한국불교문화의 특성과 제반 문제점들을 최근 사회발전과 변화에 수반되는 현상으로 보지 않고 사바세계의 내재적 문제점들로 인식하고 사바세계를 불국정토로 만들라고 하신 석가세존의 대자 대비한 부촉에 부응하여 변화하고 발전하여 온 불교문화들을 21세기 문화운동의 일환으로 고찰하고자 하였다. 순수문학과 대중문학의 경계를 허물어야 한다고 주장하는 포스트모더니즘에서 일어나고 있는 주요한 변화들을 간단히 개괄함으로써, 사바세계에 대한 불교 문화적 관점이 불교교리를 견강부회한 교리 중심적인 접근이 아니라 보다 합리적이고 다양한 관점에서 접근하였음을 밝히고자 하였다. 21세기 사회 변화발전이 사회전반에 걸쳐, 그리고 종교적으로 어떤 영향을 주었으며, 앞으로 불교문화 운동의 방향성 정립에 어떤 영향을 주었는지 고찰하고자 하였다. 불교문화가 21세기 사회의 특수상황뿐만 아니라 인류사적 측면에서 인간해방과 불국정토 구현이라는 인류 보편적 사상의 실천이었다는 점을 강조하고자 한다. 그런 측면에서 불교의 정신문화적 토양이 21세기 시대정신을 반영하는 문화로 더욱 빛을 발휘할 것이며 발전할 것이라는 점을 논하였다. This paper recognizes the various characteristics and problems arising in the Korean Buddhist culture as an intrinsic properties of the world of suffering(sabha) instead of a phenomena accompanying the recent social development and change. Sakyamuni Buddha gave a sermon to his disciples and followers to seek a path building the Buddhist Elysium Elysium (Sukkavati). The Buddhist cultures, which were changed and developed in response to the requests of Sakyamuni Buddha, are considered as part of the 21st century cultural movement. By a brief overview of major changes in the postmodernism, which argues that the boundary of pure literature and popular literature should be broken, it is tried to elucidate that the Buddhist cultural perspectives of the world of suffering are not farfetched interpretation and religious approach, which distort the society phenomenon to religious doctrine of Buddhism, but more reasonable and diverse approach. This paper investigates how the 21st century social change and development have an influence on the whole society, specifically the religious world, and the establishment of future Buddhist cultural movement direction. Furthermore, it emphasizes the Buddhist culture gives a direction for not only the special situations of the 21st century society, but also by the universal values of human freedom and liberty and manifestation of the Buddhist Elysium. At this point, the fundamental mental culture soil of Buddhism will be shared and developed as the culture that reflects the zeitgeist of the 21st century.

The separation of glucose and fructose, which is very difficult because of their physico-chemical similarity, was attempted using a temperature cycling zone adsorption that does not need eluent in ion exchange chromatography. The separation of fructose was studied by heating ion exchange column to 5℃ and 50℃ alternately, using the fact that the adsorptive capacity of glucose to an ion exchange resin does not depend much on temperature while that of fructose is more sensitive to temperature. The separability was represented by the function of the period of temperature change and the flow rate of feed solution and it was maximal when the period of temperature change was twice as much as the residence time of the feed solution in the column. The separation factor decreased from 1.15 to 1.0 with the increase of feeding solution concentration from 1.5% to 5%. In order to reduce the temperature gradient within the column a bundle of small multicolumns were adopted to show the increase in the separability.
수정진동자 분석기 ( QCA ) 를 이용한 폴리피롤 박막의 산화 - 환원반응 해석

본 실험에서 QCA를 사용하여 NaClO₄, LiClO₄, KClO₄전해질 용액에서 전기중합한 폴리피롤 박막의 점탄성 특성을 in situ 분석하였다. 수정진동자를 특수 제작한 전기화학 분석셀에 넣어 수정진동자의 한쪽 전극을 작용전극으로 사용하였다. 공진주파수와 공진저항 상관도 (F-R)도를 이용하여 폴리피롤 박막의 점탄성을 해석하였고 AFM 사진과 비교 검토하였다. 피롤을 정전류에서 중합하여 피막한 수정진동자를 이용하여 순환전위주사하면서 공진주파수, 공진저항, 전류를 측정하여 폴리피롤 박막의 산화-환원 반응 거동을 분석하였다. 본 실험결과, 전기중합 초기에는 피롤 박막이 탄성적으로 거동하다가 중합되어 감에 따라 점차 점탄성막으로 변하여 감을 알 수 있었다. 동시에 박막 사이로 전해질 용액이 침투됨에 따라 박막의 두께가 증가하면서 표면 형상도 변화하였다. 이와 같은 현상은 중합할 때의 전해질과 전위 주사할 때의 전해질 용액을 변화시키면서 순환전위주사하여도 발생하였다. In this work, the in-situ viscoelastic characteristics of electropolymerized polypyrrole (Ppy) thin film were investigated in the electrolyte solutions of NaClO₄, LiClO₄, and KClO₄ by using quartz crystal analyzer (QCA). One side of quartz crystal was used as a working electrode mounted in a special fabricated QCA electrochemical cell. The resonant frequency and resonant resistance diagram (F-R diagram) was used to interpret the viscoelastic characteristics of Ppy thin film and compared with AFM photograph. The resonant frequency, resonant resistance, and current were measured to analyze the redox reaction behaviors when the cyclic voltammetry was performed using AT-cut quartz crystal electrode coated with galvanostatically polymerized Ppy film. The result suggests that the Ppy film polymerized onto the crystal behaves as a rigid elastic layer at the initial stage of electropolymerization, while the film becomes a viscoelastic layer the polymerization proceeds further. At the same time, the film thicknessincreasesand some morphological changes take place due to the penetration of electrolyte solution into the film. These phenomena take place when cyclic voltammetry was performed using different electrolyte solution compared with polymerization process.
Q.C.A. 에 의한 폴리피롤 전기중합막의 동특성 분석

The mechanism of electrochemical polymerization of polypyrrole was analyzed using Q.C.A. via measuring the resonant frequency and resonant resistance of AT-cut quartz crystal, whose electrodes were fabricated with indium tin oxide by sputtering method. The quantity of polymerized polypyrrole was able to be calculated from the resonant frequency and the viscoelasticity of polypyrrole film from resonant resistance. We found that the elastic film is formed at the first stage of the polymerization, but transformed to viscoelastic film later and that this transition repeated at some point. From these results, it was confirmed that the rheological characteristics of electrochemically polymerized polypyrrole thin film can be analyzed using Q.C.A.
