        Through this research, I developed the short-term efficiency of solar heating collector, heat-collection theory and a formula of collector performance and measured the short-term efficiency and long-term efficiency, the obtained results were as follows. 1. Equation of short-term efficiency is E_f = 0.777 - 6.397 [ (T_f,i - T_a) / I_t ] 2. Calculating the long-term efficiency compared with the short term efficiency, the long-term efficiency is 47.9% and it is lower than the short-term efficiency is the evaluation of the case when short-term amount solar radiations is more than 850W/㎡.

        전투기용 레이다 기반 SAR 영상 자동표적분류 기능 구조 및 CNN 앙상블 모델을 이용한 표적분류 정확도 향상 방안 연구

        The fighter pilot uses radar mounted on the fighter to obtain high-resolution SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) images for a specific area of distance, and then the pilot visually classifies targets within the image. However, the target configuration captured in the SAR image is relatively small in size, and distortion of that type occurs depending on the depression angle, making it difficult for pilot to classify the type of target. Also, being present with various types of clutters, there should be errors in target classification and pilots should be even worse if tasks such as navigation and situational awareness are carried out simultaneously. In this paper, the concept of operation and functional structure of radar system for fighter jets were presented to transfer the SAR image target classification task of fighter pilots to radar system, and the method of target classification with high accuracy was studied using the CNN ensemble model to archive higher classification accuracy than single CNN model.

      • 다공성 단열재의 열확산계수 측정법에 관한 연구

        Non-linear parameter estimation(NPE) method is adapted to develope the transient measurement method of the effective thermal diffusivity of porous insulation material. In order to examine the accuracy of NPE method, its results are compared with those by measured several direct methods. One dimensional heat flow through a semi-infite body is taken as mathematical model. Initial and boundary conditions are assumed a function of special coordinate and time respectively. The computational algorithm and program, suitable for IBM personal computer are developed. For computational analysis, data acquisition system for collections the experimental data is constructed. The experimental apparatus is composed with a bell-jar system which make it possible to get high vaccum state or to fill up other surrounding gas, tube type electric furnace which provide the setting temperature in a few minutes, an infrared lamp for heat source and a control system consisted with power supply and temperature controller. The results are compared with the standard values of NBS- 1450b (a standard specimen of U.S.U National Bureau of Standards), to examine accuracy. The typical results obtained from this study are listed as follows; 1. NPE method is found to be more accurate than CTP, CHF and STD method after comparing those results with the standard value of NBS 1450b. 2. NPE method can minimize the effects of ill-measured temperature due to the external disturbance, because the final value is found by point to point estimation. 3. Surround gases affect more for the effective thermal diffusivity of porous insulation material rather than its own structure. The effective thermal diffusivities of the Rock wool in the ambient gases of air, nitrogen and argon shows almost same values, even through in the ambient helium gas, this values are found to be 20 times larger than those in air at 100℃.

        이동 에이전트의 통신 보안 메카니즘

        이동 에이전트 세계에서는 에이전트들이 악의적인 호스트들로부터 어떻게 보호될 수 있는가를 중심으로 보안측면이 광범위하게 토론되어지고 있다. 본 논문은 에이전트의 소유주의 프로필을 획득하려는, 혹은 그 소유주의 고유의 목적을 방해하려는 경로상의 사이트들에 의해 남용되는 것으로부터 에이전트의 경로 정보를 보호하는 방법들을 토론한다 우리의 방법들은 방문된 사이트들에게 최소한의 경로 정보를 제공하되 사이트들이 이전 사이트들의 공격을 탐지토록 해준다. 비록 충돌되지 않는 공격 하에서, 제시된 모든 방법들이 유사한 보안방법들을 제시하지만, 공격이 탐지될 때 수행과 시점이 다르다. In the world of mobile agents, security aspects are extensively being discussed, with strong emphasis on how agents can be protected against malicious hosts and vice versa. This paper discusses methods for protecting an agent's route information from being misused by sites on route interested in gaining insight into the profile of the agent's owner or in obstructing the owner's original goal. Our methods provide visited sites with just a minimum of route information, but on the other hand allow sites to detect modifying attacks of preceding sites. Though, under noncolluding attacks, all methods presented provide a similar level of protection, the performance and the points of time differ when an attack can be detected.

