We introduce an arbitrary waveform generation method and its H/W implementation case based on Rademacher and Walsh function. According to the orthogonal and periodic features of Rademacher and Walsh function, simple calculations can generate arbitrary waves with affordable logics. We implemented an FPGA-based AWS using above two functions, and verified. HDL simulation shows the proposed idea can draw desired analog test waveforms very fast, and its H/W size is promising to Built-Out Self-Test(BOST) logics for AI ICs.

The conventional uphill pattern was developed through from a draft of the simulated pattern based on the vehicle performance and specifications to repetitive and calibration / evaluation on the public road. There was an inefficiency due to repetitive validation in various road conditions, also a difficulty to verify the developed pattern in the real road due to driving restriction depending on the road condition. In this study, new method proposed, which will improve the inefficiency, and cover all driving conditions. As a result, using an acceleration sensor in the flat road method developed and it showed 60% improvement in shift counts.
가스발생기 비-반응 유동의 난류 혼합에 대한 LES 해석

난류고리와 스플래쉬 판에 의한 난류 혼합과 난류 생성에 관한 연구를 위하여 LES 해석이 가능한 CFD 코드를 개발하였으며 이를 사용하여 LES 해석을 수행하였다. 계산 결과에 의하면 난류고리는 유동장에 매우 강한 난류를 생성하여 후류에서 난류 혼합을 촉진하는 역할을 담당하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 한편 난류고리 후류 방향으로 스플래쉬 판을 설치하면 난류고리만을 설치한 경우와 매우 다른 형태의 난류 에너지와 엔스트로피 생성을 관찰할 수 있었다. 이 경우의 난류혼합은 판 뒤에 생성되는 매우 강하며 집중적인 난류의 생성에 의하여 이루어지며 압력강하는 초기 압력의 1% 수준으로 매우 낮았다. 또한 계산결과에 의하면 난류고리의 형상이나 돌출 길이 변화는 생성되는 난류의 특성에 매우 커다란 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 난류 혼합을 가장 효과적으로 이룰 수 있는 판의 위치에 관한 연구는 진행하지 못하였으나 지금까지 계산결과에 의하면 스플래쉬 판이 설치되었을 때 압력 강하도 낮은 수준이며 난류 혼합이 가장 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. LES analysis was conducted with in-house CFD code to investigate the turbulence evolution and interaction due to turbulence ring and splash plate in the gas generator. The calculation results show that the installation of turbulence ring can introduce additional turbulences and significantly improve turbulent mixing in the downstream flow. However, the addition of splash plate in the downstream of TR(Turbulence Ring) brings totally different shape of perturbation energy and enstrophy distribution into turbulent mixing. This enhancement can be done by the formation of the intensively strong vorticity and mixing behind the plate. Pressure drop was found to be a reasonable level of about 1% or less of initial pressure in all calculation cases. Also, calculation results revealed that the variation of shape and intrusion length of TR did not greatly affect the characteristics of turbulent mixing in the chamber. Even though the effect of installation location of splash plate on the turbulent mixing was not investigated yet, calculation results conclude the addition of splash plate leads to the increase in turbulent mixing with an acceptable pressure drop.
업무특성과 BSC 시스템 특성의 적합도가 BSC 시스템 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향

The balanced scorecard(BSC) framework is a tool for strategic decision making and task support that aims for efficiency in performance management and strategy execution. BSC evolved from an old performance management practice, which tended to be limited to a finance-only perspective, to a new system of corporate management looking at corporate tasks from a multi-dimensional, future-inclined value perspective. This form of BSC amounts to a framework capable of driving management innovation and renewing the ways in which companies conceive their strategy and perform their operations. Since BSC draws integrally on user participation, it can be expected that users' satisfaction with BSC systems is an important factor in systems' success or failure. However, previous studies of the BSC system have not yet considered it as a theoretical model, specifically examining BSC system and task characteristics. To date, only a few studies have put forward plans for the implementation and use of BSC systems, and these studies have the common limitation of failing to consider the circumstances or theoretical structure of the companies for which a BSC system is being proposed. This paper then begins to fill some of this gap by characterizing the BSC system from the perspective of contingency theories. Contingency theories can be particularly useful in the Korean context in exploring how different companies use the BSC system in ways determined by their unique environmental characteristics, which may also determine the performance factors behind the application of a company's particular BSC system. In order to provide concrete suggestions for implanting and using the BSC system from a contingency theory perspective, this study sets out to determine the relationships between the contingency variables affecting BSC system performance and BSC system property variables(in given cases) through an empirical analysis. The study takes into account the perspective from which contingency theory is to be applied in individual cases, sets contingency and BSC property variables with reference to the BSC system user's environment and BSC system's character, and frames initial hypotheses concerning corporate structure and environmental variables and BSC system performance variables with reference to previous studies. A survey was then conducted on users in Korean companies that have implemented the BSC system in order to verify the research model and understand results.

한국추진공학회 연구회 사업으로 친환경 우주추진 시스템 연구회가 운영중이다. 본 논문에서는, 연구회 활동의 결과로서 한국형 달 탐사계획, 위성 추진 시스템 개발 현황, 친환경 추진제와 하이드라진 추진제의 비교, 우리나라에서 개발될 우주추진 시스템이 갖추어야 할 조건에 대하여 조사할 내용을 요약하였다. A Research Group of Green Space-Propulsion System is under activity in the frame of a research-group project supported by the Korean Society of Propulsion Engineers. In this paper, several items investigated by this research group are reviewed, which are a Korean plan of lunar exploration, the state-of-the art in the development of satellite propulsion systems, comparison of green propellants with hydrazine propellants, and requirements for space propulsion systems to be developed in Korea.
