Papua New Guinea, birthplace of the South Pacific, is a natural nation which have potential of increasing crops output because it has optimum condition for crop growth as tropical rain forest climate under hot and humid climate. Farming village of Papua New Guinea want to produce crops for create income beyond the self-sufficiency. It needs the technological transfer such as irrigation facilities and understanding of agricultural weather condition for good crops production. In particular, it needs a improvement through pH, EC, ORP for make optimum soil condition and it need the standardization production and farm products what the consumer wants. Internationally technical cooperation is needed for agricultural development of Papua New Guinea and maintenance of international cooperation will help for economic development between the two countries. In particular, basic environment research for agricultural development of Papua New Guinea is expected to play a larger role of technical cooperation of agriculture.

Recently, flood damage has been increased annually by severe rain storm and Typhoon. In this case, it needs to the effective flood management using not only hydrologic data but also numerical map, DEM(Digital Elevation Model), satellite image and so on. At this point in time, therefore, applying mobile GIS technology is expected to increase efficiency about the management of hydraulic structures and can promote LBS(Location Based Service) service for residents. In this study, the flood management technology using mobile GIS is suggested by standing on the basis of a super-highway information network.

This study was conducted to determine the growth and properties of green soybean sprouts(Vigna umbellata Thunb.) in soil culture. Patkong which is a small grain variety was sawn on electric heated hot bed in the greenhouse. Temperature of the culture bed were respectively 17, 20, 25, and 30℃ and water temperature were respectively 14, 17, 20 and 25℃. The kinds of soil used for this study were upland soil, sand, peatmoss and Pearlite, loess, loess and activated carbon. BA was treated in the concentrations of 240 times, 80 times, 40 times besides control. High temperature of 25 and 30℃ increased sprout yield compared to lower temperature but caused to decay from 7 days after sawing. Thus, the most optimum temperature for soil culture was 20℃. The best soil was sand of which increased fresh weight of 850g during same period. Addition of BA was most effective to promote sprout growth in the concentration of 80 times. Compared to general soybean sprouts, green soybean sprouts were 50% higher in fiber but 72% lower in glucide. Vitamin B was 200% higher in green soybean sprouts but vitamin C was higher in general soybean sprouts.
프로젝트 관리체계 기반 재난안전 R&D 성과관리 체계 구축

재난 · 안전 R&D는 현재 사업목표 및 성과달성을 위한 효과적인 운영 · 관리체계가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 재난안전분야 R&D 사업에 대한 실무적 차원의 성과관리 체계가 마련되어야 하고 이를 위해서는 성과관리 프로세스 수립을 위한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국제공인 프로젝트 관리 지식체계 지침서인 PMBOK(Project Management Body of Knowledge)에 제시된 프로젝트 관리체계를 도입하여 재난안전 R&D 성과관리 매트릭스를 정의하였고 업무프로세스 분석과 성과실적 검토를 통해 부처 내 R&D 성과관리체계의 취약부분을 도출하였다. 과학기술기본법, 재난 및 안전관리기본법 등 재난안전 R&D 관련 법에 명시된 성과관리 관련 업무를 바탕으로 5개 프로세스 그룹, 7개 성과관리 지식영역 및 47개 프로세스로 재난안전 R&D 성과관리 매트릭스를 구성하였고, 업무분석을 통해 성과확산 · 환류 지식영역 관련 프로세스가 현행 재난안전 R&D 성과관리 업무의 취약프로세스로 평가되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 업무 취약부분인 성과확산 · 환류 지식영역에 대해서 PMBOK에서 프로세스를 정의하는 방식과 동일하게 ITO(Inputs-Tool&Techniques-Outputs)를 정의하고 데이터 흐름도를 개발하여 재난안전 R&D 성과확산 및 환류를 위한 업무에 활용할 수 있도록 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제안한 재난안전분야 R&D 성과확산 관련 프로세스는 부처 내 R&D 성과확산 · 활용 업무 전문성을 확보하기 위한 기초자료로 활용되고 더 나아가 재난안전 R&D 사업을 통해 개발된 기술이 기술이전 및 기업 매출액 증대 등 사업화 성과의 확산을 위한 초석을 다지는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다. There is insufficient effective management systems to achieve project goalsin disaster and safety R&D. Therefore, to develop an R&D performance management system, this paper develops a R&D performance management matrix based on PMBOK to systematize a process and to enhance efficiency of performance management. Also, this paper identified vulnerable procedures in disaster management by analyzing related laws, work process and performance. Analysis results found that the performance management matrix in disaster management R&D consists of 5 process groups, 7 knowledge areas and 47 processes. Also, the performance of the diffusion knowledge process was evaluated as weak in the present management system. This study defined ITO and developed a data flow diagram for application to related work. The suggestions of this study include the related work to enhance R&D performance, contribute to improving diffusion of R&D performance, and enhance the utilization of developed technologies.
여성의 교회사역 참여에 대한 개방성과 관련한 오순절 운동의 함의 고찰

근대 오순절 운동은 하나님 나라의 사역에 있어서 여성의 역할을 인식하는데 크게 공헌을 했다. 필자는 본 논문에서 사역에 있어서 여성의 역할에 대한 신약의 이해를 연구하고, 이를 기반으로 근대 오순절 운동 안에서 여성의 사역적 측면에서의 역할을 드러내어, 이 이슈에 대한 오순절 운동의 긍정적 영향을 고찰하였다. The modern Pentecostal movement has greatly contributed to the recognition of the role of women for the ministry for the kingdom of God. This writer has studied the role of women in the ministry from the New Testament perspective; has, on the basis of this information, presented the role of women in the modern Pentecostal movement; and has studied the positive influence of the Pentecostal movement on this issue.
돈분액비의 시용시기가 녹비작물의 생육과 양분생산에 미치는 영향

In order to obtain the optimum application time of liquid pig manure (LPM) for growth and nutrient contents of green manure crops (GMCs), the growth and nutrient characteristics of GMCs were evaluated under different application times of LPM in pot experiment. GMCs were sown in Sept. 1, 2012. LPM was treated in soil surface at 15 days before sowing (15DBS), at 0 days after sowing (ASD) and at 25 days after sowing (25DAS). At 60 days after seeding, plant heights of barley and hairy vetch were higher in 15DBS treatment than those in other treatments. Biomass of barley was higher in the order of 15DBS (50.2g plant<sup>-1</sup>) > ASD (49.8g plant<sup>-1</sup>) > 25DAS (48.5g plant<sup>-1</sup>) > control treatment (37.5g plant<sup>-1</sup>). Biomass of hairy vetch in 15DBS treatment was higher than that in other treatments. Nutrient contents of barley and hairy vetch were not different regardless of LPM application times. On the other hand, the amounts of nutrients uptake in 15DBS treatment were higher than those in other treatments. Therefore, in considering growth status and nutrient contributions of GMC, the optimum application time of LPM was 15DBS.
