모델기반 다중 사람추적과 다수의 비겹침 카메라를 결합한 감시시스템

In modern societies, a monitoring system is required to automatically detect and track persons from several cameras scattered in a wide area. Combining multiple cameras with non-overlapping views and a tracking technique, we propose a method that tracks automatically the target persons in one camera and transfers the tracking information to other networked cameras through a server. So the proposed method tracks thoroughly the target persons over the cameras. In this paper, we use a person model to detect and distinguish the corresponding person and to transfer the person's tracking information. A movement of the tracked persons is defined on FOV lines of the networked cameras. The tracked person has 6 statuses. The proposed system was experimented in several indoor scenario. We achieved 91.2% in an averaged tracking rate and 96% in an averaged status rate. 현대사회는 광범위한 지역에 산재된 다수의 카메라로부터 사람을 자동적으로 식별하고 추적할 수 있는 감시시스템을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 넓은 시야의 확보가 용이한 고정된 다수의 비겹침 감시카메라와 사람 추적기술을 결합하여, 한 카메라에서 추적된 사람의 정보를 서버를 통해 다른 카메라에 전달하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 추적대상을 자동적으로 추적하고 서버에 전달함으로써, 한번 추적된 추적대상의 움직임 경로 및 추적 상태를 끝까지 추적할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 추적대상을 식별하고 전달하기 위해 사람모델을 이용하였다. 서버를 통해 연결된 각 카메라들의 관계와 카메라 상에서 움직이는 사람의 이동은 FOV 라인에 의해 제약되어 추적대상의 정보전달에 이용되었다. 추적대상은 추적되는 동안 6단계의 상태정보를 가진다. 제안된 시스템은 다양한 실내 동영상에 대해 실험되었으며, 91.2%의 평균추적율과 96%의 평균 상태율을 획득하였다.

WIPI 기반의 모바일 사람추적 감시시스템

본 논문에서는 무선인터넷 플랫폼의 표준인 WIPI와 사람추적시스템을 결합한 모바일 사람추적 감시시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 보안시스템이 가동된 시간 내에 침입자가 보안영역에 들어오면 침입자를 추적하여 추적된 영상과 추적정보를 사용자의 WIPI 단말기로 전송함으로써, 사용자가 언제 어디서나 손쉽게 여러 곳의 감시구역을 감시하고 감시결과를 인지할 수 있는 원격모니터링 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 또한 제안된 시스템은 다수의 CCTV에 촬영된 영상을 영상처리를 통해 설계된 사람모델을 이용하여 사람을 추적하고, 어떤 카메라에서 사람이 추적되었는지, 추적된 사람의 상태가 어떠한지, 몇몇의 사람이 침입하였는지 등의 침입상황을 사용자의 단말기를 통해 추적상황을 알려준다. 본 시스템은 추적된 정보를 모바일 클라이언트로 전송되는 것을 확인하기 위하여 WIPI SDK를 이용하여 구현하였다. 또한 감시된 상황을 서버에 자동적으로 저장함으로써 추후에 사용자가 감시상황을 재확인하고자 했을 시, 카메라별 또는 시간 별로 선택하여 영상을 재확인 할 수 있다.

Objective: The current study examined whether providing both an actor’s eye gaze and emotional expressions can help 10-month-olds interpret a change in the actor’s words as a signal to a change in the actor’s goal object. Methods: Sixteen 10-month-olds participated in an experiment using the violation-of-expectation paradigm and were compared to 16 10-month-olds in a control condition. The infants in the experimental condition were familiarized to an event in which an actor looks at one of two novel objects, excitingly utters a sentence, “Wow, here’s a modi!”, and grasps the object. The procedure in the control condition was identical to that of the experimental condition except that the infants heard the sentence without any emotional excitement and the eye gaze of the agent was hidden by a visor. In the following test trial, the infants in both conditions heard the agent changing her word (from modi to papu) and watched her grasping either the same object as before (old-goal event) or the new object (new-goal event). Results: The infants in the experimental condition looked at the old-goal event longer than at the new-goal event, suggesting that they expected the agent to change her goal object when the actor changed her word. However, the infants in the control condition looked at the two events about equally. Conclusion: When both eye gaze and emotional cues were provided, 10-month-olds were able to exploit the agent’s verbal information when reasoning about whether the agent would pursue the same goal object as before.

JMF기반의 네트워크 감시시스템

본 논문에서는 CCTV방식의 감시시스템과 사람추적 기술을 결합한 사람추적 감시시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 기존 CCTV방식의 감시시스템의 제한점이었던 모니터링 감시방식에서 벗어나 여러 대의 카메라들이 서로 다른 지역을 감시함과 동시에 카메라에 나타난 사람들을 여러 카메라에 걸쳐서 자동적으로 추적할 수 있는 감시시스템이다. 제안된 시스템은 고정된 다수의 비겹침 카메라와 JMF RTP API를 이용하여 서버와 클라이언트간에 미디어스트림의 네트워크 정보전달과 추적 대상의 특징정보를 전달하여 사람들을 추적한다. 계층적 사람모델을 이용하여 카메라 내에 인식된 사람을 추적하고 다른 카메라로 추적된 사람의 특징정보를 전달하여 지속적으로 추적대상을 검출, 인식함으로써, 넓은 지역에 산재된 여러 카메라들을 통해 추적대상을 끝까지 추적한다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 시스템을 이용하여 실내환경의 넓은 지역에서 추적대상의 움직임을 다수의 카메라가 인식하고 감시하여 끝까지 추적하였음을 확인하였다.

