견, 멘토’라는 범주화를 도출하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 산재근로자의 직업적 측면, 심리재활 측면, 멘토 활동 경험에 대한 본질에 대하여 논의하고, 산재근로자 멘토에 대한 자격 및 역할부여의 필요성, 일자리 정책의 필요성, 멘토링에 대한 제도적 개선 내용을 제언하였다. 본 연구는 산재근로자를 대상으로 한 연구의 주제를 넓히고 멘토 활동에 대한 직업적 의미를 탐색하였다는 것에 의의가 있다.
