크루즈 관광의 지각된 위험, 지각된 가치, 만족도 간의 영향 관계 : 내국인 크루즈 여행 경험자들을 대상으로

본고는 내국인 크루즈 관광객의 지각된 위험과 지각된 가치, 만족도 간의 영향 관계에 대해 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구 모형의 분석 결과는 향후 크루즈 여행을 하고자 하는 관광객들을 대상으로 크루즈 수요를 확대하고, 국내 크루즈 관광객들의 증가를 위한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시한다. 본 연구는 기존의 관광 서비스 분야에서 크루즈라는 새로운 여행 패러다임을 적용한 모델로서, 과정과 결과를 통해 크루즈 산업 분야의 여행사들이 크루즈 여행의 지각된 위험이 자사 프로그램의 효과적인 가치 전달을 위해 필요한 요인들을 제공하였다. 조사 대상자의 표본은 크루즈 여행을 단 한 번이라도 다녀와 본 대상자로 선정하였다. 2019년 6월 10일부터 6월 14일까지 표본의 수가 가장 많이 조사된 ‘L 여행사의 크루즈 여행객을 대상으로 직접 설문조사를 실시하였다. 크루즈 여행은 블루오션 분야로써, 크루즈 여행의 지각된 위험과 인지된 가치라는 새로운 산업분야에 접목시켰다는 점에서, 본 연구를 통하여 도출된 연구의 결과는 향후 크루즈 관광 관련한 분야에 후속 연구에 실질적인 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다. This paper aims to investigate the effect of a study on the relationship between perceived risk, perceived value, and satisfaction of cruise tourism. The analysis results of this study model expand the demand for previous cruises targeting tourists who intend to previous Korean cruise traveler and travel in the future, and present theoretical and practical implications for the increase of domestic cruise tourists. This study is a model applying a new travel paradigm called cruise in the existing tourism service field. Through the process and results, the perceived risk of cruise travel provided the factors necessary for the effective value delivery of their programs by travel agencies in the cruise industry. The sample of the subjects of the survey was selected as the subjects who had visited the cruise at least once, and the investigator targeted cruise travelers whose number of samples was the most from June 10 to June 14, 2019. A personal survey was conducted. In addition, when looking at the results of the six hypotheses, the study results were relatively unsatisfactory due to the small number of samples of questionnaire responses. This is a strong preliminary survey, and it seems that improvement is needed in setting measurement variables. Cruise travel is a blue ocean field, and in that it has been grafted into a new industrial field of perceived risk and perceived value of cruise travel. The results of the research derived through this study will contribute substantially to subsequent research in the field related to cruise tourism in the future.

Ensemble approach is applied to the detection modeling of illegal cash accommodation (ICA) that is the well-known type of fraudulent usages of credit cards in far east nations and has not been addressed in the academic literatures. The performance of fraud detection model (FDM) suffers from the imbalanced data problem, which can be remedied to some extent using an ensemble of many classifiers. It is generally accepted that ensembles of classifiers produce better accuracy than a single classifier provided there is diversity in the ensemble. Furthermore, recent researches reveal that it may be better to ensemble some selected classifiers instead of all of the classifiers at hand. For the effective detection of ICA, we adopt ensemble size reduction technique that prunes the ensemble of all classifiers using accuracy and diversity measures. The diversity in ensemble manifests itself as disagreement or ambiguity among members. Data imbalance intrinsic to FDM affects our approach for ICA detection in two ways. First, we suggest the training procedure with over-sampling methods to obtain diverse training data sets. Second, we use some variants of accuracy and diversity measures that focus on fraud class. We also dynamically calculate the diversity measure-Forward Addition and Backward Elimination. In our experiments, Neural Networks, Decision Trees and Logit Regressions are the base models as the ensemble members and the performance of homogeneous ensembles are compared with that of heterogeneous ensembles. The experimental results show that the reduced size ensemble is as accurate on average over the data-sets tested as the non-pruned version, which provides benefits in terms of its application efficiency and reduced complexity of the ensemble.

Separation characteristics of inorganic particles occurred during heavy rainwater were investigated in DAF (dissolved air flotation) process. In order to remove the inorganic particles effectively, the collision and flotation efficiencies were examined from a hydrodynamic point of view. Generally, the collision efficiency increased with floc size under the variation of fluid dynamic conditions including inertial force. However, more precise model should be required to analysis the collision efficiency expressed both the physical properties for inorganic particles and hydrodynamic conditions for a reactor.
