      • 농촌융복합산업(6차 산업) `고용 인력` 수요 결정요인 분석

        <div style="display:none">fiogf49gjkf0d</div><div style="display:none">fiogf49gjkf0d</div><div style="display:none">fiogf49gjkf0d</div><div style="display:none">fiogf49gjkf0d</div><div style="display:none">fiogf49gjkf0d</div><div style="display:none">fiogf49gjkf0d</div>6차 산업의 고용 창출 효과를 제고하기 위해서는 6차 산업 경영체들의 농업 노동력 수요를 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 각 사업체별 필요로 하는 맞춤형 인력을 육성하고, 농가에 연결해주는 것도 한 방안이 될 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 농가들의 6차 산업 참여 여부와 고용 노동력 수요 여부를 동시에 파악할 수 있는 이변량프로빗 모델을 이용해 6차 산업에 참여하고 있는 농가들의 고용 인력 수요 결정 요인들을 실증적으로 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 6차 산업에 참여할 경우에 노동력을 고용할 확률은 11.21%, 노동력을 고용하지 않을 확률은 9.04%여서 일단 농가가 6차 산업을 경영할 경우 고용 노동력에 대한 수요가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 6차 산업 경영주체가 개별 경영보다는 농가조직에 소속된 경영주일수록 고용 노동력 수요가 증가하고,경영승계 농가보다 신규취농일 경우 6차 산업에 참여할 경우 노동력 고용은 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 영농경력이 많을수록 6차 산업을 경영하면서 고용 노동력에 대한 수요는 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 임계 재배면적 이상부터는 경영주가 6차 산업에 참여할 경우 노동력을 고용할 확률이 감소하지만, 평균적으로 3.4ha를 재배하고 있는 농가 가 lha 더 경영규모를 확대할 경우 노동력 고용은 46.9% 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 다섯째, 저학력 수준의 농가에 비해 고학력 수준의 농가일수록 6차 산업에 종사하면 고용 노동력 수요가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.

        농산물 산지유통센터 이용 만족도 결정요인 분석

        APCs operated by Agricultural Cooperative handle 70.0% of the maximum volume annually, and 44.6% of them are in deficit. Therefore, enhancement on the efficiency of the investment in APC facility is possible by improving the utilization of the existing APCs established by local Agricultural Cooperative bodies. However, considering the reality of continuing decrease of agricultural population, continuing attraction of the initial users for the APC is limited. Therefore, it is crucial to understand the characteristics of the farming houses using the APC and set marketing strategies accordingly. The study employs Heckman probit model which enables the analysis of the correlation between selection of a selling place for agricultural products and the satisfaction towards the selected selling place to examine whether farmers select APC as a selling place for their agricultural product, and what factors determine the satisfaction with the use of APC.

        논벼 재배농가의 영농 다각화 결정요인 분석

        In this study, we investigated the characteristics of individual farms and their regions that influenced the selection of farming enterprise. This is considered as a prerequisite in the introduction of crop diversification in rice fields which has been reviewed as a solution to the structural problem of rice oversupply in South Korea. It is, in general, necessary to analyze the regional influence as well because farming systems in individual farms are not influenced by the characteristics of individual farms only. They are also influenced by the characteristics of the regions the farms belong to. In this study, the factors influencing the selection of farming by the paddy rice farmers were analyzed using data obtained from the 2015 Agriculture and Forestry Census. Integrating the analytical results from the study, we presented the following policy proposals for the introduction of rice production adjustment system , such as expanding the rental business of agricultural machinery, strengthening information education, establishing the conditions for the wide use of agricultural land, systematizing the supply and demand of agricultural manpower, and preferential support for the organized management body.

