        다중 영상과 호모그래피 행렬을 이용한 소실점 위치 향상 알고리즘

        본 논문은 다중 영상과 호모그래피 행렬을 통해 소실점 위치의 정확도를 향상시키는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 단일 영상만을 활용하여 소실점 검출이 가능하지만, 여러 영상의 정보를 활용하여 소실점의 위치를 보정하면 소실점 위치의 정확도를 더 향상시킬 수 있다. 위치 정확도가 향상된 소실점을 통해 더 정확한 실내공간 정보 검출이 가능하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 3개의 영상을 입력받아 정보를 검출한 후 영상의 벽면 간의 호모그래피 행렬을 검출하고, 검출된 호모그래피를 이용하여 소실점의 위치를 변환한다. 최종적으로 변환된 소실점 중 최적의 위치에 있는 소실점을 찾아내어 소실점 위치를 보정 함으로써 소실점 위치의 정확도를 향상시킨다. 실험 결과를 통해 기존의 알고리즘과 제안하는 알고리즘의 정확도를 비교 분석한다. 제안하는 알고리즘을 통해 소실점 위치에 대한 오차 각도가 약 1.62% 감소함을 확인하였고, 이를 통해 더 정밀한 소실점 검출이 가능하였다. 또한, 제안한 알고리즘을 통해 향상된 소실점을 이용하여 검출한 레이아웃이 기존 알고리즘의 결과에 비교해 더 정확한 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. In this paper, we propose vanishing-point position-improvement algorithms by using multiple images and a homography matrix. Vanishing points can be detected from a single image, but the positions of detected vanishing points can be improved if we adjust their positions by using information from multiple images. More accurate indoor space information detection is possible through vanishing points with improved positional accuracy. To adjust a position, we take three images and detect the information, detect the homography matrix between the walls of the images, and convert the vanishing point positions using the detected homography. Finally, we find an optimal position among the converted vanishing points and improve the vanishing point position. The experimental results compared an existing algorithm and the proposed algorithm. With the proposed algorithm, we confirmed that the error angle to the vanishing point position was reduced by about 1.62%, and more accurate vanishing point detection was possible. In addition, we can confirm that the layout detected by using improved vanishing points through the proposed algorithm is more accurate than the result from the existing algorithm.

        Does Newly Developed Lordotic Curve Controlled Traction Treatment Change Long Term Health Status in Patients with Herniated Lumbar Disc Disease

        요추 전만각 증가식 견인장치(lumbar lordoticcurve controlled traction device, LCCT)가 새롭게 개발되었으나 견인 치료 후 장기간 건강 상태의 변화를 평가한 연구는 미흡하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 LCCT와 기존의 견인장치(Standard traction, ST) 사이의 장기간 건강의 변화를 무작위 대조 시험 설계를 통해 비교하고자 하였다. 본 연구에 40명의 경한 요통이 있는 환자가 참여하였다. 모든 참가자는 LCCT 그룹 또는 ST 그룹으로 무작위 할당되었다. 환자의 전반적인 건강상태는 시각상사척도와 SF-36을 사용하여 치료 전과 치료 후 3개윌의 변화를 평가하였다. 그 결과, LCCT 그룹은 ST 그룹보다 통증 강도가 현저히 감소하고 신체기능, 신체 통증, 정서적 역할등이 크게 개선되었다. 두 그룹 모두에서 유의한 부작용은 보고되지 않았다. 척추 견인 동안 자연적인 성인의 곡선을 유지하는 이상적인 이점 때문에, 새롭게 개발된 LCCT는 종합적인 건강상태, 특히 통증점수를 개선하는 데 있어 상당한 이점을 보였다. LCCT의 임상적 이점은 장기간 지속될 것으로 보여 임상 환경에서 제안될 수 있다. The lumbar lordotic-curve controlled traction device (LCCT) has been newly developed. But there has been few studies to evaluate the long term comprehensive health status change after traction treatment. The purpose of our study was to compare the long term health status changes between LCCT and standard traction (ST) device with randomized controlled trial design. Total 40 patients with or mild non-radicular low back pain (LBP) were included in this study. With random order, all the participants were classified either into LCCT group or ST group. The comprehensive health status changes of the patients were recorded using visual analog scale and SF-36 initially and after 3 months traction treatment. In results, The LCCT group showed a significant reduction in pain intensity(p<.05), and greater improvement in physical functioning, physical role functioning, bodily pain, emotional role functioning of SF-36 than ST group(p<.05). No significant adverse effect was reported in both groups. Due to its ideal advantages of maintaining the natural lordotic curve during spinal traction, the newly developed LCCT showed a significant advantages in improving comprehensive health status especially scores. The clinical benefits of LCCT appears to last long time thus it could be suggested in clinical settings.