        가미청폐화담탕이 천식 유발 병태 모델에서 천식 관련 활성 면역세포에 미치는 영향

        These studies were investigated the effects of Gamicheungpyehwadam-tang (CPHDT) on immune-cell regulation in association with bronchial asthma in OVA-induced mouse model. The administration of 400 mg/kg CPHDT significantly reduced the number of total cells in lung, peripheral lymph node and spleen in OVA-induced bronchial asthma mouse model. The administration of 400 mg/kg CPHDT significantly reduced $CD3^+,{\;}CD19^+$and $CD3^+,{\;}CD69^+$ cell numbers separated from lung, peripheral lymph node and spleen in OVA-induced bronchial asthma mouse model. CPHDT significantly reduced $CD3^+/CCR3^+,{\;}CD4^+,{\;}B220^+/IgE^+$, and $CD3^+/DX5^+$ cell numbers separated from lung, peripheral lymph node and spleen in OVA-induced bronchial asthma mouse model in a dose dependent manner, However, CPHDT significantly reduced $CD8^+$ cell numbers from only lung and spleen. The administration of CPHDT significantly reduced $NK^+$ cell numbers separated from lung of OVA-induced bronchial asthma mouse model in all concentrations, but 200 mg/kg CPHDT reduced $NK^+$ cell numbers separated from peripheral lymph node. These results suggest that CPHDT has anti-asthma and anti-allergy effects. In addition to, CPHDT may be useful treatment of asthma based on the further studies about the individual efficacy search of the components of CPHDT and the adding of variety drugs to CPHDT.

        다중온톨로지의 에이전트 통신

        본 논문에서는 이종 분산 지식기반 시스템을 구축하는데에 온톨로지가 어떤 역할을 하는지에 대해 논의한다. 먼저 다중 에이전트 시스템 기반 지식 공유와 재사용의 구조물인 지식사회에서 온톨로지와 에이전트간 관계를 논의하는데 온톨로지는 각 에이전트에 있어 지식사회에 연결되기 위한 최소한의 요구조건이다. 둘째로 지식사회에서 온톨로지가 어떻게 사용되고 있는가를 보여주기 위해 온톨로지에 의한 중재를 설명한다. 중재자라 불리는 특별한 에이전트는 주소가 없는 메시지들을 분석해서 온톨로지와 상의하고 온톨로지와 에이전트간 관계를 참고로 해서 수신후보 에이전트들을 추론한다. 셋째, 개념화 방식을 나타낼 수 있는 각 상황들의 결합으로서 온톨로지를 모델링한다. 상황통합을 의미하는 결합상황 혹은 상황선택을 의미하는 범주 상황으로서 상황들이 결합된다. 상황에 의한 온톨로지는 실세계 현상에 대한 이종 다중 기술을 허용하기 때문에 이종 지식기반시스템에게는 적합하다. 또한 다중상황을 해석하는 방식으로서 메시지 번역을 보여준다. 번역에이전트는 상황들의 종속성을 분석하여 어떤 상황을 가진 메시지를 다른 상황을 가진 메시지로 번역할 수 있다. 에이전트들을 쉽고 자연스럽게 구축하기 위해서 메시지의 중재와 번역은 중요한데 각 에이전트에 대하여 다른 에이전트들에 대한 지식이 덜 요청되기 때문이다. In this paper, we discuss how ontology Plays roles in building a distributed and heterogeneous knowledge-base system. First, we discuss relationship between ontology and agent in the Knowledgeable Community which is a framework of knowledge sharing and reuse based on a multi-agent architecture. Ontology is a minimum requirement for each agent to join the Knowledgeable Community. Second we explain mediation by ontology to show how ontology is used in the Knowledgeable Community. A special agent called mediation analyzes undirected messages and infer candidates of recipient agents by consulting ontology and relationship between ontology and agents. Third we model ontology as combination of aspects each of which can represent a way of conceptualization. Aspects are combined either as combination aspect which means integration of aspects or category aspect which means choice of aspects. Since ontology by aspect allows heterogeneous and multiple descriptions for phenomenon in the world, it is appropriate for heterogeneous knowledge-base systems. We also show translation of messages as a wave of interpreting multiple aspects. A translation agent can translate a message with some aspect to one with another aspect by analyzing dependency of aspects. Mediation and translation of messages are important to build agents easily and naturally because less knowledge on other agents is requested for each agent.

