This study addresses the reverse engineering and the structural analysis of 5-ton excavator’s gearbox, which have been carried out in the Capstone Design class, School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, Catholic University of Daegu. The aim of our team was the reverse engineering and the structural analysis of the 5-ton excavator’s gearbox produced by MS Precision Co., Ltd. Firstly, the gearbox have been disassembled into individual parts. After measuring the each part by using a vernier caliper and a protractor, we drew the 2D basic models and then built their 3D models with CATIA V5 R21. The individual part models were assembled by the CATIA"s Assembly module. For the high quality of the 3D models, we also have rendered the whole assembled models with KeyShot and have performed simulation with CATIA DMU Kinematic Simulation. Finally, the structure analysis has been performed with ANSYS Workbench to analyze the system of the internal gears" operation in the gearbox.

Dynamic model of the Korea standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle, and boundary conditions between vehicle and infrastructures (running track, guidance rail) were defined to analyze vehicular vibration behaviors occurred at the worst condition. Using the commercialized software RecurDyn, vibration accelerations of car body and bogies were analyzed. and, based on the ISO standard 2631-1, the vibration characteristic test is performed in the test track. As the results, the Korea standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle satisfied the ISO standard criteria and design requirement.
화경배양에 의한 팔레높시스의 원괴체 형성과 증식에 미치는 요인

화경배양에 의한 팔레높시스의 우량유묘의 생산에 관여하는 몇가지 요인에 관하여 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 개화초기의 화경을 채취하여 이를 기내배양하여 액아를 유도하고 이로부터 발생되는 잎을 배양하여 PLB를 얻고 이를 대량배양하는 시스템을 개발하는데 본 실험의 목적이 있다. 기내 액아의 유도는 MS배지에 BA 5.0mg/L 첨가구에서 가장 양호하였다. 배양재료로서는 화경의 기부조직에서 양호한 액아발생을 나타내었고 상부로 갈수록 2차화경의 발생이 현저한 양상을 나타내었다. 천연물 첨가는 액아발생에 비효과적이었고 활성탄의 첨가는 액아발생을 현저히 억제하였다. 반면 50mg/L trans-cinnamic acid의 첨가는 100% 액아발생을 유도하였다. 기내 엽편은 절간에 비해 PLB 유도에 효과적이었으며 0.5-0.75배의 무기물농도와 유기물을 2배로 한 MS배지에 BA 10-15mg/L에서 가장 양호한 생육을 나타내었다. 유도한 PLB의 증식시 1/2로 종절단한 PLB를 사용하는 것이 양호하였고 이를 raft 배양하므로서 가장 양호한 생존율과 증식율을 나타내었다. The experiments were carried out to investigate the factors influencing on induction and proliferation of PLB (protocorm like body) through the cultures of flower stalks of Phalenopsis Dtps. 'Happy Valentine'. Basal parts of flower stalks cultured on MS medium supplemented with BA 5.0 mg/L showed superior growth characteristics of axillary bud in vitro. Especially, formation of axillary buds were promoted by the addition of trans-cinnamic acid. In vitro leaves derieved from axillary buds proven as suitable explant sources for PLB induction when cultured on 0.5-0.75 folds of minerals and 2 times of orgaric mixtures of MS medium supplemented with 10-15 mg/L BA compared to internodal sections. One or two weeks of dark period prior to light culture were required to obtain healthy PLB. The cultures of trans-sectioned PLB on raft showed the most suitable method for PLB proliferation.
