프랑스 방리유 문제와 이민자 통합정책 -차별과 배제의 공간정치-

Banlieue et la politique d`integration des immigres en France - politique spatiale de discrimination et d`exclusion - Ryu, Ji-seok · Jang, Se-yong [Abstract] Notre travail a pour but d`etudier, de fa?on critique, la caracteristique spatiale de la banlieue fran?aise avec le point de vue historique et philosophique. Les emeutes dans les banlieues en 2005 ont souleve les questions sur la politique de ville en general et ont remis en question la nature de cet espace d`inclusion et d`exclusion en raison de son effet profond sur le probleme de l`immigration et la politique multiculturelle. Avec cette perspective de base, nous explorons egalement l`arriere-plan philosophique et ideologique de la formation du mecanisme de discrimination et d`inegalite pour les immigres. Banlieue est la zone satellite autour de la ville metropolitaine, construite au cours de la modernisation et de l`urbanisation, en particulier dans le but d`ameliorer l`environnement residentiel des travailleurs et de la classe humble. Il est devenu un espace problematique des conflits sociaux complexes lies non seulement a la crise economique, l`augmentation du ch?mage, et l`afflux des travaileurs etrangers principalement des pays du Maghreb mais aussi a la montee du racisme et du xenophobie aggravee par la provocation de l`extr?me droite et la politique endurcie de la droite. Le soulevement des banlieues de 2005, commence dans les banlieues de Paris a choque la France et le monde. La discrimination et le racisme contre les immigres originaires du Maghreb produisent des conflits socio-culturelles graves en France, ou les valeurs republicaines d`egalite considerees comme primordiales et la politique d`integration a ete mis en place depuis longtemps. Maintenant France se situe au carrefour des politiques d`integration republicaines fondees sur le principe de laicite et du besoin du multiculturalisme plus souple. Les philosophes et les intellectuels tels que Ranciere, Balibar, Badiou, Rosenvallon ou Noiriel remarquent cette situation contradictoire et critiquent violemment l`ideologie de la securite et sa recuperation politique par la droite. Notre etude sur la banlieue en France donnera l`occasion de reflexions sur le multiculturalisme et l`elaboration des politiques relatives a la coexistence avec les immigres dans la societe mondialisee.

멕시코 오아하카(Oaxaca) 주 원주민의 남캘리포니아 이주와 트랜스로컬 연대

2006년 여름에서 가을까지 멕시코 오아하카 주 오아하카 시에서 벌어진 교사파업시에 미국 특히 LA로 이주한 가족 및 친척과 양국원주민전선(FIOB)을 비롯한 조직원들이 본향의 사회운동에 적극 참여했다. 그 배경에는 1993년 북미자유무역협정(NAFTA)의 발효로 멕시코 경제의 신자유주의화와 경제통합의 가속화가 초래한 경제위기에 내몰린 오아하카 주 중부산악계곡 원주민 사포텍(Zapotecos) 부족과 믹스텍(Mixtecos) 부족 공동체 구성원들이 불법 월경 이주를 거쳐 남캘리포니아 특히 LA와 샌 디에고 인근에 정착하여 통칭 ‘히스패닉 아메리칸 인디언"으로 불리는 현실이 작용한다. 이들은 출신지역과 종족적 정체성에 바탕을 두고 위성공동체를 형성하여 본향 공동체와과 사회경제는 물론 정치문화적 연결망을 유지하고 순환이동하며 본향의 로컬거버넌스와 정치문화에 큰 영향을 끼치고 있다. 필자는 이들이 멕시코의 주류국민 메스티소와 같은 초국가적(transnational) 층위의 정체성을 일정하게 인정한다. 그러나 동시에 위성공동체와 본향공동체가 문화의 혼종화와 ‘정치문화적 정보와 교통과 참여행동의 연결망’ 공간을 형성하고 양국간 조직을 통하여 원주민 종족성을 확장하는 현실에 주목한다. 특히 원주민 공동체의 관습법에 따라서 본향의 로컬거버넌스에 제3공간 구성원으로 참여하여 본향의 로컬리티를 재구성하고 이중국적 개념의 발전을 자극한 것을 트랜스로컬(translocal) 이주 현상으로 재평가를 시도한다.

