On SI houses in Japan, infill system is used for curtain wall, service system and interior except structure taking charge internal stress. And, it means that part can be changed by residents. Also, for correspond to variety of lifestyle of resident, infill should be easy to set up, dismantle, and move. It is called Interface that is an concept including condition of junctions, regulations. Because of interface, there must be gaps and its may cause deterioration of properties. To reduce the deterioration of properties, the design for Interface should be planned more than that properties of two materials used at junctions. The survey for regulations and standards has conducted and required performance item and performance evaluation method which can be a basic material of performance-standard of infill are reorganized. With this, common features of required performance item of two parts consisting Interface are fixed for required performance item of Interface. As well as, required performance item of Interface has been acquired with containing necessary items which are not included required performance item of Infill. Next, classes of required performance of Interface are summarized according to KS. Therefore, the object of this research is to give the basic information about performance-standard of infill and interface.
구획화재 시 배연창 및 배연구가 화재확산지연에 미치는 영향

On occurring fire of high-rise building, smoke vent window may not operate effectively depending on structural characteristics of buildings and outdoor air conditions, as noted in some literature. Therefore, in this study it reviewed the exhaust effect of ventilation system considering outdoor air conditions. Also, reviewed the influence related to the temperature changes inside compartments of ventilation system with the effective area of smoke vent window and the exhaust capacity of ventilator as variables. The fire analysis using Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) was conducted for this study. The result showed that the temperature rise of fire compartments can be delayed by the inflow of outdoor air and the delayed effect seems to be affected by total exhaust quantity of ventilation system.
건축재료의 합리적 선택을 위한 재료 데이타베이스의 구축과 그 활용에 관한 기초적 연구

This study is the basic step for logical and objective building materials selection by establishing the database. This paper offers the basic information about building materials database with studying the concept of building materials database and the theoretical articles. Defining the needs of buildings and the performances of materials and framing the logical system for comparison and contrast of these and then establishing the database, finally, it is possible to select building materials providing trust to construction groups and users. Actually, for this, social and physical environments as indexing performances, improving regulations, insuring effective operations systems should be prepared.