        청년농업인 유형화 및 결정요인 분석 : 전남 무안군 청년농업인 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 농촌지역 소멸 대응 방안을 탐색하기 위해 전남 무안군을 연구 표집지역으로 선정하고, 무안군 청년농업인 95명을 대상으로 영농실태와 애로사항 등을 살펴보았다. 그리고 지역 맞춤형 청년농업인 육성 및 지원 정책 또는 사업을 발굴하기 위해 요인분석과 군집분석을 통해 무안군 청년농업인을 유형화하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아직까지 무안군의 청년농업인 지원 관련한 조례(법), 독창적인 사업은 없다. 둘째, 무안군 청년농업인의 농지 승계 비율은 41.1%로 전국 청년농업인 43.7%와 비슷하게 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 통해 우리나라 청년농업인의 약 40% 정도는 가장 중요한 영농기반인 농지를 승계받은 것으로 추측된다. 셋째, 영농경력이 쌓인 청년농업인에게 지역생활 여건은 전혀 개선되지 않고, 오히려 어려움이 강화되고 있다. 넷째, 본 연구에서는 총 21개의 변수를 활용해 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 공통인자 7개가 선정되었고, 이를 활용해 군집분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 무안군 청년농업인은 총 3개 집단으로 유형화되었다. 그리고 다항로짓 분석결과, 청년농업인 유형화를 위한 지표로는 경작 면적, 영농경력, 스마트팜 수요, 농가소득, 영농형태(쌀 재배 여부) 등을 고려할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 청년농업인의 유입을 유도하고 농촌지역 소멸을 방지하기 위하여 지역의 정주여건과 함께 농지 등의 영농기반에 대한 진입장벽을 최소화하는 정책적 노력이 필요하다. Based on Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do, this study explores how to mitigate the disappearance of rual areas. The study surveyed 95 young farmers in Muan-gun to assess their farming practices and the challenges they face. We further employ factor analysis and cluster analysis classify young farmers in Muan-gun, facilitating the identification of tailored policies or initiatives aimed at fostering and supporting young farmers. The results are summarized as follows. First, Muan County does not have any ordinances or original projects specifically designed to support young farmers. Second, the succession rate of farmland among young farmers in Muan County is 41.1%, which is comparable to the national rate of 43.7%. This indicates that approximately 40% of young farmers in Korea have inherited farmland, a critical foundation for agricultural activities. Third, despite accumulating farming experience, young farmers have not seen any improvement in local living conditions, and rather their difficulties have intensified. Fourth, this study conducted a factor analysis using 21 variables, resulting in the selection of seven common factors for cluster analysis. Consequently, young farmers in Muan County were categorized into three groups. The multinomial logit analysis revealed that the typology of young farmers is influenced by indicators such as cultivated area, farming experience, demand for smart farms, farm income, and farming type (rice cultivation or other). Therefore, to attract young farmers and prevent the decline of rural areas, policy efforts should focus on minimizing entry barriers to farming infrastructure, such as access to farmland, and improving local settlement conditions.

        고령농가와 비고령농가 간 노동력 고용과 그 수요량에 영향을 미치는 요인 비교 분석

        A large part of Korea's agriculture industry is managed by business owners over 65 years of age, and the aging of farm households will be further intensified in the future. Therefore, an environment where aged farmers can continue to engage with farming should be built, rather than inducing the aged farmers with accumulated farming experiences to retire to cope with the aging framing population and solve the problems with reproduction. This study aims to analyze the determinants of the labor demand between the old and young farmer using a zero inflated model and hurdle binomial model. As a result, zero inflated binomial model shows better results from the view of log-likelihood and AIC. The results suggested that the participation and demand decisions for labor fore between older farmers and nonelderly farmers may not be based on the same decision making structure. Therefore, it is necessary to secure the manpower, considering the age of the business owner, even if they are identical product while identifying the employment labor led by the farmers cultivating the same products and seeking solutions to jointly put these manpower into farming.

        논밭 범용화 사업에 대한 농업인 인식조사

        This study analyzed farmers’ recognition for multiple use project of paddy field in Korea. For the study, we set up several standards to choose survey regions, such as areas of food crops, self-sufficiency rate for crops and field characteristics. One hundred fifty one farmers were surveyed with questionnaires including experience with similar projects, intention for joining the project, preferred crops for the project and obstacles for joining the project. Results showed that a half of the farmers recognized similar projects while most of the farmers did not join such projects and also had no experience with upland crops except rice in paddy field. Over the half of the farmers showed positive response to the project, where the positive response increased with farmers’ recognition for need of the project and with joint participation with neighbor farmers. About a half of the farmers preferred upland crops when joining the project because of their experience with the crops and their ages. Most important obstacles for the project included labor shortage and expenses for facilities. Other obstacles included uncertainty for marketing channel of upland crops, crop loss from wild animals, decrease in price of upland crops.

        DEA와 맘퀴스트 생산성지수를 이용한 시설토마토(반촉성) 재배농가의 생산성에 관한 실증 연구

        The following research analyzed the factors which influence the productivity along with relative efficiency evaluation on facilitated tomato farms from 2008 to 2012 year, measuring DEA and Malmquist Productivity Index. The major analytical results are as follows. First, according to efficiency evaluation using DEA model, average total technical efficiency was 0.902 and pure technical efficiency was 0.953. Second, dynamic analysis results using MPI showed retrogression in technical advancement degree which can produce higher calculation factors when fixed quantity of input elements are implemented. Especially, facilitated tomatoes of 2008 to 2012 year showed rapid decrease in productivity. Therefore, to enhance the productivity of facilitated tomatoes, political investment and support must be acquired for technical innovation. Third, in this research, the reason for 0.6% reduction in technical efficiency showed scale efficiency of 0.6% increase. However, net technical efficiency was reduced 0.6%. Therefore, to enhance productivity of facilitated tomatoes, net technical efficiency enhancement must be accompanied.
