        교사의 자기 이해 및 학생 이해 방법에 대한 초등학교 교사의 인식 조사

        This study examined elementary school teacher`s perceptions on their understanding themselves as teachers and their ways of understanding their students, which would become base data for a future study on self-study. This study used a questionnaire to survey teacher`s acknowledgement of what constitutes good instruction, how they relates their personal history to their instruction, what they think of their lesson planning, and how they understand their students. 267 teachers answered questionnaire. As to the good instruction, merry atmosphere (85 teachers (294%) and abundance of interaction and communication (63 (21.8%)) were chosen as the most important aspects. The teachers answered also that they could have good instruction if they could find enough time to prepare for the lesson, which seemed difficult to most of them due to other duties loaded upon them. When they had problems with their lessons, advice from their colleagues was found to be the most common resource (95 teachers (35.7%)). As to their understanding of their students, students` prior learning (81 teachers (31.5%), levels of understanding difficult concepts (77 (30%)) were the most important things they had to look into. Strengthening teachers` competency should start from finding their professional identities and forming collegial cooperative relationships. Findings of this study expected to provide insights of where to focus in the subsequent self-studies.

        우즈베키스탄 유학생의 세계시민의식에 관한 탐색적 연구

        본 연구는 국내 우즈베키스탄 유학생들의 세계시민의식 수준을 살펴보고 그들의 세계시민의식에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국행동과학연구소가 개발한 세계시민의식 측정도구를 활용하여 국내 대학교에 재학 중인 우즈베키스탄 유학생 202명을 대상으로 2019년 10월 3주간 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과로는 첫째, 우즈베키스탄 유학생의 세계시민의식은 높은 편으로 나타났으며, 세계시민의식의 하위요인별 수준은 인지적 영역이 정의적 영역과 실천적 영역보다 모든 하위 영역에서 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 세계시민의식에 미치는 영향요인에 대한 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 우즈베키스탄 유학생의 세계시민의식에는 자원봉사활동, 해외여행경험과 제도신뢰가 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 국내 우즈베키스탄 유학생을 이해하는 데 기초자료를 제공하고, 향후 유학생을 대상으로 하는 세계시민교육 추진에 있어 논의할 부분을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the level of global citizenship among Uzbekistan students in Korea and to explore the factors that affect their global citizenship. For this purpose, 202 Uzbekistan students attending universities in Korea were surveyed with measurement tool developed by Korea Institute for Research in the Behavioral Sciences (KIRBS). The results show that Uzbekistan international students have a high level of global citizenship and the level of each sub-factor of global citizenship was higher in cognitive domain than in the affective domain and practical domain. The result of hierarchical regression analysis on the factors affecting global citizenship shows that experience of volunteer , overseas and institutional trust were significant factors effect on the level of global citizenship. These findings helped to understand Uzbekistan students in Korea and suggest areas to be discussed in promoting global citizenship education for international students.

        자녀가 재원한 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사의 양육 및 대인관계스트레스가 부모역할 및 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of parenting stress, interpersonal stress, parental role satisfaction, and job satisfaction of teachers who work in childcare centers where their child is attending. Methods: The subjects of this study are 166 teachers who work in daycare centers, where their child is attending, in the capital area. Collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 WIN and corelation analysis and multiple regression were performed. Results: First, parenting and interpersonal stress were negatively correlated with parental role satisfaction and job satisfaction. Second, burden and distress as a parent, the sub-factor of parenting stress and stress from parents, one of the sub-factors of inter-personal stress had negative effects on parental role satisfaction. Also, daily stress from parenting, the sub-factor of parenting stress and stress from the director and parents, the sub-factors of inter-personal stress had negative effects on the job satisfaction of teachers. Conclusion/Implications: If childcare teachers control their parenting stress, and the director and parents of childcare centers be more considerate, childcare teachers who work in the same daycare center with their child have higher level of the parental role satisfaction and job satisfaction of childcare teachers based on the results of this study.

