A cam profile CNC grinding machine is developed for manufacture of high precision contoured cams. The developed machine is composed of the high precision spindle using boll bearings, the high stiffness box layer type bed and the three axis CNC controller with the high resolution AC servo motor. In this paper, structural and modal analysis for the developed machine is carried out to check the design criteria of the machine. The analysis is carried out by FEM simulation using the commercial software, CA TIA V5. The machine is modeled by placing proper shell and solid finite elements. And also, this paper presents the measurement system and experimental investigation on the modal analysis of a grinding machine. The weak part of the machine is found by the experimental evaluation. The results provide structure modification data for good dynamic behaviors. And safety of the machine was confirmed by the modal analysis of modified machine design. Finally, the cam profile grinding machine was successfully developed.

Cam mechanisms are one of the most popular devices for generating irregular motion and are widely used in many automatic equipments, such as textile machinery, internal combustion engines and other automatic devices. In order to obtain the positive motion of follower by rotating cam, its shape should be correctly designed and manufactured. In present paper, a CAD/CAM system is developed for shape design of disk cams using relative velocity method and NC code generation using the biarc curve interpolation. And, a disk cam is successfully manufactured by the developed CAD/CAM system. Thus, it is shown that the developed CAD/CAM system can be used for high precision cam profile CNC grinding machine.
초고속 이송 방식 3차원 Bending Machine 개발에 관한 연구

This study has been focused on the development of a high speed feeding type three-dimensional bending machine. It is designed for manufacture of copper pipe for heat exchangers. For the purpose of design of the machine, analysis of bending process, structural analysis and reliability evaluation of the machine by a laser interferometer are carried out. The analysis is carried out by FEM simulation using commercial softwares, DEFORM, MARC and CA TlA V5. In addition, the machine has attained high accuracy and repeatability. In order to improve the accuracy of this machine, the maximum speed, positioning accuracy and repeatability of feed are measured by the laser interferometer. The final results of analysis are applied to the design of a high speed feeding type three-dimensional bending machine and the machine is successfully developed.
Residual Multi-dilated convolution U-Net을 이용한 다중 심장 영역 분할 알고리즘 연구

본 연구에서는 딥 러닝을 이용하여 완전 자동화된 다중 클래스 전체 심장 분할 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 recurrent convolutional block과 residual multi-dilated block을 삽입하여 기존 U-Net을 개선한 인공신경망 모델을 사용하였다. 평가는 자동화 분석 결과와 수동 평가를 비교하였다. 그 결과 96.88%의 평균 DSC, 95.60%의 정확도, 97.00%의 recall을 얻었다. 이 실험 결과는 제안된 방법이 다양한 심장 구조에서 효과적으로 구분되어 수행되었음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구에서 제안된 알고리즘이 의사와 방사선 의사가 영상을 판독하거나 임상 결정을 내리는데 보조적 역할을 할 것을 기대한다.
다구찌 방법을 이용한 고속 이송방식 레이저 절단기의 최적 절단 조건에 관한 연구

Cutting by a high speed laser cutting machine is one of most effective technologies to improve productivity. This paper has studied to obtain the cutting characteristics and optimal cutting conditions in a high speed feeding type laser cutting machine by Tacuchi method in design of experiments. A L?(3⁴) orthogonal array is adopted to study the effect of adjustment parameters. The adjustment parameters consist of cutting speed, laser power, laser output duty and assistant gas pressure. And the quality feature is selected as surface roughness of sheet metal. Variance analysis is performed in order to evaluate the effect of adjustment parameters on the quality feature of laser cutting process.