        SMPS용 전력소자가 내장된 PWM IC 설계에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 Bi-DMOS 기술을 이용하여 SMPS용 고내압 스윗칭 전력소자 내장형 one-chip PWM IC를 설계하였다. 기준전압회로는 다양한 온도와 공급전압의 변화에도 일정한 전압(5V)을 발생시킬 수 있도록 설계하였고, 오차 증폭기의 경우, 높은 dc gain$({\simeq}65.7db)$, unity frequency$({\simeq}189Khz)$, 적절한 $PM({\simeq}76)$를 가지면서 높은 입력저항을 갖도록 설계하였다. 비교기는 2단 구성으로 설계를 하였고, 삼각파 발생회로 경우, 외부 저항과 캐패시터를 이용해서 발진 주파수(20K), output swing 폭(3.5V)을 갖는 삼각파를 발생시켰다. 스윗칭 파워소자는 SOI 기판을 사용하고, 확장 드레인 영역의 길이와 도핑 농도를 적절히 조정, 350V급 내압을 갖는 n-LDMOSFET을 설계 하였다. 최종적으로, layout은 각 소자에 대한 디자인 룰(2um 설계 룰)을 설정하였고, Bi-DMOS 공정 기술을 바탕으로 PWM IC 회로와 n-LDMOSFET one-chip IC를 설계하였다. In this study, we design the one-chip PWM IC with high voltage power switch (300V class LDMOSFET) for SMPS (Switching Mode Power Supply) application. Reference circuits generate constant voltage(5V) in the various of power supply and temperature condition. Error amp. is designed with large DC gain $({\simeq}65dB)$, unity frequency $({\simeq}190kHz)$ and large $PM(75^{\circ})$. comparator is designed with 2 stage. Saw tooth generators operate with 20kHz oscillation frequency. Also, we optimize drift concentration & drift length of n-LDMOSFET for design of high voltage switching device. It is shown that simulation results have the breakdown voltage of 350V. (using ISE-TCAD Simulation tool). PWM IC with power switching device is designed with 2um design rule and Bi-DMOS technology.

        A Single-Input-Four-Output (SIFO) Switched-Capacitor DC-DC Converter with Ordered-Sequential Switching

        In this paper, a single-input-four-output (SIFO) switched capacitor DC-DC converter is proposed for low-power SoCs. Ordered sequential switching is proposed for two outputs of the converter to reduce the output ripple voltages and improve current drive capability. In addition, a simple digital regulation loop can be adopted by this technique. The power stage of the converter is composed of 1.8-V/3.3-V transistors, and some of the switches are implemented with 3.3-V native-NMOS to maximize the area efficiency. Moreover, the power efficiency is improved and voltage stress is reduced on the power switches by using a reconfigurable voltage conversion ratio in a wide input range (1.1–1.6 V). The proposed converter has four outputs of 3 V, 2 V, 1.35 V, and 0.9 V with a maximum efficiency of 81% and output ripple voltages less than 50 mV even under a load condition of 100 μA, and produces an output power greater than twice that of existing state-of-the-art converters.

      • 최근 자동차 전자제어시스템의 이해와 ECU 독자 개발에 대한 연구

        In pursuant to the recent technological development of semiconductor, operation and adjustment of Engine, which were controled only by a mechanical manipulation, can now be made with more accurate and precise thanks to making use of ECU, the semiconductor applied micro computer. This report, firstly, aims to understand structure and function of EGI System Engine and secondly, to stduy the technical problems to be solved in advance for development of EGI system and the direction to be taken in continuing the research. As a result, the contents of this report presents realization of improvement on engine performance through precise and credible engine adjustment based on the development of electronic technology in comparison with the previous carburetor engine and necessity of standardization of EMS parts specifications(ECU logic included) as well as early development of unique EMS with fostering a specialized manufacturer.

      • 비선형 매개변수 추정법을 이용한 열확산계수의 측정

        본 연구에서는 역산법으로 열확산계수를 추정하기 위하여 비선형 매개변수 추 정법을 사용하며, 실험데이터의 통계적 처리방법, 추정이론을 정리하여 이 추정법에 적합한 알고리즘을 만들었다. 수정된 Gauss법을 컴퓨터에 사용할 수 있도록 프로그 램을 개발하였으며, 이 방법의 정확성을 증명하기 위하여 일정열유법과 동일한 실험장 치를 사용하되 경계조건이나 초기조건을 시간의 변화에 따라 이산적으로 측정하여, 매 개변수인 열확산계수를 온도의 함수로 찾고자 하였으며, 통계적인 개념보다는 역산적 인 면에 더 치중하였다. The method of nonlinear parameter estimation(NPE), which is a statistical and an inverse method, is used to estimate the thermal diffusivity of the porous insulation material. In order to apply the NPE method for measuring the thermal diffusivity, and algorithm for programing suitable to IBM personal computer is established, and is studied the statistical treatment of experimental data and theory of estimation. The experimental data obtained by discrete measurement using a constant heat flux technique are used to find the boundary conditions, initial conditions, and the thermal diffusivity, and then the final values are compared with the values obtained by some different methods. The results are presented as follows:(1) NPE method is used to establish the estimation of the thermal diffusivity and compared results with experimental output shows, that this method can be applicable to define the thermal diffusivity without considering hear flux types. (2) Because of all of the temperatures obtained by the discrete measurement on each steps of time are used to estimate the thermal diffusivity. Although some error in the temperature measurements of temperature are included in estimating process, its influences on the final value are minimzed in NPE method. (3) NPE method can reduce the experimental time including the time of data collecting in a few minutes and can take smaller specimen compared with steady state method. If the tube-type furnace is used, also the adjusting time of surrounding temperature can be reduced.
