본 논문은 MDDI(Mobile Display Digital Interface) 표준을 이용하여 휴대용 디지털 미디어 기기에서 사용 가능한 영상 데이터 전송 시스템을 구현하였다. 설계된 영상 데이터 전송 시스템은 QVGA급 영상을 전송하기 위해 필요한 연결선 수 6개를 사용한다. 본 논문에서는, MDDI의 영상관련 9개의 패킷을 사용하였고, 패킷프로세서는 유한상태머신 기반의 설계로 이루어졌다. Xilinx 사의 FPGA virtex4-LX60을 이용하여 제작 및 검증을 수행하였다. 설계된 영상 데이터 전송 시스템은 6개의 연결선 수로 363Mbps 데이터 전송 대역폭을 갖는다. 이는 24비트 RGB 50만 화소의 영상 데이터를 초당 30 프레임까지 전송할 수 있는 성능이다. This paper describes the design of image data transmitter for portable media device for Mobile Display Digital Interface standard. The transmitter uses connection lines to 6 to transmit QVGA image data. In this paper, the transmitter is using only 9 packets for image processing and a state-machine based design is adapted for packet processing. The design was verified using FPGA Xilinx virtex4-LX60. Data rate of the transmitter is 363Mbps with six connection lines. The transferring capability is 30 frame of 24bit RGB 500,000 pixel image data per second.

1990년대 이후 정보통신산업의 급속한 발전으로 반도체 및 LCD의 수요가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 미세회로 패턴형성에 핵심이 되는 감광제와 이의 희석 제거에 사용되는 고가의 시너, 박리액의 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있어, 폐시너, 폐박리액에 대한 재활용 필요성이 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 최근 경제적인 측면과 환경적인 측면, 효율성에 관한 측면에서 스트리핑 공정폐액의 재활용 기술이 폭넓게 연구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 스트리핑 공정폐액의 재활용 기술에 대한 특허와 논문을 분석하였다. 분석범위는 1981년~2010년까지의 미국, 유럽연합, 일본, 한국의 등록/공개된 특허와 SCI 논문으로 제한하였다. 특허와 논문은 키워드를 사용하여 수집하였고, 기술의 정의에 의해 필터링 하였다. 특허와 논문의 동향은 연도, 국가, 기업, 기술에 따라 분석하여 나타내 보았다. Since the 1990s, the rapid development of information and communication industry, the demand for semiconductor and LCD continues to increase. Therefore in the formation of fine circuit patterns, which are the cores of sensitizer and the most expensive thinner and stripper liquor used to remove photoresist and its dilution, the amount in demand are dramatically increasing, emerging need for recycling of waste thinner and stripper liquor. Recently, recycling technologies of stripping process waste solution has been widely studied by economic aspects and environmental aspects, in terms of efficiency of the stripping process. In this study, analyzed paper and patent for recycling technologies of waste solution from stripping process. The range of search was limited in the open patents of USA (US), European Union (EP), Japan (JP), Korea (KR) and SCI journals from 1981 to 2010. Patents and journals were collected using key-words searching and filtered by filtering criteria. The trends of the patents and journals was analyzed by the years, countries, companies, and technologies.

Until now, an evolutionary method or empirical rule has been used to improve the initial design of batch/semicontinuous processes. In this paper, the proposed approach is to make a superstructure which fully contains all possible structures. And then using a MINLP(mixed integer nonlinear programming) model, we obtain the optimal process network. MINLP model contains methodology deciding the candidates of merging tasks and using parallel equipments. Thus, the economic savings of capital cost of batch/semicontinuous processes are possible by adding equipment in parallel for bottleneck stages or merging/splitting tasks. MINLP model is solved by using a generalized reduced gradient algorithm. The effectiveness of MINLP model in single product batch plant is demonstrated by solving example problems. Also, by inserting intermediate storage tank, we reduce the capital cost for batch/semicontinuous processes and determine the optimal size of intermediate storage tank.
비스포스포네이트 관련 악골괴사(BRONJ)의 병기 2기에서의 외과적, 보존적 치료에 대한 비교 연구

Purpose: This study evaluated the prognosis of conservative and surgical treatment according to the staging of bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of jaw (BRONJ) by American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and American Society for Bone and Mineral Research. Methods: We evaluated 53 patients of BRONJ who visited Department of Dentistry, Ajou University School of Medicine from May 2007 to February 2013. Twenty eight patients in stage 2, were divided into surgical and conservative groups with cessation of bisphosphonate therapy. Fifteen patients belonged to the conservative treatment group, in which mouth rinsing and antibiotics medication were done. Thirteen patients were treated with debridement or sequestrectomy, in the surgical treatment group. Each study list was analyzed by SPSS ver. 14.0 (SPSS Inc., USA) software and the favorable rate was verified by the Fisher exact test. P-values less than 0.05% were deemed significant. Results: Clinical outcome was evaluated on the basis of both clinical and radiographic findings. Of all the 28 patients of stage 2, 15 patients underwent conservative treatment and 13 patients received surgical treatment. In the surgical group, 9 of 13 (69.2%) showed good prognosis, 4 of 13 (30.7%) showed recurrence. In the conservative group, 13 of 15 (86.6%) showed no change duting the follow-up period. Two of 15 patients even showed a bad prognosis, such as pain and pus discharge, which are criteria for stage 3. P-value was 0.067 (>0.05). Conclusion: The results of the present study suggests that surgical intervention is good choice against the conservative treatment, after proper drug holidays period, while further investigation is needed for a definite solution to BRONJ.

The optimal design of batch plants considering scheduling effects gives us savings of capital cost. Using a nonlinear programming formulation, which includes zero wait scheduling policy with cleanup and transfer times, we propose a method to obtain the optimum size and production sequence. The effectiveness of this method is verified by solving two problems.

For the change of market condition such as increase of demand and new selling price, an optimal retrofit method is proposed through adding new equipments to existing multiproduct batch plant. Until now, the optimum volume and the appropriate position of adding equipments are solved using mixed integer nonlinear program. In this paper, a heuristic procedure is presented which first determines the positions of adding equipments. Then a nonlinear programming is formulated to obtain their optimum sizes. The effectiveness of this method is verified by solving several literature problems.

In case of adding new equipments in parallel in the process synthesis problems, there are two operating modes to use the equipments. One is in sequence(out of phase) mode and the other is in phase mode. But, in the papers published so far, only in sequence mode has been considered in synthesis problems for the preliminary design of batch processes. In this paper, using a MINLP, heuristics and a NLP, we deal with the problems where in phase mode is also considered. The effectiveness of this method is verified by solving four literature problems.

Using a mixed integer nonlinear model, we deal with the problem of scheduling in multiproduct batch processes with due-date penalties. So far this problem was treated for an unlimited intermediate storage policy using a BAB(Branch and Bound) and a SA(Simulated Anealing) method with heuristic algorithms. In this paper, we consider both tardiness and earliness penalties and no intermediate storage as well as unlimited intermediate storage policy.
