Nodular fasciitis is rare and benign fibroblastic proliferative disease which tends to be confused microscopically with spindle cell sarcoma. It is a distinctive lesion and a very important one because of its ability to simulate a malignant process. Histopathologically, nodular fasciitis can be grouped into three subtypes based on their relation with the fascia: subcutaneous, fascial, intramuscular. We report a case of nodular fasciitis misdiagnosed as Baker`s cyst in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis.

21세기 고령 사회를 향한 다양한 고령자 대책이 추진되고 있으나 이것은 지역사회를 중심으로, 거주 고령자가 안심하고 삶의 보람을 갖고 윤택한 노후의 생을 목표로 하고 있다. 사회의 고령화에 따른 고령자의 문제는, 고령사회에서의 삶, 삶의 질에 대하여 국민이 구체적인 이미지를 갖지 않았기 때문에 사회문제의 불안 요소의 하나로 나타나게 되었다고 생각된다. 현대의 지역복지에서는 고령자가 지역에서 안심하고 계속된 삶을 살면서 생을 마칠 수 있는 예방적, 단계적 차원의 지역 생활복지시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 이는 고령자의 삶의 질을 높이는 요인-교육, 의료, 소득, 여가-을 이용한 복지 시스템을 활용하여, 이 결과가 고령자에게 쉽게 받아들여 효과가 나타나도록 하는 것을 목표로 한다. 본 연구는 농촌지역 거주 고령자의 삶의 질을 높여 고령자가 지역에서 정체성을 갖고 생활 할 수 있도록, 질 높은 복지를 위한 시설과 프로그램 제공을 하는 노인 여가복지 시설을 연구한다. 대상지는 경상북도 풍기이며, 농촌 여가 복지시설의 프로그램을 비교해 고령자의 다양한 복지수요에 대응하는 단계적 복지 체계를 설정한다. 지역 공공 중심시설로 중학교를 설정하고, 교과시설과 복지프로그램과의 복합화를 통한 시설의 지역특성에 맞는 중학교와 노인 여가 복지시설의 시설 복합화를 제안한다. Despite numerous policies for the aged have been suggested for the contemporary aged society, they are mainly executed by local communities, targeting the elder residents to live comfortably. Problems caused by aging society has been raised from personal problems to those of the society. This is because the members of the society do not have a specific image of Q.O.L in relation to the aging society. It has become inevitable for the present community care to have preventive and staged local social welfare systems that would facilitate the elders to have comfortable and satisfying lives. That is, the welf are system should utilize the causes that enhance the elders` Q.O.L, namely, education, medical treatment, income, and leisure activities, and to make the elders to effectually comprehend the outcomes of the system so that apparent results would be ensued. The purpose of this research is to investigate leisure facilities for the elderly rural residents that offer high quality programs to enhance the elders` quality of life, and thereby promote them to have strong sense of identity. Research location is Punggi, yeongsangbukdo. Stages of social welfare system would be suggested by comparing the programs of elderly leisure facilities. Middle schools would be chosen as core rural establishments. Association of schools and elderly facilities, by employing the composition of the educational institution and the welfare system in harmony with particular regional characteristics, would be proposed as a result.
미세직경 얼음을 이용한 CO2 하이드레이트 제조특성 연구

Gas hydrate is an inclusion compound consisting of water and low molecular weight gases, which are incorporated into the lattice structure of water. Owing to its promising aspect to application technologies, gas hydrate has been widely studied recently, especially CO2 hydrate for the CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) issue. The key point of CO2 hydrate technology for the CCS is how to produce gas hydrate in an efficient and economic way. In this study, we have tried to study the characteristic of gas hydrate formation using micro-sized ice through an ultrasonic nozzle which generate 2.4 MHz frequency wave. CO2 as a carrier gas brings micro-sized mist into low-temperature reactor, where the mist and carrier gas forms CO2 hydrate under -55˚C and atmospheric pressure condition and some part of the mist also remains unreacted micro-sized ice. Formed gas hydrate was average 10.7 of diameter at average. The starting ice particle was set to constant pressure to form CO2 hydrate and the consumed amount of CO2 gas was simultaneously measured to calculate the conversion of ice into gas hydrate. Results showed that the gas hydrate formation was highly suitable because of its extremely high gas-solid contact area, and the formation rate was also very high. Self-preservation effect of CO2 hydrate was confirmed by the measurement of CO2 hydrate powder at normal and at pressed state, which resulted that this kind of gas storage and transport could be feasible using CO2 hydrate formation.
