This study inquired into the effects of switching barriers on customer satisfaction and repurchase intentionin the beauty service industry and proposed a marketing strategy to maintain customers in the industryby increasing the barriers. This study examined the effects of sub-factors of switching barriers such asswitching costs, alternative attractiveness and human relationships on customer satisfaction and repurchaseintention. For an empirical analysis, a survey method was conducted with male and female customers ofbeauty shops with less than five workers in Incheon, and 249 copies were used in the analysis. Exploratoryfactor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out to test hypothesesin this study. As a result, the first hypothesis that switching costs would affect customer satisfaction andrepurchase intention was rejected. Second, the hypothesis that alternative attractiveness and humanrelationships would affect customer satisfaction and repurchase intention was adopted. Third, the hypothesisthat customer satisfaction would affect repurchase intention was adopted. To sum up the above results,it is most important to maintain continued visits by forming human relationships between beauty shopcustomers and service providers and customer satisfaction, and the service providers should increase theirservice quality and provide their customers with quality service to increase their alternative attractivenessand should maximize the beauty shops’ profits by preventing their customers from leaving and making themrevisit them in the long term.

This research surveyed 324 college students majored dental hygiene in Gwangju and Chonnam province to analyze their awareness and degree of practice about infection control. Through the study for recognition about infectious disease related with the grade, the sophomore students are the group who is the most aware. In addition, the study shows students who experienced teeth cleaning have high degree of awareness (p<0.05). The research of perception about infectious disease based on experiences for vaccinations and education about infection prevention says hepatitis B has the highest rate when it comes to level of occurrence risk and tuberculosis and acquired immune deficiency syndrome are the lowest (p<0.05). According to the research, the group who had vaccination, knowledge about infection prevention and experience for scaling shows high practice rate for hand washing according to whether students receive protective inoculation or not. Depending on what the result were, since student learned about infection control has high degree of recognition and practice about infection management if we could emphasize the importance to students through regulative education about infection control and then increase the degree of practice, it would make big contributions to the effective infection control.
CDP - 6 - Deoxy - Δ3 , 4 - glucoseen Reductase ( E3 ) 에 있어서 Disulfide 의 역할에 관한 연구
한옥수 ( Ok Soo Han ) 생화학분자생물학회 1993 BMB Reports Vol.26 No.1
The NADH oxidase activity of CDP-6-Deoxy-Δ^(3.4)-glucoseen reductase(E3) was decreased by thiol modifying agents such as iodoacetic acid or DTNB. The enzyme was reduced by NADH and the number of free thiols was gradually increased by the reduction. The titration of free thiols in E3 at various redox-stages by DTNB revealed that the enzyme contained at least one reducible disulfide near the active-site. This result, together with studies on the inactivation of E3 by excess NADH, indicates the redox-active disulfide may be involved in the catalytic cycle of E3 although the fully reduced form of the enzyme is catalytically inactive. In an attempt to establish a chemical model for the reduction of the conjugated imine such as Δ^(3.4)-glucoseen intermediate by thiols, kinetics of the reduction of DCPIP by cysteine was examined.
Studies on the Role of Disulfide in CDP-6-Deoxy-${\Delta}^{3,4}$-glucoseen Reductase(E3)
한옥수,Han, Ok-Soo 생화학분자생물학회 1993 한국생화학회지 Vol.26 No.1
Objectives: This qualitative research was conducted to understand the experiences of dental hygienists with respect to emotional labor and stress through in-depth interviews, and analyze experiences that are difficult to grasp in quantitative studies. Methods: From October 7 to October 14 2020, a total of seven study participants were selected and underwent in-depth interviews. A phenomenological research methodology was applied for intensive analysis. Results: The results of the interviews were grouped into five central-categories: relationships in the workplace (trouble with the staff, discrimination against staff, relationship between subordinates and superiors), relationships with non-major (trouble with laboratory staff, inferiority complex and behavior of non-specialists), emotional labor for the patient (patient-centered, patient selfishness, exquisite guardian), conduction of business (passing the work, deterioration in health due to emotional labor), organizing emotions (patience and a sense of collapse, conversation with a coworker). Conclusions: Based on this study, we need to develop tools to measure dental hygienists’ emotional labor and stress as well as conduct follow-up research on ways to improve them.
