교양체육수업을 통한 여가 사회화 과정으로써의 “즐거움 찾기”에 대한 사례연구

연구목적: 본 연구는 대학교 교양체육수업이 사회로 진출하는 학습자들에게 체육을 통한 교육의 마지막 장으로써 그 의의가 있다. 대학교의 교육 목표 성취에 가치 있는 역할을 담당할 수 있는 계기적 요소로 교육체계의 유지를 건전화하기 위함이다. 대학에서 교양체육수업을 통해 체화된 과정들이 사회인으로 살아가면서 평생스포츠 개념을 배움으로써 움직임을 통해 즐거움을 찾는 자세를 확립하는 계기로 삼는데 교육적 의의가 있다. 수업은 강의와 실습의 경험에서 체육 또는 스포츠를 자신의 삶에서 교육적으로 어떤 자세로 수용하며 받아들이고 관리하는가? 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 이 연구는 2016년 9월 1일부터 12월26일까지 연구참여자 3명을 교양체육수업을 함께하며 참여관찰 및 심층면담을 진행하였다. 구체적으로 말해서, 연구참여자들이 교양체육이론수업과 스포츠 활동에 참가함으로써 움직임의 수용자세 및 체육활동의 변화는 다음과 같다. 결론: 교양체육수업활동의 제한요소로 자기시간의 방해요소와 체육활동에 대한 걸림돌을 찾게 되었다. 자신에게 체육교양을 통한 즐거움을 찾는 노력이 필요함을 깨닫게 되었고 사회 진출 후 의 삶의 질을 추구하는데 가장 적극적으로 체육활동이 중요함을 수용하게 되었다. 교양체육수업의 교육적 의미는 다음과 같이 해석하게 되었다. 자신에게 여유시간 찾아 휴식과 여가를 즐기는 것이 왜중요한지를 알게 되었으며, 여가를 바르게 사용하기 위해서는 준비하고, 계획과 실행을 통하여 삶의 질 향상을 몸으로 배우며 익히는 것도 학습되어야 한다는 것으로 깨달았다. 또한, 교양체육수업 실기에서 학습자들은 사회진출 시 사회생활에 있어서의 적극적이고 긍정적인태도를 익히고 있었다. Pupose: The purpose of meaningful as the last chapter of physical education education for the students who are entering the society. This is to revitalize the maintenance of the education system as a momentary factor that can play a valuable role in achieving the university's educational goals. There is an educational significance in that the society members who are trained through liberal arts and physical education classes in college learn from the concept of lifelong sport and use it as an opportunity to establish their attitude of seeking pleasure through movement. Does the class accept and manage the physical and or sports in their lectures and practical experience in an educational manner in their lives? Methods: This study is. conducted between September 1, 2016 and December 26, 2016, and participated in observation and in - depth interviews with three participants in physical education class Conclusion: Specifically, participants participated in theoretical classes and sports activities in the liberal arts and physical education, and their attitudes and attitudes toward physical activities were as follows. As a limiting factor of the activities of physical education in liberal arts, I found obstacles to self - time and obstacles to physical activities. I realized that I needed an effort to find pleasure through physical education and I accepted that physical activity was the most active in pursuing the quality of life after entering the society. The educational meaning of the liberal arts class was interpreted as follows. I learned why it is important for me to find time for myself and enjoy leisure time and rest. In order to use leisure properly, I realized that learning and learning to improve my quality of life through planning and execution should be learned too. In addition, learners were acquainted with positive and positive attitudes in social life when they were entering into the social education class.

This study has a main purpose that closely examines the structural relationship among nonverbal communication, exercise commitment, exercise satisfaction and continuous exercise performance of fitness centers coachs. In order to achieve it, the sample from customer of fitness centers were accumulated by using convenience sampling that chose sports fitness in Seoul. The samples were 300 people and we excluded unsuitable sheet like that were decided as untrustful one and an omission and unclear. So the final samples were 291 people. On the basis of that, The statistical techniques, spss 24.0 and amos 24.0 program have been used for the analysis as per research purpose. The statistical analysis used in the research for a data analysis includes frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structure equation model analysis. The research has drawn the following conclusions, based on the above mentioned research method and its procedures: First, The nonverbal communication influences the exercise commitment. Second, The exercise commitment influences the exercise satisfaction. Third, The exercise commitment influences the continuous exercise performance. Fourth, The exercise satisfaction influences the continuous exercise performance.
대학생 또래집단 신체활동 수업을 통한 비속어, 은어 교정 사례연구

