부모의 학업적 지원과 정서적 지원의 공존 변화에 따른 청소년의 학업 스트레스, 심리적 안녕감, 학업 성취에서의 차이 검증

본 연구에서는 학생이 지각한 부모의 학업적 지원과 정서적 지원이 공존하여 변화하는 과정에서, 이질적인 변화궤적을 가진 잠재집단이 나타나는지를 탐색하였다. 또한, 분류된 잠재집단 간에 학생의 학업 스트레스, 심리적 안녕감, 학업성취에 차이가 있는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 한국교육개발원의 한국교육종단연구 2013(KELS 2013)의 3~7차년도 중학교 1학년부터 고등학교 2학년까지의 학생 7,324명의 자료를 분석하였다. 먼저, 평행과정 성장 혼합 모형(parallel process growth mixture model) 분석 결과, 부모의 학업적, 정서적 지원의 공존 변화 과정에서 서로 다른 변화궤적을 가진 4개의 집단(저수준 지원 집단, 전반적 감소 집단, 정서적 지원증가 집단, 고수준 지원 집단)이 발견되었다. 이러한 4개의 잠재집단 간에 학생의 학업 스트레스, 주관적 안녕감, 학업성취에 있어서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 구체적으로 학생이 지각한 부모의 학업적, 정서적 지원이 모두 높은 수준을 유지한 고수준 지원 집단이 가장 낮은 수준의 학업 스트레스와 높은 수준의 심리적 안녕감과 학업성취를 유지하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 정서적 지원 증가 집단의 학생들의 학업 스트레스가 큰 폭으로 감소하고 심리적 안녕감도 높은 증가세를 보였다. 반면에 저수준지원 집단은 일관적으로 가장 높은 수준의 스트레스와 낮은 수준의 심리적 안녕감과 학업성취를 보여, 가장 부적응적인 양상을 나타냈다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 이론적 · 교육적 시사점을 논의하였다. This study aimed to identify latent profiles of perceived parental academic and emotional support trajectories, and examined if students’ academic stress, psychological well-being, and academic achievement were different across the latent profiles. We performed parallel process growth mixture modeling using data from the five waves of the Korean Educational Longitudinal Study 2013, which studied 7,324 students from middle school to high school. Four distinct latent profiles of parental academic and emotional support trajectories emerged, namely “low support,” “decreasing,” “emotional support increasing,” and “high support.” Furthermore, significant differences in students’ academic stress, psychological well-being, and academic achievement were found across the profiles. Specifically, students in the “high support” profile consistently showed the most adaptive pattern of academic stress, psychological well-being, and academic achievement. Meanwhile, students in the “emotional support increasing” profile demonstrated a decrease in academic stress and an increase in psychological well-being over time. In contrast, students in the “low support” profile consistently showed the most maladaptive pattern. Implications for theory and practice are also discussed in this study.

대장내시경 검사 전 걷기 운동이 장세척액 복용 시 불편감과 대장 정결도에 미치는 효과

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of walking on discomfort and colon cleansing for patients having a colon lavage solution before colonoscopy. Methods: This study was a nonequivalent control group post test design. The participants were 89 patients (experimental group: 47, control group: 42) who underwent colonoscopy at G hospital in Incheon. The two groups put on step counter for an hour while taking the colon lavage solution. The experimental group was made up of patients who walked over 3,000 steps and the control group of those who walked less than 3,000 steps. Discomfort was measured using VAS and colon cleansing was measured by a specialist. Collected data were analyzed using x2-test, t-test with SPSS/PC+ window version 15.0. Results: Walking while taking the colon lavage solution decreases abdominal pain before colonoscopy. Also one hour after taking the colon lavage solution, decreased nausea, abdominal pain and discomfort were found in the group which walked over 3,000 steps. Concluson: Based on the above findings, adequate walking can be used as a nursing intervention to increase comfort in patients undergoing colonoscopy.
