This experiment was conducted to select superior local strains and obtain fundamental datas on the breeding of job’s tears. Five job’s tears local strains collected and first selected were applied in the trial. The following results were obtained from the trial. The leaf sheath was light brown, the leaf blade was green and the stigmatic color was white in Jangseong, Wando, Kimje and Gangjin local strains, but in only Hwasun local strain, the leaf sheath was reddish brown, the leaf blade was brown and the stigmatic color was red. Gangjin local strain, the most early maturing, was on July 1 and August 31 in heading and maturing date, and Jangseong local strain, the latest maturing, was on July 17 and Sept. 28, respectively. Jangseong local strain was the longest and thickest as 173cm and 10.2mm in culm length and stem diameter, but Gangjin local strain was 157cm and 9mm, respectively. Jangseong local strain had the heariest 100 grain weight as 37.4g, while Wando local the most effective tillers as 6.1, but Gangjin local strain had the least tiller as 4.6. Gangjin local strain had the heaviest 100 grain weight as 37.4g, Wando local strain had the lightest as 10.2g. In milling ratio, Jangseong local strain was highest to 70.5%, but Gangjin local strain was lowest to 29.4%, In C. protein content, Hwasun local strain was the largest to 17.4%. In milled grain yield, Jangseong local strain was highest as 423kg per 10a, but Gangjin local strain was lightest as 168kg per 10a. Milled grain yield showed negative correlation with 100 grain weight and positive correlation with another characters excepting C. protein(%). Jangseong local strain was thought to be the most proper strain in the southern part, as this strain was comparatively long culm and late maturation, but stem diameter was thick, so it was strong enough not to lodge and it was possible to harvest in about late Sept., and it was multitiller, high in milling ratio and high yielding.

After the basal segment 0.5cm of the first leaf of wheat (Triticum aestivum L. cv. Cho-Kwang) was cultured on MS medium supplemented with 2,4-D 2mg/ℓ, whether callus was originated from epidermal cells or from procambial cells and the division shape of it were also histologically observed. The division of procambial cells, the first sign of callus formation, was started actively and hypertrophied. after that, callus was originated as cells were gradually elaborated by active cell division, and epidermal cells had no effect to callus formation. The meristem of callus was located inside the surface of callus and the division shapes of callus were irregular such as spot shape, round shape, bar shape, heart shape, triangle shape and so on, and also irregular and degenerated cellular layers at the surface of callus were observed.

The effects of cultural period and 2,4-D concentration on chromosome number aberration of wheat(Triticum aestivum L. cv. Cho-Kwang) leaf-derived callus were studies. Chromosome numbers were varied form 7 to even more than 42. The longer cultural period and the higher 2,4-D concentration in the culture media, the further increased cells with changed chromosome numbers. Especially, a percentage of aneuploid cells was increased. The frequency of the cells with changed chromosome numbers was prone to increase by high mitotic index of callus in concentration range from 2,4-D 0.5mg/1 to 2,4-D 2mg/1, however, in 2,4-D 5mg/1, an increase in the frequency of cells with changed chromosome numbers and decrease in both fresh weight and mitotic index were observed respectively.

헬기의 급격한 기동은 연료탱크 내부연료의 출렁임 현상을 발생시키며 연료가 한쪽으로 쏠리는 경우에는 연료탱크 내부 구성품 및 장착부에 큰 하중을 가하게 된다. 이는 연료탱크의 손상(소재의 찢어짐 등) 및 내부 구성품 파손을 유발한다. 이는 항공기 조종사 및 승무원의 생존성 문제와 직결되는 사안으로써, 미 군사규격(MIL-DTL-27422D)에서는 Slosh & Vibration 인증시험을 통하여 연료탱크 및 내부 구성품 장착의 건전성을 검증하도록 규정하고 있다. 본 논문은 미 군사규격의 요구조건을 만족시키는 한국형 기동헬기 용으로 개발된 연료탱크의 Slosh & Vibration 시험설비 구축결과 및 연료탱크 Slosh & vibration 인증시험 결과를 제시한다. Slosh and vibration effects of fuel inside of fuel tank can be occurred due to the acceleration and flight speed during the rotorcraft flight. It can lead to the failure of internal fuel component and fuel tank skin can be damaged. This is directly related to human survival. Military specification (MIL-DTL-27422D) specifies that stability of aircraft fuel tank and internal component against slosh &vibration load shall be verified through the qualification test procedures. This report shows the establishment of slosh and vibration test facility and KUH fuel tank qualification test result.

Rapid turning and accelerated movement of a rotorcraft leads to the slosh and vibration effect of fuel in the fuel tank. Due to the slosh load, the internal component of a fuel tank can be broken and fuel tank skin can be damaged. This is directly related to human survivability. Military specification(MIL-DTL-27422D) requires the verification of the stability of aircraft fuel tank and internal component against slosh & vibration load through the qualification test. This report shows the establishment of slosh and vibration test facility and KUH fuel tank qualification test result.

ATPS(Automatic Transmission Position Sensor) is the position sensor of an automatic transmission which transforms the gear changes into the electrical signals and transmits them to TCU. This paper deals with an development of the sensor output signal analysis system for ATPS inspection using LabVIEW. The developed system is designed to carry easily, and it can be installed for inspection directly in a car fitted with an automatic transmission. The system can not only detect the output signals of the sensor but also inspect the sensor behavior under the running state of a car. For this, the system is designed to control the position and the speed of motor. Also, it has the database system for the systematic output data management and the convenient GUI for user.