연구목적 : 대학교 교양체육 실기수업을 통해 신체활동과 은어의 언어교정으로 활용할 수 있는가? 인간에게 언어표현은 그 사람의 교육수준과 인격과 밀접한 관계가 있는 만큼 신체활동을 하는 실기 수업 통해 대학생들의 비속어, 은어를 개선하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 이 연구에서는 대학체육교양수업에 은어교정 몸 움직임 수업적용을 위해 연구참여자를 선정하여 질적연구(質的硏究, qualitative research)방법이다. 결론 : 대학생들은 초, 중, 고 과정을 통하여 무의식적으로 또래 간 사용하던 은어와 비속어를 사용해왔다. 대학생으로서의 인격과 품격을 만들기 위한 일환으로 대학생으로서 대학교양체육에서 움직임을 통해서 교육(체벌)과 ‘벌서기’ ‘혼나다’의 형태에서 벗어나 움직임을 통한 은어 비속어를 바른 언어로 바꾸어 말하는 것을 대학수업의 장에서 변화를 주는 교육이 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다. Purpose : The purpose of this study is Can we use it as a language correction for physical activity and swallowing through physical education classes at university? Methods : In this study, qualitative research was initiated by selecting research participants to apply swimming training to physical activity classes in college physical education classes. Conclusion : College students have used slang and slang that they used for their peers unconsciously through elementary, middle and high school courses. 연구목적: 본 연구는 스포츠 문화에서의 신체활동을 통한 놀이성이 스포츠의 속성 안에 내포되어 있는 측면을 연구영역으로 확장하고 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 스포츠 문화에서의 신체활동을 통한 놀이성 이해를 질적연구(質的硏究, qualitative research)방법 중 문헌연구방법을 활용하였다. 결론: 스포츠 문화에서의 신체활동을 통한 놀이성을 스포츠 문화적인 사고의 표현으로, 스포츠를 이해하고 확장하는 측면과 스포츠 문화적으로 연결하여 인식 방식을 가진다. 또한 대중여가사회에서 누구나 여가를 향유함에 있어 스포츠를 통한 여가소비패턴을 행동범주의 활동 즉 스포츠를 문화적 요소로 개발하여 효과를 검증하는 필요한 놀이성을 확인하고, 이에 대한 좀 더 구체적인 적용을 연구과제로 탐색하고자 한다. Purpose: This study expands the aspect of playfulness through physical activity in sports culture to the research area, which is contained in the attributes of sports. Methods: This study used a literature study on the understanding of play through physical activity in sports culture among qualitative research methods. Conclusion: The playfulness through physical activity in sports culture is expressed in sports cultural thinking. It has a way of understanding and expanding sports and connecting it culturally with sports. In addition, in the mass leisure society, when anyone enjoys leisure, leisure consumption patterns through sports are in other words, We want to explore sports as a cultural element and explore the playfulness necessary to verify the effect as a research project through concrete application.

The purpose of this study is the selection of marine leisure sports properties and will analyze the importance of priority. For the purposes of the survery, a total of 20 people associated professor in the Department of Sports (5), officials (5), public research institutes (5), including the diving company(5), executives were selected by sampling purposes. Element in this process is the priority and importance of the Delphi technique of factor analysis extracted hierarchy process (AHP) and analysis performed using form 1 September 2011 to 30 August 2012 was extracted from more than three rounds. All the data for statistical analysis and the frequency analysis window encoding procedure suffered SPSS / PC (version 7.1) is used to input data was carried out with. Determining a priority of AHP using the EC-2000 was implemented. The results of this study is as follows. First, select the properties for the marine leisure sports in five categories for the importance of these factors, perceptions of higher priority programs, pricing, human, environmental, facilities, and the order of extraction. Second, the weight of the entire complex assessment item that one of the priority programs of the stability of the entire items 28 through 28 in the parking lot one ranking order. Third, the continued development of marine leisure sports industry experts to plan in the future to identify the needs of users through concrete measures and policies utilized as basic data to look forward to.

