기상 예보를 활용한 LSTM 기반 24시간 태양광 발전량 예측모델

To stably supply power to the virtual power plant market, it is necessary to accurately predict the amount of power generation. However, since the amount of solar power generation is influenced by the weather environment and the amount of power generated varies widely, it is difficult to make a stable prediction. In this paper, we propose an LSTM-based solar power generation prediction model. We improved the predictive performance of the model by including weather data and weather forecast data as input data. In addition, we selected variables by setting priorities based on correlation coefficients. The correlation between the solar power generation data and the weather data and the power generation prediction results was analyzed to examine the optimal weather factors needed to predict solar power generation. 가상발전소 시장에 전력을 안정적으로 공급하기 위해서는 발전량에 대한 정확한 예측이 필요하다. 하지만 태양광 발전량은 기상 환경에 영향을 받아 발전량의 편차가 심하기 때문에 안정적인 예측이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 LSTM 기반 태양광 발전량 예측모델을 제안한다. 우리는 기상 데이터와 기상 예보 데이터를 발전량 예측모델에 입력하여 성능을 향상시킨다. 또한 상관계수를 기준으로 우선순위를 설정하여 변수를 선택한다. 태양광 발전량의 상관관계와 발전량 예측결과를 비교하여 태양광 에너지 발전량 예측에 활용되는 최적의 기상 요인을 검토한다.
RANS와 LES를 이용한 Ridge Iced 에어포일 유동장에 관한 전산해석

The present study investigated the turbulent characteristics and aerodynamic performance of a ridge iced airfoil using RANS as well as LES. The ridge ice shape selected from the literature was placed at 10 percent of the airfoil chord. The RANS and LES simulations were then carried out on clean and iced airfoils to compare their performance. The results indicate that the LES predictions are in general more accurate than the RANS model for the flows considered in this study, especially at near stall flight conditions in region where the complex turbulence flows occur. Moreover, the prediction of the reattachment point on the iced airfoil by LES was shown to be fairly accurate at most of flow conditions.

Direct numerical simulations of turbulent boundary layers over three-dimensional cubic roughness arrays were performed to investigate the effects of the spanwise spacing on turbulent characteristics. The staggered cube arrays were arranged periodically on the streamwise direction with varying p<SUB>s</SUB>/k at fixed p<SUB>x</SUB>/k. The wall-friction parameters have the maximum contribution at p<SUB>x</SUB>/k=3. The outer peak of the Reynolds stresses are increased with increasing p<SUB>x</SUB>/k which indicates the wall similarity is not satisfied with all cases. The size of the low-momentum regions over the rough walls is larger than the smooth wall, and the vortical structures grow to the outer layer. The vortical structures start to develop at the edges of the cubes. As p<SUB>x</SUB>/k increases the roughness array becomes sparse and the vortical structures grow to the outer region because other near vortical structures do not disturb to each other.