조명변화와 겹침에 강건한 적응적 모델 기반 다중객체 추적

본 논문에서는 고정된 카메라로부터 획득된 색상 비디오 프레임에서 조명변화와 겹침으로 인한 왜곡에 강건하게 다수의 사람을 추적하는 방법을 제안한다. 조명변화에 따른 외형변화의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 시간 비종속적인 본래(intrinsic) 영상을 이용하여 프레임에 존재하는 조명을 제거하며, 매 프레임마다 조명 영상을 적응적으로 갱신한다. 카메라 내에서 사람을 추적하기 위해 색상정보를 포함하는 계층적 사람모델을 사용함으로써 겹침의 문제를 해결한다. 추적된 사람모델은 사람모델 리스트에 저장되어 해당되는 사람이 카메라에서 사라진 후에도 일정 기간 보존됨으로써, 재등장한 사람의 정보를 복원할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 적응적 모델기반 방법은 실내 · 외 영상을 대상으로 여러 시나리오로 실험되어, 조명변화로 왜곡된 사람의 색상정보를 옳게 보정하였을 뿐만 아니라 사람들이 겹치거나 헤어진 후에도 성공적으로 추적하였음을 확인하였다. This paper proposes a method to track persons robustly in illumination changes and partial occlusions in color video frames acquired from a fixed camera. To solve a problem of changing appearance by illumination change, a time-independent intrinsic image is used to remove noises in an frame and is adaptively updated frame-by-frame. We use a hierarchical human model including body color information in order to track persons in occlusion. The tracked human model is recorded into a persons' list for some duration after the corresponding person's exit and is recovered from the list after her reentering. The proposed method was experimented in several indoor and outdoor scenario. This demonstrated the potential effectiveness of an adaptive model-base method that corrected distorted person's color information by lighting changes, and succeeded tracking of persons which was overlapped in a frame.

컬러 영상에서 구성요소 융합을 이용한 얼굴 검출

본 논문에서는 컬러 영상에서 얼굴 구성요소 융합을 이용하여 얼굴 영역을 검출하는 방법을 제시한다. 먼저 광범위한 조명 환경과 인종을 포괄하는 피부색의 범위를 이용해 피부 영역을 검출하고, 영역 그룹화로 후보 얼굴 영역을 찾는다. 색 정보를 이용해 얼굴 구성요소(눈, 입)를 검출한 후, 검출된 구성요소와 구성요소 간의 관계를 융합하여 주어진 영상에서 얼굴 영역을 검출한다. 본 논문이 제안하는 구성요소 융합 방법은 구성요소 간의 관계에 대한 불확실성을 고려하고 있어, 구성요소간의 최적의 조합으로 얼굴의 크기와 포즈, 조명의 변화가 어느 정도 허용된 얼굴 검출이 가능하다.

빅터 파파넥의 생태학적 미학에 기초한 지속가능한 느린 디자인

The purpose of this study was to recognize main environmental issues that we are facing, and to identify the values of design based on Victor Papanek's ecological aesthetics, that is, the values of design improving human and his/her living environment. For this purpose, the definition of eco-design and its historical background were reviewed, and cases embodying sustainable eco-design, a modem version of eco-design, were analyzed. The main findings of this study were as follows. The so-called sustainable slow design of the 21st century that can be viewed to follow green design of the 1980s has three factors: timelessness, that is, independence of contemporary styles; renewability by the use of renewable materials; and multi-functionality coming from flexible modification of products and replaceability of their parts. Also, in the context of sustainable slow design, the following changes in the pattern of consumption are emphasized. First, the life of product should be extended. Secondly, the frequency of use of product should be increased. Lastly, owning products should be replaced by leasing them.

법의간호 역량에 대한 진화론적 개념분석

Purpose : This study aimed to clarify attributes, antecedents, and consequences of forensic nursing competency. Method : Rodgers' evolutionary concept analysis was used to analyze twenty nine articles on forensic nursing based on a systematic review of theology, medicine, psychology, and nursing literature. Results : Forensic nursing competency consists of the following seven attributes: awareness of the medico-legal problem, multidisciplinary integrated knowledge, education and training in forensic science, professional career development, evidence based practice in forensic nursing, collaborative forensic nursing with community partner, safety and security effective communication, and supportive relationships. Finally, we could explain the consequences of forensic nursing competency on knowledge construction in nursing, enhancing professional nursing, and establishing a human rights and social justice based approach. The antecedents of forensic nursing competency were forensic science interest, forensic science experience, and nurses' view of person in forensic-works. Conclusion : Based on these results, we recommend the development of a Korean version of a scale to assess forensic nursing competency.
