3D 프린팅 기술을 이용한 원료에 대한 방사선 차폐능 평가: FDM 방식의 3D 프린팅 기술을 중심으로

3D 프린팅 기술은 4차산업 혁명 중 제조업의 혁신적인 기술로서 전망되고 있으며, 현재 바이오 · 의료분야를 포함한 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 3D 프린팅 기술을 이용한 제작 원료에 대한 방사선 차폐능을 평가하고자 몬테카를로 전산모사를 통해 프린팅 원료에 대한 검증을 수행하였다. 현재 범용으로 사용되는 FDM 방식의 3D 프린터에서 이용 가능한 원료들을 대상으로 하였으며, ICRU phantom과 차폐체를 모의 모사한 후 방사선의 종류 및 에너지에 따른 입자 플루언스 평가를 통해 차폐 효과에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과, 광자선의 경우 에너지 증가에 따라 차폐 효과는 점차 감소되는 경향을 보였고, 원료별 차폐 효과는 TPU, PLA, PVA, Nylon, ABS 순서로 점차적으로 낮아지는 결과를 나타냈다. 중성자선의 경우, 5~10 mm의 낮은 두께에서 반대로 선속이 증가되는 현상을 보였으나, 일정 두께 이상에서는 유효한 차폐 효과를 나타내었으며, 프린팅 원료별 차폐 효과는 Nylon, PVA, ABS, PLA, TPU 순서로 점차 낮아지는 결과를 보였다. 3D printing technology is expected to be an innovative technology of the manufacturing industry during the 4th industrial revolution, and it is being used in various fields including biotechnology and medical field. In this study, we verified the printing materials through Monte Carlo simulation to evaluate the radiation shielding ability of the raw material using this 3D printing technology. In this paper, the printing materials were selected from the raw materials available in a general-purpose FDM-based 3D printer. Simulation of the ICRU phantom and the shielding system was carried out to evaluate the shielding effect by evaluating the particle fluence according to the type and energy of radiation. As a result, the shielding effect tended to decrease gradually with increasing energy in the case of photon beam, and the shielding effect of TPU, PLA, PVA, Nylon and ABS gradually decreased in order of materials. In the case of the neutron beam, the neutron intensity increases at a low thickness of 5 ~ 10 mm. However, the effective shielding effect is shown above a certain thickness. The shielding effect of printing material is gradually increased in the order of Nylon, PVA, ABS, PLA and TPU Respectively.

This study is to develop a mobile type environmental radiation measurement system for emergency response or environmental radiation monitoring of local governments near nuclear facilities. A mobile radiation measurement system can monitor radiation by field beyond the spatial constraints of a fixed environmental radiation monitor. If installed in local government infrastructure such as public transportation, environmental radiation can be monitored without additional manpower and measurement work. In addition, it is designed to enable monitoring and measurement of radiation from low to high doses as well as the environment in preparation for radioactive disasters such as nuclear power plant accidents. It is expected that this system will be utilized not only in normal times but also in the event of a radiation accident to improve the disaster prevention capabilities of local governments.
대형할인점 PB상품 선택요인이 지각적 품질과 가치에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Although it has been recognized that PB products has been preferred to NB ones by consumers because they are cheaper, the overall PB market has expanded and the sales has made a rapid growth, as the premium PB products have been recently released on popular demands. Therefore this study chose three large discount retailers: E-mart, Homeplus, and Lottemart to find out the factors influencing on the PB product preference. First it examined the choice factors influencing on the perceived qualities, secondly it explored into the way how the perceived qualities of PB products affected the consumers on purchasing them, and finally, it confirmed the factors influencing on the PB product preference. thereby aiming at suggesting the implications for the marketing strategies for PB products according to each large discount retailer. Summarizing up the results of this study, it appeared that the consumers' after-experience attitudes toward PB products and the brand image of distribution enterprises had a significant effect on the perceived qualities of PB products among the five choice factors of PB products. In addition, it has been confirmed that the perceived qualities exerted a significant effect on perceived values, and that high competitiveness of NB placed in the large discount retailer stores and perceived values had a significant effect on PB preference. The research on the consumer's choice factors of PB products according to the each large discount retailer has confirmed that there exists a big difference between them, and it is expected to provide PB product distributors with useful and strategic implications.