스포츠 자신감 개념 구조 탐색: 투기종목 선수를 대상으로

본 연구는 우리나라의 문화와 현상에 맞는 스포츠 자신감 수준을 측정하는 척도 개발을 위한 일차적 연구로서, 투 기종목 선수들의 자신감 개념을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 대학, 실업팀에 소속 된 투기종목(태권도, 유도, 복싱, 레슬링) 선수를 대상으로 총 791명(반 구조화된 개방형질문 127명, 탐색적 요인분석 297명, 확인적 요인분석 367명)을 비확률 표집방법(nonprobability sampling) 중 목적적 표집방법(purposive sampling)으로 선정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 이후 수집된 자료의 분석은 PASW 18.0 Version Program을 이용하여 개방형 질문 답변을 원자료, 세부영역, 일반영역으로 분류하기 위해 빈도분석(frequency analysis)과 요인구조 탐색을 위해 탐색적 요인분석(ML, Oblimin) 및 신뢰도(reliability analysis)분석을 수행하였으며, 요인구조 확정을 위해 Lisrel 8.5 Version Program을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 과정을 거쳐 도출된 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 투기종목 선수들은 자신감을 투지, 긍지, 신체능력, 침착함 등으로 표상하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘 째, 투기종목 선수들은 투지, 긍지, 침착함, 신체준비가 완벽한 상태를 자신감이 있는 상태로 표상하는 것으로 나타났 다. 셋째, 투기종목 선수들은 부정정서, 압박감, 신체준비가 부족한 상태를 자신감이 없는 상태로 표상하는 것으로 나 타났다. 넷째, 투기종목 스포츠 자신감은 투지, 여유, 압박감, 신체준비 요인으로 구성되는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 스포츠 자신감을 구성하는 투지, 여유, 압박감, 신체준비 요인은 구조적으로 적합한 것으로 나타났다. The theories from other countries are somewhat limited to apply for our academic field because of cultural differences, so researchers` opinions are coincided with the point that researches need to be appropriate for our sports circumstances. This study aimed to develop scales to evaluate for sport confidence level which is fitted into our cultures and status as preceding research, and consequently the purpose of the study is to investigate confidence notion of our Competitive sports players. The total 791 data were collected from Taekwondo, Judo, Boxing and Wrestling players in colleges, and business teams(semi-structuralized open-ended questions 127 people, exploratory factor analysis 297 people, confirmatory factor analysis 367 people) with purposive sampling method, and the results are shown below. First, the players presented confidence as Persistence, Pride, Physical prime, and Calm. Secondly, the players presented status of having confidence as Persistence, Pride, Calm, perfect condition of Physical prime. Third, the players presented status of not having confidence as Negative Emotion, Hesitation, deficient condition of Physical prime. Fourth, sport confidence of Competitive sports consisted of Persistence, Calm, Hesitation, and Physical prime factors. Finally, the factors, Persistence, Calm, Hesitation and Physical prime, which are the components of sport confidence, are structurally appropriate.

공간과 이동성, 이동성의 연결망

정주와 운동이 전지구적 미시구조에서 중층적으로 반복되고 교차되면서 운동의 복잡한 힘이 추동, 억압 혹은 생산되는 계기를 탐색하는 이동성 관련 문화연구, 이주와 디아스포라, 과학기술, 관광과 순례, 물류운송, 심지어 추방과 망명 연구 등 ‘이동성 패러다임’이 전지구화 시대 지식 체계를 표상하는 중요한 부호가 되었다. 이제 인간과 사물과 정보의 이동성은 현대 세계를 지탱하는 토대이며 인간 삶의 본질적 현상 가운데 하나로 손꼽힌다. 이 연구는 이동성의 현상을 구성하는 물질성의 사회적 관계를 기호학적으로 전제하고, 이동행위자가 창조적으로 형성하고 유지하는 리좀(rhizome) 형식의 시공간 연결망이 복합적으로 작용하는 장소와 공간의 로컬리티에 주목한다. 그리고 이를 설명하는 방법론으로서 인간(사회)과 비-인간(물질)을 통합적으로 이해하며 과학적 지식 형성에서 문화적 공간의 역할을 강조한 브뤼노 라투르의 ‘행위자-연결망 이론’을 원용하여 ‘이동성의 공간과 로컬리티’ 연구에 전유가능성을 시론 한다. 이동의 시공간성, 운송수단 기술공학, 이동성의 사회적 관계망, 이동의 권리와 이동의 위험, 비이동성과 사회적 배제 등은 이동성과 로컬리티 생성의 패러다임을 구성하는 대표적인 내용이다. 이러한 요소들이 이동성 행위자의 ‘번역’과 ‘실천’을 통해서 잡종적인 사회 현상을 만들어내는 과정을 설명할 가능성을 탐색하는데 본 연구의 목표가 있다. This article focused on the mobility which is not only an old theme of historiography but also in recently attracted much interest as a new knowledge paradigm. And this tried to explain heterological mobility phenomena which are operated by several means of transports matter and of course human, and which are studyed now several aspects of it by Lancaster School as John Urry et al.. Interests on such mobility paradigm are represented by transports as such bike, automobile, locomotive or airplane as carriers are related to searching for complicated working process with human. In mobility paradigm our concerns are on intersection of multilayerd complex realm. Mobility reiterated on localized micro-structure and happened between globalized sedentarism and mobility. For explaining these phenomena my concerns are on Actor-Network Theory of Bruno Latour that would be useful to making of human knowledge include scientific knowledge in the cultural space. My main concern is to appropriate Actor-Network Theory to explain continually changing the phenomenon especially human mobility such subjects of migration, tourism, travel, philgrimage, logistics mobility etc. I think this several social issues which are arosed under the mobility paradigm are could be interpreted in terms of the through concept of ‘negotiation’, ‘translation’ ‘intermediary’ and ‘practice’ in Actor-Network Theory. Then Actor-Network Theory provide new horizons to mobility paradigm by understanding the stance of space of mobility, so it would contribute to the Locality studies. Actor-Network Theory supposes that in the actor-network space a social relation is represented as a semiotic and a material not as a priori reality but as a products of negotiation and translation. So our notification on place and space which plays rhizomic hybrid time-space network is raised under system complexity which maintained creativity by agencies. And the result in hybrid products of intermediary will appear in ordinary life practice of heterological agencies.

태권도 지도자의 서번트 리더십과 스포츠 자신감의 관계에서 운동 몰입의 매개효과

This study was processed for verification of the effect of Servant Leadership on sport confidence in taekwondo Coaches and investigation of mediating effect on exercise commitment. The data were collected in the high school 502 players with purposive sampling of nonprobability sampling. The collected data were analysed with SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 for confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and structure equation analysis. First of all, Servant Leadership of the players had positive effect on sport confidence. Secondly, Servant Leadership of the players had positive effect on exercise commitment, and exercise commitment had positively affect sport confidence. Lastly, exercise commitment of the players partial mediated the relationship between Servant Leadership and sport confidence.
