자동혈구계산기 SE-9000의 IMI channel과 HPC mode의 유용성 평가

Background SE-9000(Sysmex, Japan) automated cell counter provides an estimate of immature cells referred to as heamopoietic progenitor cells (HPC). The purpose of this study was the evaluation of the Heamatology Analyzer, SE-9000 IMI(lmmature cell information) channel, HPC mode. Method 140 peripheral blood stem cell collections were achieved from the stem cell collection room. The linearity and precision of HPC and 1M! count and the correlation of the HPC count and CD 34+ stem cell count in peripheral blood stem cell collections. Result : The linearities of 1M! and HPC for SE-9000 was r=0.9878 and r=0.9592 each. The cefficients of vareations for 1MI and HPC of SE-9000 were : for HPC(low), 114.2%; for HPC(medium), 37.9%; for HPC(lrigh), 17.9%; for IMI(low), 56.5%; for 1MI (medium), 21.9%; for 1MI (high) , 31.4% respedtively. 1MI and HPC count showed the positive correlation with CD 34+ stem cell count with the correlation coefficients of 0.6633. Conclusion π1e SE-9000 enables the easy and rapid determination of the IMI and HPC count. the 1M! and HPC count shows good correlation with CD 34+ stema cell count by ISHAGE guideline using Flowcytometry. Whereas CD 34+ stem cell count is expensive and examined for long time. The 1M! and HPC count of SE-9000 is clinically useful for monitoring the peripheral blood stem cell count.

The established structure at shore can be suffered by erosion. There is a solution in which ProTecTube can protect the erosion of shore. It is very innovative wedge/multi cell sand container and composed of two kinds of special material which is fiber composite that protects the damage made by wave floating matters. Furthermore, a grade design based on sandbank destroys gradual centrifugal upward wave force energy and in order to minimize the erosion, it influences on reducing the potentiality of wave reflection that occurs again at the shore.

This paper presents the state of geotextile-tube installation focusing on the construction of geotubes as a part of Incheon-Bridge Connection Road project. Based On the observations, it is advised that the quality control of geotextile is the one of the most important factor for sucessful construction and performance of geotubes. The concepts of design and construction stages of tube-installation are also presented. This paper aims to bring the interests of Korea Geosynthetic Society into geotube industry provided that the use of geotube is widely activiated in near future.

The geotextile tubes filled with dredged material have been used in dike and breakwater construction for a number of projects around the world, and their use in this field is growing very fast. The main problem in this technology, however, is lack of proper design criteria such as behavior of during and after construction. In this study, the self-weight consolidation tests and a hanging bag test(HBT) were performed to analyze the behavior and design parameter of geotextile tube.

본 논문에서는 1.5㎛ 파장대에서 감쇄기를 이용한 유사단 일광원을 이용하여 단일광자검출의 특성을 실험적으로 분석하였다. Gated Geiger 모드에서 APD를 동작 하여 열적 노이즈에 따른 양자효율을 측정하였다. 또한 APD를 이용하여 단일광자를 고속으로 검출시 문제가 되는 afterpulsing 노이즈의 온도별 특성을 분석하였다.

This paper shows the development of new manufacturing process for the sharp edge of a fish hook. This process provides more safe and clean working environment to workers. The modeling and shearing analysis of a fish hook are carried out by using Unigraphics and DEFORM 3D.
