비접촉 평판 디스플레이 이송장치에서 양력을 고려한 평판 디스플레이의 처짐 해석

Flat Panel Display(FPD) is widely used a video display terminals to consumer products of LCD and PDP. The contamination and damage were affected by using the previous contact conveyor's method. In this paper, it analyzes the FPD deflection to develop the non-contact FPD transfer process using lift force. Each conveyor's equipment is called a horizontal conveyor, vertical conveyor and robot pick-up equipment. As result of an analysis of FPD panel's deflection, a robot pick-up equipment has performed according to under the present conditions like panel's weight and loaded glass to move FPD panel from one place to other places properly. Results of the analysis showed 0.474 ㎜, 0.424 ㎜ and 1.237 ㎜. Those values are lower than a predicted optimum values : 2 ㎜ for both horizontal and vertical conveyers; 5 ㎜ for robot pick-up equipment. Therefore, those results verify each equipment have safety and reliability.
양자키분배를 위한 단일광자 생성 및 APD 기반의 저잡음 검출

본 논문에서는 1.5㎛ 파장대에서 감쇄기를 이용한 유사단 일광원을 이용하여 단일광자검출의 특성을 실험적으로 분석하였다. Gated Geiger 모드에서 APD를 동작 하여 열적 노이즈에 따른 양자효율을 측정하였다. 또한 APD를 이용하여 단일광자를 고속으로 검출시 문제가 되는 afterpulsing 노이즈의 온도별 특성을 분석하였다.

Singh`s Advanced Frequency Evaluation (SAFE) Diagram is a graph showing the combination of the impeller natural frequency, mode shape, the excitation frequency and the shape. It is one of the efficient methods used to evaluate the vibration of the impeller. In general, the SAFE diagram is created by analyzing tuned impeller where all the blades are symmetrical. However actual impeller has slight difference between each blade due to manufacturing tolerances. The asymmetry of blades gives a change in natural frequency and mode shape. In particular, changes in the mode shape have a significant impact on the reliability of the SAFE diagram. In this study, the limits of blade asymmetry applicable to SAFE Diagram of tuned impeller have been studied.