        일반논문 : 수업모형의 친상황성에 대한 맥락주의적 해석

        수업모형은 일종의 처방이다. 따라서 수업모형은 수업과 관련한 다양한 수업상황을 고려해야 한다. 수업은 친상황성을 내포할 수 밖에 없다. 특히 생태학적 관점은 상황에 대한 개념적 정리를 돕는다. 맥락주의도 유사한 시사를 줄 수 있다. 특히 인간발달의 맥락주의는 변증법을 기반으로 수업상황의 원천 중 하나인 학생의 발달특성에 대한 고려가 교과발달이라는 형태를 통해 실현될 가능성을 제시함과 동시에 상황에 대한 재정의를 가능하게 한다. 맥락주의에 의하면 수업모형의 원천은 교과뿐만 아니라 학생, 교사, 지역사회, 시대적 배경 등 다양한 요소가 포함될 수 있으며 요소 간 교호적 관계가 고려되어야 한다. Teaching model is a king of precription. so, we should maker consideration on many situational factors related to instruction for planning teaching model. Ecological perspectives have many concepts on the instructional situation including subject knowledge, student, teacher, community, historical context. Contextualism on human development based on dialectics suggests many perspectives such as reciprocal interaction on the developmental characteristics of students. For establishing an ideal situation-oriented teaching model, we should design out teaching model in consideration of inner-biological, personal-psychological, socio-cultural, outer-physical dimensions and their reciprocal interactions in human and social development.

        한국 교사의 수업 문화 탐색

        본 연구는 크게 학교문화, 교사문화, 교직문화 등의 맥락에서 수업문화의 개념을 고찰하고 정량적 방법으로 수업문화를 추출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 예비조사에서 교사들로 하여금 수업과 관련한 제반 사건, 행동 등을 보고하게 하였고 그렇게 수집된 800여개 항목을 전문가 검토를 거쳐 284개의 문항으로 정리한 후, 이를 토대로 수업문화조사지를 구성하여 전국의 각급 학교교사들을 대상으로 수업문화의 실태를 조사하였다. 조사된 항목들의 평정평균을 이용하여 수업 에서 각 항목이 실현되는 정도를 비교하였으며 응답을 바탕으로 문화심리학에서 기저문화의 추출에 적용되는 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 학생중심수업,수업개선지원,평가활용수업, 학생동기화,수업관련 교사지원,교사 간 수업협력, 소극적 수업, 수업자료준비 등의 요인이 추출되었다. 아울러 이러한 요인이 기존에 제시된 수업문화요소와 비교되었으며 수업문화진단에의 적용을 포함한 연구결과의 활용방안이 제시되었다. In this study, we tried to find out the factors which construct the instructional culture shared by the teachers. The instructional culture assumed to be formed by the combination of various factors relating to classroom teaching. Survey questions were initially developed based on a preliminary study examining the views of Korean teachers on instructional planning, implementation practices, and assessment in terms of the difficulties encountered in classrooms and the factors that facilitated and hindered their instructional decision-making. A final version of the questionnaire was administered to a national sample of 680 Korean elementary, middle, and high school teachers. Exploratory Factor analyses revealed the eight factors such as ‘student-centered instruction,’ ‘support for instruction improvement,’ ‘utility of evaluation,’ ‘difficulties in students motivation,’ ‘support for teacher on instruction,’‘cooperation of fellow teachers,’ ‘passive teaching’ ‘preparation of class material’. The findings of this study have some implications for making educational decisions on how to plan and implement effective professional development leading to instructional reform and for diagnosing teacher's instructional culture in a relatively short time.

        맥락적 패러다임에 기반한 교호적 상호작용의 교육적 함의

        The purpose of this study is to explore the theoretical, practical, and educational implication of the reciprocal interaction between individual and environment based on the perspective of contextualism, which many developmental scientists have tried to identify. It was discussed that dialectics as the philosophical background of the reciprocal interaction made an fundamental effect on the foundation of contextualism. Several models which had tried to explain the interaction between parents and their children were reviewed and compared with the reciprocal interaction model. Conclusively it was argued that parents need to question who actually have an initiative in the interaction with their children. Similarly teachers would have to reflect their own behavior to check the effects 'of' their students as well as those 'on' their students.