본 연구는 병원이나 요양원 등 재난 약자가 사용하는 건물에 비상엘리베이터를 설치하기 어려운 경우 적용할 수 있는 침상이나 탑승기를 하강시키는 새로운 방식의 전달식 하향 피난 장치의 제작과 성능 시험 결과를 공유하고자 하는 것이다. 개별 층별로 독립적인 피난이 진행될 수 있도록 하였으며, 의료용 침상이나 탑승기 등과 같은 중량물의 안정된 전달 구조를 확보하기 위하여 각 부품에 요구되는 기능과 기계적 강도를 검토하여 시제품을 제작하고 성능시험을 수행하였다. 추가로 보조 설비로 제작된 비상제동 장치 기능과 하향 전달식 장치가 가지는 한계를 검토하고 실제 건축물에 응용될 수 있는 분야를 검토하였다.

병원이나 요양원과 같은 시설에서 화재 등 비상 상황시 거동이 불편한 재난약자를 신속하게 대피시키기 위한 대안 설비의 필요성이 제기되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 재난시에 사용할 수 있는 비상 엘리베이터를 실내에 설치하기 어려운 경우에 대안으로 설치할 수 있도록 침상이나 탑승기를 하강시키는 새로운 방식의 전달식 피난 장치를 제안하고자 한다. 개별 층별로 독립적인 피난이 진행될 수 있도록 하였으며, 의료용 침상이나 탑승기 등과 같은 중량물의 안정된 전달 구조를 확보하기 위하여 각 부품에 요구되는 기능과 기계적 강도도 검토되었다.

This research project is a program promoted to seek diversification of domestic radioactive waste analysis institutions, and seeks public development, win-win cooperation, and cooperation between the entrusted institution and the entrusted institution. Accordingly, the entrusted institution established a standard analysis procedure for establishing a quality control system for radioactivity analysis, establishing a radiation control zone, obtaining KOLAS accreditation, and performing proficiency tests, which are the performance ranges requested by the entrusted institution, and intersecting the radioactive isotope waste generated at the actual site. Verification was performed to confirm the analysis quality. In addition, facilities and equipment for radioactivity analysis were supplemented and expanded, and the basic technology foundation and technical skills were secured through securing professional technicians and education/training. It is judged that the entrusted institution will contribute to securing radiation safety through the smooth execution of treatment, disposal, and transportation through value creation and analysis of radioactive waste generated by radioactive isotope-using institutions (research institutes, hospitals, industries, etc.) by succeeding in this research project do.

Factors affecting RTDs of two ideal steady-state flow reactors were investigated. A continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) and a plug flow reactor (PFR), were used for this study. The mean residence time of the NaCl tracer on a CSTR generally decreases with increasing agitation speed. However, it increases at 600 rpm agitation speed because of forming stagnant region in the reactor. For the PFR, the mean residence time decreases with increasing liquid velocity and decreasing the length of PFR, and correlations between these parameters and axial dispersion coefficient in the axial dispersion model (ADM) were obtained.

The multi-component ceramic proton conductor, BaZr(Y)O₃-SiO₂-TiO₂-ZrO₂ (BZY-STZ) and LaPO₄-SiO₂-TiO₂-ZrO₂ (LP-STZ), were synthesized by micro-emersion and sol-gel technique. The characterization of proton conductors were carried out using X-ray diffraction(XRD), thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), differential thermal analysis(DTA), impedance analysis. The proton conductors indicate the possibility of application for the intermediate temperature up to 700?C.

In this study, for the measurement of 3H(tritium) radioactivity concentration, a study was conducted on whether the type of cocktail and the material of the vial had an effect on the measurement before liquid scintillation counter measurement on HTO-type samples that had undergone physical and chemical pretreatment. As a result of the study, the efficiency according to the type of cocktail was higher in Ultima Gold LLT than Ultima Flo-AP cocktail with polyethylene (1.49%), glass (5.10%), and teflon (6.58%), respectively. Regarding the effect according to the type of vial, the efficiency and SQP(E) of both Ultima Gold LLT and Ultima Flo-AP showed the highest values in the order of teflon, polyethylene, and glass.
