어머니의 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향: 가족건강성의 매개효과

본 연구는 경기 지역의 유치원 5세 유아를 둔 어머니 374명 대상으로 어머니의 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향과 이들 간의 관계에서 가족건강성의 매개효과에 대해서 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어머니의 정서표현성, 유아의 사회적 유능감, 가족건강성 간의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 정서표현성의 하위 요인인 긍정적 정서표현성과 사회적 유능감의 정서조절, 정서성, 또래관계 기술, 사회적 규범이해와 정적상관관계가 나타났다. 부정적 정서표현성과 사회적 유능감의 정서조절, 정서성, 또래관계기술, 사회적 규범이해과 부적상관관계가 나타났다. 사회적 유능감과 가족건강성과의 관계를 살펴본 결과 하위요인 간 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 정서표현성과 가족건강성과의 관계에서는 긍정적 정서표현성과는 정적 상관관계, 부정적 정서표현성과는 부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 어머니의 긍정적 정서표현성, 부정적 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어머니의 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향에서 가족건강성의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 가족건강성이 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 해석할 수 있었다. 가족건강성의 매개효과 검증 결과에서도 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. This study examined the effect of the mother’s emotional expression on the young children’s social competence and the mediating effect of family strength in the relationship between 374 mothers with kindergarten 5-year-old infants in Gyeonggi Province. The research results are as follows. First, as a result of examining the correlation between mother’s emotional expression, young children’s social competence, and family strength, positive emotional expression and social competence and emotional regulation, emotionality, peer relationship skills, and social norm understanding were found. There were negative emotional expression and negative correlation between social competence and emotional regulation, emotionality, peer relationship skills, and social norm understanding. As a result of examining the relationship between social competence and family health performance, there was a positive correlation between sub-factors. In the relationship between emotional expression and family health, there was a positive correlation with positive emotional expression performance and a negative correlation with negative emotional expression performance. Second, the mother’s positive emotional expression and negative emotional expression were found to be factors influencing the child's social competence. Third, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of family strength on the effect of mother’s emotional expression on infants’ social competence, it could be interpreted that family strength has a partial mediating effect. The results of verifying the mediating effect of family strength were also found to be statistically significant.

Backgrounds: Multidisciplinary approaches including surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy are currently being performed to target various cancers in Western Medicine. However, some cancers still remain difficult to battle, which has long attracted many scientists for the discovery of new agents to fight cancers. Ginseng is one of the herbs used in Oriental Medicine including Korea, China and Japan. We have further investigated ginseng for its anticancer effect. Objective: This is a comprehensive review summary of anticancer effect of ginseng and ginsenoids as a possible agent for future cancer treatment. Methods: Data were retrieved from two web sites; www.pubmed.com and www.riss.kr, and authorized texts concerning anticancer effects of ginseng. From collected data, information on anticancer effect of ginseng was thoroughly sorted, restructured, then assessed. Results: Panax Ginseng C.A. Meyer belongs to Araliaceae Panax family, a perennial prairie plant with its root known as Ginseng Radix. Ginseng induces anticancer effect through cell cycle arrest, acceleration of apoptosis, anti-angiogenesis, and suppression of metastasis. Anticancer effect of ginseng may he due to single compound or multi-compound actions. Many studies report involvement of immune mechanisms of cytokines, Natural Killer (NK) cells, macrophages and some antibodies in enhancing anticancer effect of ginseng. In near future, possibility of applying these mechanisms into clinical trials is convinced. There were some important findings on saponin in ginsenoids in reviewing for this article; First, eradication of metastatic tumors were influenced by macrophage activation. Second, suppression of malignant melanoma cell metastasis to lung were induced by macrophage and NK cell activation in spleen with red ginseng acidic polysaccharide (RGAP). Third, final metabolites of M1, M4 had exerted anticancer effect of ginseng. Conclusion: Unknown anticancer mechanisms of ginseng have been studied for many years up until now. Ginseng is comprised of multiple bio-chemical compounds that create complex pharmaceutical interactions. Therefore, for its proper usage and safe prescription, studies on different types of ginseng and patients` susceptibility to ginseng according to their constitution and stages of the disease should be further pursued. More efforts are needed to understand the anticancer mechanisms of ginseng as well.

