전기 수력학 인쇄공정을 이용한 실리콘 태양전지 전극용 Ni 잉크 제조 및 인쇄 공정 연구

Ni ink for electrohydrodynamic (EHD) continuous jet printing has been developed by using Ni nanoparticles mixed with conhesiveness provider. EHD continuous jet printing was used in order to realize $20{\mu}m$ pattern width. Ink stability was investigated by using Turbi-scan which monitors agglomeration and precipitation of nanoparticles in the ink for three days. The Turbi-scan results showed that the formulated Ni ink had been stable for 3 days without any indication of precipitation across the entire ink. Antireflection coating (ARC) layer in crystalline solar cell wafers was removed by laser ablation technique leading to the formation of 84 grooves where the Ni ink was printed by EHD continuous jet printing. The printability and microstructure of EHD-jet-printed Ni lines were investigated by using optical and electron microscopes. 84 Ni lines with the width less than $20{\mu}m$ were successfully printed by one-time printing without any misalignment and fill the laser-ablated ARC grooves.

본 고에서는 비선형 매개변수를 가지는 비선형 시스템에 대한 선형 매개변수 기반 H<SUB>∞</SUB> 최적 제어기 설계를 설계하였다. 먼저 비선형 동역학은 제한된 변화 매개변수 개념을 소개하는것에 의해 선형 매개변수 변화 시스템으로 다시 모델링 되었다. Convex 보간법의 가역문제를 해결하기 위해 vertex explantion techqnique이 소개되었다. 선형 매개변수 변하 시스템 구조를 이용하여 선형 행렬 부등식 조건을 만족하는것에 의해 H∞ 최적 제어기와 H<SUB>∞</SUB> Filter를 설계 하였다. In this article, linear parameter varying (LPV) based H<SUB>∞</SUB> controller is presented for nonlinear systems with nonlinear parameter variation. Firstly, nonlinear dynamics is reformulated into LPV system by introducing a concept of bounded varying parameter. Vertex explantion techqnique is introduced to handle invertible problem of convex interpolation process. Using proposed LPV structure, H<SUB>∞</SUB> controller and H<SUB>∞</SUB> filter are developed by satisfying linear matrix inequality condtions to optimize closed-loop performance.

XR 콘텐츠 UI/UX 평가를 위한 VR 스마트 팩토리 교육훈련 콘텐츠 제작

이 논문에서는 제조 분야에 디지털 트윈 기반 XR 콘텐츠의 UX/UI 디자인 및 사용성 평가를 위하여 범용적인 콘텐츠 소프트웨어와 달리, HDM의 의존성이 큰 XR 콘텐츠의 특성을 반영하기 위해, 공정수행작업 시나리오에 맞춘 XR 콘텐츠를 제작하였다. XR 콘텐츠의 공정수행 작업 시나리오를 수행하기 위해 Qculus Quest2라는 HMD장비를 사용하였으며, 콘텐츠 제작은 Unity 엔진[1]과 SteamVR Plugin을 통해 제작되었다. In this paper, VR smart factory XR content tailored to process execution scenarios was produced to reflect the characteristics of XR content, which is highly dependent on HDM, unlike general-purpose content software for UX/UI design and usability evaluation of digital twin-based XR content in manufacturing. HMD equipment called Qculus Quest2 was used to perform the process execution task scenario for XR content, and content production was made through Unity Engine and Steam VR Plugin.