연구목적: 본 연구는 잠수지도자 교육에서의 인성 교육적 탐색 이라는 체육의 한 분야인 여가 스포츠로써 잠수지도자 교육에서의 인성 교육적 탐색을 통해, 인성교육의 연구영역을 확장하고 인성자본을 축적시킴에 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 잠수지도자교육에서 인성 교육적 탐색에 대한 기억을 회상기법으로 연구참여자를 선정하고 조사하여 사회, 심리학적 이해를 질적연구(質的硏究, qualitative research)방법을 이용하였다. 결론: 잠수지도자의 실천적 귀결이 되는 인성은 새로운 사고의 표현이며, 타자에 대한 신뢰와 배려, 자기존중과 상호존중으로서 인성교육과 연결된 인식 방식을 가진다. 또한 짝 간 페어 십으로써 보여 지는 살아온 방식의 차이를 인정하고 이러한 차이를 근거로 여가스포츠에서의 인성교육의 독립적인 사고로 이끌어 낸다. 잠수지도자교육에서의 인성 교육적 탐색함으로써 그 가능성을 확인하는 의의가 있다. 따라서 인성 교육적인 발전을 위해서는 여가스포츠 인성 교육적인 요소를 개발하여 효과를 검증하는 필요성을 확인하고, 이에 대한 좀 더 구체적인 적용을 앞으로의 연구 과제로 남겨놓는다. Purpose: This study is a leisure sport called personality educational exploration in dive leader education, expanding the area of personality education and accumulating personality capital through personality educational exploration in dive leader education. Methods: This study selects and investigates participants as recall techniques for personality educational exploration in submersible education, using qualitative research methods for social and psychological understanding. Conclusion: Personality, which is the practical conclusion of a diving leader, is an expression of new thinking, and has a recognition method linked to personality education as trust, consideration, self-respect and mutual respect for others. It also recognizes differences in the way in which people have lived as pairs of pairs, and based on these differences, it leads to independent thinking of personality education in leisure sports. It is meaningful to identify that possibility by personality and educational exploration in the training of diving leaders. Therefore, for the development of personality education, we identify the need to develop the character educational elements of leisure sports and verify their effectiveness, and leave more specific applications as future research tasks.
야외 레저스포츠인으로서 스쿠버다이버 되어가기에 대한 질적연구

이 연구는 자연으로 나가려는 인간들의 욕구에 야외 레저스포츠의 실제 참가자들의 선택과 갈등 교육 내에서의 참가의 실체를 규명하고, 그 속성들을 파악하고 내제적 가치 체계나 신념체계를 깊이 있게 ‘있는 그대로’ 파악하여 심층적으로 이해하고 구명하였다. 2016년 4월 18일 부터 9월26일까지 연구참여자 8명을 스쿠버다이빙을 함께하며 참여관찰 및 심층면담을 진행하였다. 구체적으로 말해서, 스쿠버다이버들이 야외 레저스포츠 활동에 참가함으로써 변해가는 내적인 변화가 무엇인가를 살펴 보았고, 야외 레저스포츠 활동의 현장에는 어떻게 교육이 이루어지는가를 밝히고 여가시대의 삶의 질을 추구하는데, 결과는 다음과 같다. 복잡한 일상생활을 잠시나마 떠나 스쿠버다이빙을 통해 바다 속의 신비로움을 경험하며, 휴식과 여가를 즐기는 것을 몸에 체득하며, 여가를 통하여 삶의 질 향상을 몸으로 익히며 배우는 것으로 해석되었다. 교육적 의의는 스쿠버다이버들은 바다 속에서 다이빙을 해냈다는 성취감을 경험하고, 여타 스포츠를 통하여 체험하기 힘든 제3의 신비한 세계를 경험한 황홀감을 익히며, 신체적 어려움을 극복하고 이겨낸 자기성취감과 자부심이 고취되었다. 또한, 사회성의 대인관계에 있어서의 긍정적인이고 적극적인 태도가 강하게 형성되는 교육적 의의가 있다.
