Objectives: This study examined the relationship between drinking level and nicotine dependence to provide useful information for health promotion programs. Methods: The participants were 308 university students who were using alcohol and cigarettes concurrently.Drinkinglevelwasmeasured by the AUDIT and nicotine dependence was measured by the FTND. The statistical methods used for data analysis were descriptive statistics, t-test, F-test, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: First, drinking level, nicotine dependence, and stress are significantly highly associated. Specifically, nicotine dependence and stress were correlated with drinking level. Second, multiple linear regression analysis showed that drinking level had a strong causality on nicotine dependence. Conclusion: This study found that drinking level had a greater effect on nicotine dependence. Alcohol drinking is likely to be the cause of smoking, and alcohol prevention will be more important than smoking in health promotion programs for university students.
Fe$_{2}$VAl과 Fe$_{3}$Al 합금의 광학적 성질

The electronic structures and optical conductivity (OC) spectra of the Fe2VAl alloy, which is a Heusler alloy and is known to be a new candidate for the 3d heavy-Fermion system, and its binary mother phase, the Fe3Al alloy, have been calculated by using the WIEN2k package, which utilizes the all-electron full-potential linearized, augmented plane-wave method. For the case of the Fe3Al alloy, the agreement between the experimental and the calculated OC spectra is very good while the agreement is poor for the Fe2VAl alloy. This may be attributed to a deciency when the localdensityapproximation is applied in the density-functional theory. However, the calculated currentsreproduce the signicant decrease in the intensity of the OC in the low-energy region (1 -2 eV) for the Fe3Al alloy better than they do for the Fe2VAl alloy.

The infant seedling of rice(8-to 10-day-old) has often suffered from submergence just after transplanting due to the too short seedling height, 5 to 8cm, This experiment was conducted to elucidate the effect of gibberellic acid($GA_3 : 25% soluble liquid) with the application methods of foliar spray and seed-soaking on the elongation of seedling height of infant rice seedling in machine transplanting, We used a japonica rice variety, Hwaseongbyeo, and the seeding rate was 200g per seed tray(30$\times60$\times3cm). Generally,$GA_3 and Metalaxyl increased the elongation of seedling height of infant seedling while Tetracycle decreased the seedling height, To increase the seedling height of infant seedling, the foliar spary application of $GA_3 was better than seed-soaking treatment. The optimum concentration of $GA_3 for the foliar spray was about l0ppm and the optimum application time of $GA_3 was 3 to 4 days after sowing. 벼 기계이앙 어린모 육묘시 생장조절제가 묘의 초장신장 촉진에 미치는 효과를 구명하기 위하여 화성벼를 공시하고 6가지의 생장조절제를 사용하여 종자침종 효과와 6가지의 생장조절제를 사용하여 종자침종 효과와 묘 생장을 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Gibberellin과 Metalaxyl은 어린모의 초장신장을 촉진시켰으며, Tetracycle은 초장을 억제하였다. 2. Gibberellin의 엽면분무처리가 종자침종처리보다 어린모의 초장신장에 더 효과적이었다. 3. 어린모의 초장신장 촉진을 위한 Gibberellin의 엽면분무처리의 적정농도는 약 10ppm이었다. 4. Gibberellin의 엽면분무의 적정처리시기는 파종후 3~4일 이었다.

진공증착된 비정질 규소는 Plasma deposition에 의해 제작된 시료보다 gap內에 局在化된 defect states가 많기 때문에 상온의 전기 전도도(σRT)가 크다. gap內의 상태밀도, N(ε),가 field effect실험에 의해 0.4eV<(ε??-ε)<0.9eV의 에너지 영역에서 결정되었다. 진공증착된 비정질 규소의 N(ε??)-ε??는 Fermi준위-가 10??㎝??eV??로 plasma deposition에 의해 제작된 시료보다 크게 나타났다. hydrogenation된 시료는 N(ε)가 낮게 나타났는데 T??=350℃에서 가장 작았다. N(ε)는 저온에서 variable range hopping의 여러가지 이론적인 모형에 대한 결과의 分析에 사용되었다. The room temperature conductivity (σRT) of the evaporated a-Si is higher than that of the plasma deposited one, because of the many localized defect states in the gap. The density of states in the gap, N(ε), was determined in the energy range 0.4eV<(ε??-ε)<0.9eV using the field effect experiment. N(ε) of the evaporated a-Si, where ε?? is Fermi level, was about 10??㎝?? eV?? and was larger than that of plasma deposited sample. N(ε) was lowered by the hydrogenation and was minimized at T??=350℃. The knowledge of N(ε) was used in the analysis of the results of the variable range hopping at low temperature using various theoretical models.