인권보장을 위한 경찰관직무집행법상 불심검문에 관한 연구

경찰관직무집행법상 불심검문은 경찰 재량권의 행사와 피검문자 인권보장 사이에서 꾸준히 문제가 제기 되어 오고 있다. 최근에도 2015년 학생에게 세월호 사건을 애도하는 리본을 달았다는 이유로 경찰관이 불심검문을 하여 경찰권 남용, 인권침해 문제가 제기 되었다. 경찰권 행사는 다양한 상황에 따른 경찰관 개인의 판단이 필요한 특성상 재량권이 인정된다. 정지 대상자 선정에 관한 요건이 ‘수상한 거동’, ‘합리적인 판단’ 등 추상적 용어로 규정한 이유도 바로 이러한 이유이기도 하다. 재량권의 일탈 ․ 남용은 위법 ․ 부당의 문제를 야기시키기 때문에 재량기준을 공표하여 이를 통제되어야 하지만 경찰의 주관적 판단에 대한 기준을 설정하는 것은 실질적으로 거의 불가능하므로 경찰관 신분증 제시, 질문의 목적 고지, 임의동행 거부권 고지 등 행정절차를 통하여 이를 통제하고 있다. 본 논문은 불심검문과 인권 침해의 관계를 살펴보고자, 불심검문의 법적 성격에 대하여 고찰하고 최근 국가인권위원회의 결정과 법원 판결들을 분석하였다. 그 결과 정복경찰관의 신분증 미제시와 정지 불응 시 유형력 행사 문제가 가장 많이 발생 되었음을 알 수 있었다. 이에 대한 개선방안으로 첫째, 모든 경찰관은 정복을 입은 것과는 관계없이 신분증을 제시하도록 하고, 둘째, 정지 불응 시 유형력 행사는 범행의 경중, 범행과의 관련성, 상황의 긴박성, 혐의의 정도, 질문의 필요성 등에 비추어 목적 달성에 필요한 최소한의 범위 내에서 사회통념상 용인될 수 있는 상당한 방법 중 피검문자가 불심검문을 자유롭게 거부할 수 있을 정도의 심리 상태를 유지할 수 있어야 한다. 셋째, 기타 방안으로 불심검문 후 문제가 없을 시 경찰관은 그 즉시 사과를 하게 하거나, 경찰관과 피검문자가 녹취를 하게 하여 인권 침해 여부를 사후적으로 통제하는 방안을 제시하였다. Under the article of the APDP by police officers, the police can be permitted to conduct discretionary authority of selecting the questioned in the condition of legally appropriate fulfillment, in the case the police performs the stop and question. However, the human rights invasion can be likely to be caused by miss of police discretionary authority, and therefore, there is due process the police must comply with ; not only presenting a certificate indication identification of the police, informing the purposes of question, but also notifying the rights that the questioned is eligible to refuse accompany to the police station, the patrol division, and substation as well in the event of legally proper performance of accompany. in order to make an observance of causal relationship between the stop-question and the human right invasion, I made a study of the legal nature of the stop and question, and then I made a deep analysis on the influential decisions recently made by National Human Rights Committee and the court precedents. Consequently, a large number of problematic cases are found to be realized in the event of the stop and question, of which the biggest cases are non-presentation of a policemans identity and limitation of the police force performance in the case of requiring a stop for a pedestrian. As a method to correct such the problematic cases in the better way, at first, the entire police must present the identification card, regardless of wearing the police uniform. Second, in the event of no response to requiring a stop, the activation of police enforcement, can be limitedly allowable, not only in the socially-accepted and reasonable way, but, also within the minimum range of police performance necessary to make an achievement, of the goal of the stop and question, in the light, of various criminal factors-seriousness, relevance, and emergency of crime and necessity of question, and so on. Lastly, lf it is questioned without an sensible reason, the questioning police is requested to extend an apology in the sincere and face-to-face way, and the human right invasion of the police performance or not can ve post-controlled through making a sound or video record of the stop and question happening between the police and the questioned.

경찰 손실보상에 관한 개선방안 연구

위법한 직무집행 과정 중에 일어난 손해에 대하여는 손해배상 제도로 해결되었으나 종래에는 적법한 직무집행 과정에서 일어난 손실에 대해서는 법에 규정이 없었다. 「경찰관직무집행법」 제11조의 2는 손실보상 규정을 재산상 손실로 한정하여 국민의 재산상 손실보상과 관련한 문제는 해결되었으나 비재산적인 손실에 대해서는 해결이 되지 않았다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위하여 경찰청은 2019년 6월 25일부터 ‘재산상 손실 외에도 생명 또는 신체상의 손실까지 보상’하는 내용의 손실보상제도를 시행한다고 발표하였다. 본 논문에서는 경찰상 손실보상과 손해배상의 모호한 구분과 경찰권 발동과 관련하여 외관상 위험을 손실보상 범위에 포함시킬 것인지에 대한 문제, 자발적 협조자의 범위에 관한 구체적인 입법 지침, 그리고 경찰관이 불가피하게 책임이 있는 자를 대신하여 보상을 해줬을 경우 구상권을 청구할 수 있는 법적 근거와 경찰 손실과 관련하여 피용자의 과실로 인하여 발생한 손실에 대하여 감독자의 책임에 관한 개선방안을 제시하였다. Damage caused by illegal performance of duties was settled under the compensation system, but there was no provision in the law for losses caused by lawful performance of duties. Article 11-2 of the Act on the Performance of Police Duties limits the provisions of compensation for loss to property losses and solves the problem of compensation for loss on property of citizens, but has not been solved for non-financial losses. In order to solve these problems, the National Police Agency announced that it will implement a loss compensation system starting June 25, 2019, which covers not only property loss but also life or physical loss. In this paper, the issue of whether to include apparent risks in the scope of loss compensation in connection with the invocation of police rights, specific legislative guidelines on the scope of voluntary co-operators, and the legal grounds for right of indemnity on behalf of those who are inevitably responsible by police officers, as well as measures to improve the responsibility of supervisors for losses caused by negligence of the employees in connection with police losses.

본 고에서는 영구자석형 동기전동기의 제어 기술에 대해서 소개하였다. 또한, 속도제어기와 전류제어기를 설계하기 위해 동기전동기의 동작원리와 동역학을 소개하였다. 마지막으로, 산업현장에서 구현에 필요한 센서부와 구동부의 원리에 대해 설명하였다. In this article, control technologies are presented for permanent magnet synchronous motors. To design velocity controller and current controller, we introduce operation principle of the synchronous motors and dynamics. Finally, sensor part and drive part of the synchronous motors are explained for implementation.