한국전쟁 이전 소련군 교범을 활용한 북한군 전투훈련 과정 연구

The purpose of this paper is to analyze how the Soviet Field Manual was adopted and reflected in the combat training manual of North Korean Peoples Army. This combat training was divided into two parts: ‘Military Science"(strategy and operation) and ‘Military Technique"(tactics). When NKPA was established(1945~1950), ‘The Field Regulation" was taken as NKPA"s main manual in the aspect of ‘Military Science" which emphasized cooperation and mobility during warfare. Moving on,‘The Infantry Combat Regulation" which was included in the ‘The Field Regulation" was chosen as the standard manual for NKPA infantry in the aspect of ‘Military Technique". It is possible to confirm that it was created based on the Soviet Union"s manual from related documents like RG242 NARA as well. From this, soldiers of NKPA could be trained well and this led to the outbreak of the war on the 38th Parallel. As for the positive results for North Korea, Kim Il Sung gained confidence on his military power which had clear superiority over that of ROK Army. Later, the training based on the manual strengthened NKPA and contributed to success in the early part of the Korean War. Then, Kim stressed the importance of following this manual continuously and included ‘The Infantry Combat Regulation" in it. Even though North Korea accepted the truce negotiation later, the process mentioned above continued to reflect the Soviet Union’s manual in the modern military training of NPKA today.

특별기고(特別寄稿) : 부모-자녀간의 의사소통, 또래관계가 청소년의 인터넷 문화에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 부모자녀간의 의사소통, 또래관계가 청소년의 인터넷 문화에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대전광역시에 소재한 2개 중학생 238명과 2개 고등학교 216명을 대상으로 하였으며, 회수된 447부의 설문지 중 응답이 누락되었거나 불성실하게 작성한 47부를 제외한 총 400(중학생 208명, 고등학생 192)부를 가지고 SPSS WIN 18.0을 이용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모자녀간의 의사소통, 또래관계, 인터넷 문화간의 관계를 살펴보면, 부모자녀간의 의사소통과 인터넷 문화의 하위변인 중 아버지 개방형은 일상생활장애, 현실구분장애, 금단, 일탈행동, 내성, 어머니 개방형은 일상생활장애, 현실구분장애, 일탈행동, 내성, 어머니 문제형은 일상생활장애, 현실구분장애를 제외하고는 모든 하위변인들 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중다회귀분석 결과에 따르면, 인터넷 중독을 가장 잘 설명해 주는 변인으로 교제의 지속성, 아버지 문제형, 친구와의 신뢰도로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 청소년들의 인터넷 문화를 예측하는데 있어서 주요변수가 교제의 지속성에 있었기 때문에 또래관계 척도의 하위변수인 교제의 지속성와 인터넷 문화와의 관계에 대해 보다 심층적인 연구와 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to validate the effect of parent- child communication and peer relationship on adolescents Internet addiction. To achieve this goal, the survey was conducted targeting 234 students at two junior high schools and 216 students at two high schools located in Daejeon. 447 questionnaires were collected but 47 questionnaires containing missing and unfaithful answers were excluded. A total of 400 questionnaires(208 junior high school students, 192 high school students) was analyzed using SPSS WIN 18.0. Analysis results are as follows: First, upon examining the relationships among the parent-child communications, peer relationship and Internet addiction, father open mind type which is sub variable of parent-child communications and Internet addiction showed statistically significantly negative correlation between all sub variables except disturbance of daily living, disturbance of reality testing, withdrawal, deviate behavior and tolerance. Mother open mind type showed statistically significantly negative correlation between all sub variables except disturbance of daily living, disturbance of reality testing, deviate behavior and tolerance. Mother problem type showed statistically significantly negative correlation between all sub variables except disturbance of daily living and disturbance of reality testing. Second, according to the results from multiple regression analysis, it was shown that variables which explain Internet addiction very well were the duration of friendship, father problem type and reliability with friend. As a result, since the main variable to predict the adolescents Internet addiction is duration of friendship, we would like to present the necessity to conduct more in-depth study about relationship between duration of friendship which is the sub variable of scale for peer relationship and Internet addiction and to develop the program.
