저온 용액 공정을 향한 칼코겐 페로브스카이트 최신 연구 동향

Chalcogenide perovskites, ABX₃ crystal structure with X=S, Se or Te, are emerging light absorber as an alternative to toxic and unstable halide perovskites. Despite their promising properties, the absence of lowtemperature solution processing poses a major obstacle for chalcogenide perovskite-based optoelectronic devices. In this review, we survey various synthetic techniques for chalcogenide perovskites, focusing on BaZrS3 composition. Research progress in non-solution processing methods, such as solid-state reaction and pulsed laser deposition, is briefly covered and recent reports about low-temperature solution processing for chalcogenide perovskite are highlighted. Future research perspective toward realizing chalcogenidebased optoelectronic device based on solution processing is provided. We believe this timely review will facilitate the discovery of novel solution processing for chalcogenide perovskites, the challenging materials with tantalizing prospects.

As environmental regulations become stricter, most of automotive companies focus on weight reduction of car body guaranteeing its safety performance. Therefore, they want to use lighter and stronger materials such as Ultra High Strength Steels (UHSS) in their products. But there are several problems using them due to insufficient formability. For this reason, it has been suggested that they need special forming methods like simple bending or roll forming. To overcome these shortcomings, POSCO has developed Twinning Induced Plasticity (TWIP) steel which has different properties from traditional materials. It has excellent formability and strength even though they are in inverse proportion to each other generally. In this study, we developed an automotive part applying TWIP steel which has an advantage such as above through forming simulation and fabrication, and then the excellence of TWIP steel was proven by comparing other steels. In conclusion, we proposed effective ways to apply TWIP steel in automotive parts.

In this research, residual gas fraction was measured Quantitatively by means of gas chromatography as a function of 18 valve timings and combustion stability was calculated through the acquisition of in-cylinder pressure at idle and part-load condition. As the valve overlap duration increased, the amount of residual gas in the combustion chamber increased. And the amount of the residual gas at idle was bigger than that at part-load condition. This phenomena results from the lower engine speed and the larger pressure difference between the intake and exhaust port at idle. And as the overlap center was retarded, the residual gas fraction was increased. At idle, there was a good correlation between residual gas fraction and COV IMEP. But the correlation was not obvious at part-load condition.
