Muscular strength is assessed by measuring the force exerted on an external object by muscle group. Since there are four flexor muscles at elbow, elbow flexion depends on muscle`s coactivation. The objective of this study is to investigate the changes of the role assigned to each muscle for three elbow angles and four exertion level.It should be noted that an EMG multiplexor is developed and bioelectric signals of four elbow flexors have been simultaneously measured. The results showed that the recruitment of biceps brachii is relatively constant but those of other muscles are varied depending on elbow angles and exertion levels.
모바일 환경에서 조선소 패널공정의 생산실행시스템의 개념설계

조선소 공장에서 실시되고 있는 상위 생산정보의 하향식 전달방식에서 벗어나 상위 생산정보와 하위 생산정보의 쌍방향 융합을 통한 작업 생산성 향상, 작업자의 안전관리 향상, 조선소의 물류비용 절감을 위해, 스마트조선소의 구축을 목표로, 시간과 공간에 제약을 받지 않는 조선생산실행업무가 가능하도록 하는 스마트워크 기반 조선생산실행시스템의 개념설계를 제안한다. 스마트 조선생산실행시스템의 기능과 주요 특징, 주요 구성요소를 정의하고 조선생산실행시스템이 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않도록 무선 메쉬망과 Application 가상화 시스템의 구축을 통해 모바일 환경을 지원하게 되도록 시스템 아키텍쳐가 구성된다. 현재는 모바일 환경에서 조선소 패널공정의 스마트 생산실행시스템에 대한 설계가 진행 중에 있으며, 설계를 완료하고 사례 시스템의 시제품 구현을 진행하면서 시스템의 기능 및 아키텍쳐를 검증하고 스마트 조선생산실행시스템을 전사적으로 확장해야 할 것이다.

Automation and mechanization of work make people put the machine into operation and watch the state of operations. In the process of those works, they are apt to have accidents caused by their carelessness. To reduce such accidents, we can practise TOUCH and CALL, which is to indicate and ascertain the dangerous parts at every process before performing works. The objectives of this study are to show quantitatively the efficiency of TOUCH & CALL and to examine the effects of S-R compatibility. The results show that reaction time is longer(0.138-0.279sec.) in case of indicating with fingers and shouting than that of responding only visually. On the other hand, the error rate decreases by 3. 3 times -7times. From this, it is considered to verify quantitative estimation on multiple feedback of TOUCH & CALL.

Due to the work characteristics of shipyard industry, subcontractors are essential and employees of them consist of 25% of the total employee. Problems of their safety management are as follows; - obscurity of safety management responsibility - flimsiness of subcontractor's safety awareness - absence of ability to develop safety techniques and to provide safety equipments - lack of opportunity of safety education The purpose of this study is modelling safety management system of shipyard industry subcontractors to reduce industrial accidents by employees of subcontractors. A phased model contained organization and work responsibility of related departments, safety management planning and evaluation system, safe work supporting system, safety education supporting system.
자율 안전 관리 정착을 위한 HPMA System 에 관한 연구

The aim of this study is that HPMA(Hazard Potentials in My Areas) System is to present for establishment of the voluntary safety management on industrial region. HPMA System itself means that manager, supurvisor and worker on process-line find out the hazardous and/or unsafe potentials from their work. places and make the plan of improvement by means of mutual communication with top manager and the department of safety staff, eventually put in the practice. In case that it takes the longer time to improve hazard potentials and is impossible improvement by existing technique, appropriate check-list will be used by the worker himself on the identified production line. Form this system, therefore, it makes them to get more and more sensitivity to the hazards. In this study, we present the voluntary safety management system which is controlable systematically and in the final analysis the direction of safety management by computerization of HPMA System which is activated in their work places.

The purpose of this study is to analyze death injuries and operation troubles of urban transit. No difference was shown in death rates between Line 1 of Pusan urban transit and Line 5, 7, and 8 of Seoul metropolitan transit. And relief time by another train did not depend upon the number of crews. We concluded that thorough inspection and preventive maintenance of trains and facilities are necessary for safe and timely service of urban transit.