        Since Republic of Korea(ROK) and China established diplomatic relations in 1992, two countries have significantly improved their relationship in a number of areas ranging from economy to culture. Yet, in the security and military arena, the scope of cooperation between two countries has been quite limited. Particularly, the military relationship between ROK and China was strained after Cheonan Vessel incident and artillery shelling on Yeonpyeongdo. Considering that ROK and China elevated their relationship into ``strategic cooperative partnership`` in 2008, the military arena considerably lags behind other areas. The military cooperation between ROK and China has moved slowly as external factors such ROK-US alliance, China`s diplomatic relationship with N. Korea, and Taiwan and internal factors like military and politics complicated matters. Currently, the dynamic military exchanges including minister-level meeting are taking place. However, they stay at ``mere exchange level``. In order to upgrade the level of military between ROK and China from ``exchange`` to ``cooperation``, we need to effectively employ our leverages and establish military relationship with China in desirable terms on basis of accurate understanding of circumstance. We need a long-tern strategy that does not put us in odd relationship with China while maintaining the viable alliance with US. As military cooperation is always sensitive and comes as a last remaining issue on the table, we should not rush to agreements or judgments. Instead, we need to make thoughtful and practical decisions on basis of national security needs. Therefore, we recommend regular exchange of high-level military personnel, substantial expansion of personnel exchange, inspection of military drills, and establishment of personnel relations(``Kwansi``) between military personnel through military training exchange.

        체력 저하 계층에 대한 맞춤형 운동 권고안

        The topic of what kind of exercise, how much, and how intensely to exercise is a major concern for anyone trying to get healthy through exercise and is clinically important for disease outcomes. However, patients often exercise without knowledge of appropriate exercise guidelines, and healthcare providers are often unable to proactively provide appropriate exercise recommendations to their patients. In this paper, we review the current literature on exercise and present these guidelines, especially for cancer patients and the elderly. Using Pubmed and Google scholar searches, we conducted searches using key words such as optimal intensity, cancer rehabilitation, exercise intensity, elderly, and advanced rehabilitation, and developed a conclusion based on the literature review. In special situations, such as the elderly or cancer patients, active exercise, even when their physical fitness is greatly reduced, can increase the benefits of exercise and can prevent a variety of diseases and make them healthier, thus increasing their quality of life. The purpose of exercise is to increase the quantity or quality of muscle strength to prevent sarcopenia. In addition, aerobic and flexibility exercises are necessary. Exercise should be done at a moderate to high intensity to maintain or increase health status, and an individualized approach should be taken to prevent complications and injuries by gradually increasing the intensity of the exercise. Obesity should be actively prevented, and a personalized exercise program that takes into account the specifics of the individual can be a good recommendation for successful treatment.

      • ATO 자동운전 기반의 무인운전 경전철 TPS에 관한 연구

        Automatic Operation based on ATO (Automatic Train Operation) is necessary for driverless Light Rail Transit business. When this kind of driverless LRT operation plan is made, TPS (Train Performance Simulation) is traditionally simulated at all-out mode and coasting mode based on manual operation. Commercial schedule speed equals to all-out speed minus 9~15% make-up margin. Coasting mode TPS simulation is also run at commercial schedule speed to calculate run time and energy consumption. But TPS based on manual operation should make an improvement on accuracy in case of driverless LRT operation Plan. In this paper, new fast mode TPS simulation using ATO pattern is proposed and show near actual ATO result. The actual ATO pattern can be accurately simulated with the introduction of 4 parameters such as commercial braking rate, jerk, station stop profile and grade converted distance. Normal mode TPS simulation for commercial schedule speed can be designed to have fast mode trip time plus 3 seconds/km margin recommended by korean standard LRT specification.
