복합전자기록물 아카이빙을 위한 메타데이터에 관한 연구 - 이러닝 콘텐츠의 디지털 컴포넌트를 중심으로 -

전자기록물의 유형은 다양해지고 있으며, 기능성이나 사용자와의 상호작용을 포함하며 여러 종류의 전자기록으로 구성된 기록물인 복합전자기록물들이 증가하고 있다. 복합전자기록물의 지속적인 접근을 보장하기 위해서는 아카이빙을 지원할 수 있는 메타데이터 구축이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 이러닝 콘텐츠인 복합전자기록물의 아카이빙을 위한 메타데이터 요소를 설계하여 제안하였다. 국내외의 장기보존을 위해 설계된 포맷 레지스트리의 구성요소를 비교 분석하여 디지털 아카이빙에 필수적인 공통 메타데이터 요소를 도출하고, 간호 분야 이러닝 콘텐츠의 보존 속성을 조사, 분석하여 이를 반영할 수 있도록 메타데이터 요소를 확장, 추가하였다. 분석결과를 통해 복합전자기록물 아카이빙을 지원하는 메타데이터 상위요소 25개와 138개의 하위요소가 제안되었다. Electronic record types are becoming diverse, and "composite electronic records," which are made up of various types of electronic records associated with functionality or user interaction that does not exist in current electronic document formats, are increasing. To ensure a continuous access to composite electronic records, metadata construction is a prerequisite for electronic records archiving. In this paper, we propose a metadata that can support archiving of composite electronic records associated with interactive functionality. The common elements were derived from an analysis of both domestic and international file format registry projects, and metadata elements related to functional requirements were identified from the analysis of the records on nursing education e-learning contents. We proposed the metadata elements for archiving composite electronic records, which consist of 25 high-level elements and 138 subelements.

Whiplash or neck sprain is the minor injury in motor accident due to the rear-end low speed crash and usually caused by abrupt motion of extension and flexion of head-neck complex relative to torso. It is reported by the internal and external studies that design of head restraint attached on the seat and using condition has a great effect on whiplash. This study analyzed an effect of whiplash by the position of head restraint and the rear-end crash based on domestic actual condition of head restraint usage by the computer simulation. So, we first computed acceleration of the rear-end crash by the speed, and after that we examined the motion of driver by the various position of head restraint applied on the Sled analysis and NIC(Neck Injury Criteria).<br/> <br/>

회귀 테스팅은 수정된 소프트웨어가 요구사항을 만족하는지를 검사하는 방법이다. 기존의 전통적인 소프트웨어 테스팅에 사용하던 제어 흐름 그래프는 상속성, 집합성, 연관성, 동적 결합등 여러 가지 객체 지향 특성으로 인해, 객체 지향 소프트웨어 테스팅에 그대로 적용할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 회귀 테스팅을 위하여, Unified Method의 표기법을 기반으로 하는 상속성, 집합성, 연관성의 객체 지향 소프트웨어의 특성을 고려한 개선된 제어 흐름 그래프를 제안한다.

The urban revitalization that the nation has been working on has focused on physical improvement. The project was focused on the public at the same time as the residents joined together to create a continuous village, instead of concentrating on physical improvement. Wu Yi-dong, Gangbuk-gu, is the only region in the country that has separate urban revitalization plans. The government will actively utilize natural and historical elements to promote urban revitalization for residents" participation in areas of residential concentration where there is no plan in the right movement.

In order to maintain parts critical to using 3D printing technology, it is necessary to provide the user with information about powders, equipment, processing conditions, and inspection methods, as well as 3D CAD models used as input files for 3D printing operations. In order to address this issue, this paper proposes a manufacturing condition retrieval system that provides the information necessary for the maintenance of parts important to using 3D printing technology. To accomplish this, we define a data structure that stores manufacturing condition information for 3D printers. Then, after analyzing the users requirements, we design the manufacturing condition retrieval system. Finally, we implement a prototype system, construct a database using sample manufacturing condition sheets, and perform data retrieval experiments.

The 50% male is a standard body size to evaluate vehicular crash occupant injuries.<br/> A finite element human model of 50% male, named H-model has been developed for occupant<br/> injury assessment. The H-model consists of flesh, skeleton, ligaments and internal organs all<br/> which have anatomically precise geometries and physiological mechanical properties. In this<br/> paper, the neck modeling of H-model would be mainly focused and presented. Occupant neck is<br/> the most vulnerable region especially for the rear-end impact. Low speed rear-end collision even<br/> often results in longtime lasting neck pains which so called "whiplash injury". The known<br/> injury mechanisms are, however, quite limited due to the complexity of neuromuscular structures<br/> of cervical spine. There exit many hypothetical theories to understand "whiplash injury"<br/> mechanism, which are proposed together with the experimental and(or) numerical findings. The<br/> H-model was used to simulate the rear-end impact volunteer sled test for representing the<br/> kinematics of head-neck complex. The further investigations utilizing secured numerical modeling<br/> scheme in this study would elucidate the "whiplash injury" mechanisms.
초급부사관의 군 인성과 조직몰입의 관계에서셀프리더십의 매개효과

본 연구는 초급부사관을 대상으로 군 인성과 조직몰입의 관계에서 셀프리더십이 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 전북 소재지의 00부대 초급부사관 684명을 대상으로 실시하였다. SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였으며, 구조방정식 기법을(Muthén & Muthén, 2010) 활용하여 매개효과를 검증하였다. 첫째, 주요 변인 간의 상관분석 결과, 군 인성은 조직몰입 및 셀프리더십에 정적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 셀프리더십과 조직몰입도 정적으로 유의한 상관관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 군 인성과 조직몰입의 관계에서 셀프리더십이 매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 군 인성이 조직몰입에 직접적인 영향을 미침과 동시에 셀프리더십을 통해 조직몰입을 증가시킨다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 부사관의 조직몰입을 함양시키기 위해서는 군 인성 교육과 더불어 셀프리더십 향상을 위한 방법이 필요함을 시사한다. This study, we investigate the mediation effect of the self-leadership in the relation between military character and the organizational commitment for junior NCOs(Non Commissioned Officers). This research target was 684 junior NCOs in the 00 unit located in Jeonbuk. The data was analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 and mediation effects were verified using structural equation techniques (Muthén & Muthén, 2010). First, as a result of correlation analysis of major variants showed the military character statically significantly and significantly correlated the organization commitment and the self-leadership. Also Self-leadership and organizational immersion appeared statically and significantly. Second, it was found that self-leadership mediates the relationship between military character and organizational commitment. These results mean that military character directly affect and increases theorganization commitment through the self-leadership. Therefore, it is suggested that there is a need for improving the education of the self-leadership and the military character in order to increase the organizational of junior NCOs.
