National efforts responding to climate change is directly connected to competitiveness of the urban environment. Practice in the daily life of the individual citizens is prerequisite for the paradigm shift that can be made by the reduction of the city's energy consumption and low-carbon green growth. Therefore, the comprehensive understanding combined with the educational programs is required on the issue of the ecological environment and the urban environment competitiveness. In this paper, the meaning and role of urban ecological environment will be researched first. it also takes a look at the content of curriculum and analyses domestic policies related to environmental education of primary and middle schools. In addition, video documentary on urban ecological environment will be analyzed for the development of educational media dealing with environmental training in schools. Consequently, urban ecological environment shown in video media content will be identified and the advantage of this possibility as a medium of education is to be proposed.

자활사업 성과지표에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to propose the directions for developing new performance indicators of Self-sufficiency program. Systematizing the performance indicators and using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), we find the perception gaps about the importance of performance indicators between civil servants and employees of self-sufficiency center. The former puts a much value on the increasing income and finding a job, while the latter thinks highly of the emotional and relational performance. From the results, we contend that these perception gaps are caused by two different characteristics of self-sufficiency program, which are ‘self-sufficiency’ and ‘government program’. So we suggest that self-sufficiency program needs to develop the objective performance indicators for measuring the emotional and behavioral changes of the participants over a long period of time.

Brain Computer Interface(BCI) 기술은 뇌에서 발생한 신호를 직접 해석하여 신체 다른 기관의 표현 없이 대상의 의도를 파악하는 기술을 말한다. 실제 BCI응용의 경우 시각, 청각, 촉각 등 다양한 방법으로 단서(cue)를 제시하고 이를 기반으로 동작 할 수 있는데, 현재 많은 연구들은 BCI알고리즘의 훈련데이터와 평가데이터 사이에서 같은 종류의 단서만을 사용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 비침습형 BCI의 대표적인 방식인 EEG 기반 BCI 응용을 시각단서와 청각단서를 이용하여 평가해보았다. 본 연구의 목적은 Neurofeedback이 있는 경우와 없는 경우에 대해서 시각단서와 청각단서에 의한 Motor Imagery를 교차 성능 평가하는 것에 있다. 평가의 대상이 되는 BCI 알고리즘은 Common Spatial Pattern(CSP)과 Least Square Linear Classifier, Linear Discriminant Analysis(LDA), Support Vector Machine(SVM)을 기반으로 왼쪽 또는 오른쪽 팔을 움직이는 운동심상을 분류하며, 임상평가를 통해 실험을 진행하였다.

A. 즈뱌긴쩨프의 영화 〈귀향〉에 나타난 아버지의 정체성과 이미지 연구

본고의 연구 목표는 A. 즈뱌긴쩨프의 영화 〈귀향〉에 나타난 아버지의 정체성과 이미지를 연구하여 그의 작품이 지니고 있는 영화미학의 세계를 고찰하는 데 있다. A. 즈뱌긴쩨프는 이 영화에서 포스트 소비에트 러시아 사회에 내재된 가정의 문제들 중 하나인 아버지와 자식들 간의 문제를 다루고 있다. 이 작품의 주인공-아버지는 자신의 두 아들 - 안드레이와 이반 - 에게 복종만을 강요하는 권위주의적이고 가부장적인 아버지의 이미지를 지니고 있다. 또한 그는 가정의 폭군이나 독재자의 이미지, 또는 적그리스도나 저승사자의 이미지를 소유하고 있다. 이 영화는 포스트-소비에트 사회의 한 단면을 조명하는 가정의 주제, 더 좁게 말해서 ‘아버지와 아들’이란 주제를 다루고 있다. 또한 이 영화는 신화적 모티브, 더 구체적으로 말해서 성경적 모티브에 주로 입각하고 있지만, 포스트 소비에트 러시아 사회의 현실에 대해 커다란 관심을 보이고 있다. A. 즈뱌긴쩨프의 영화 〈귀향〉을 정확히 이해하기 위해서는 러시아의 중요한 시기에 해당하는 독재 세계의 붕괴 시기와 연관된 교육적, 종교적, 신화적, 도덕적, 사회적, 문화적, 역사적인 측면 등을 다각도로 고찰해야만 한다. A. 즈뱌긴쩨프는 영화 〈귀향〉에서 아버지의 정체성 문제를 해결하기 위해 치밀한 장면구성 기법을 사용하고 있다. 즉, 그는 작품의 처음에서 안드레이와 이반으로 하여금 12년 전의 가족사진을 보도록 배치한 후, 끝 부분에서 다시 가족사진을 보도록 구성했다. 그는 영화 〈귀향〉에서 가족사진과 성경 속의 일화를 묘사한 도판화의 상호연관관계를 통해 전환기 러시아 사회, 즉 포스트 소비에트 러시아 사회에서 발생하는 아버지 부재의 문제와 연관된 아버지의 정체성 문제를 반영하고 있다. 또한 A. 즈뱌긴쩨프는 주인공-아버지가 죽어서 물(생명의 탄생지인 어머니 자궁을 상징)이라는 자연의 품, 즉 근원으로 돌아감(귀향)이라는 과정을 통해 두 아들이 아버지의 존재에 대해서 처음으로 인식하거나 깨닫게 함으로서 아버지의 정체성에 대한 문제를 해결하고 있다. 끝으로, A. 즈뱌긴쩨프는 다양한 이미지와 상징들 - 물고기, 벌레, 새, 나무, 목조 가옥, 등대, 술, 칼, 철제 상자, 시계, 손도끼, 철제 사다리, 전신주, 역청, 보트, 먹구름, 폭우와 폭풍우, 천둥, 물, 바다, 불 등 - 을 사용해 아버지의 정체성 문제와 이미지, 아버지와 자식들 간의 문제, 사회 문제, 죄와 죽음의 문제, 그리고 구원의 문제 등을 〈귀향〉에서 영상화하고 있다. 다시 말해서 이 이미지와 상징들은 대체로 주인공-아버지의 정체성과 죽음 및 귀향과 긴밀히 연관되어 있다.

공공서비스의 경제적 가치 측정에 관한 연구

  This analysis is to measure the economic value of public services, which have no monetary value in the market. The rationale for governments activities in a nation are often weakened by the difficulty in measuring the value of their activities.   Utilizing contingent valuation method(CVM), this paper has measured the economic value of the item-by-item review services provided by the Korea Industrial Property Office. Using survey method, we estimated the willing-to-pay of the potential users of the services, which is about 151,930 won per capita. From 2007 to 2026, the total benefit is estimated about 52,162 billion won and the total present benefit after applying the social discount rate of 5.5% ranges from 13,270 billion won to 26,540 billion won.   We think the method employed in this paper can provide two important points for future research. First, it can provide a rationale for the government activities by expressing the value of the services in monetary value. Second, the method measuring the economic value of public services can be used in evaluating policy alternatives in the decision making process.

In modem society, automobile is necessary vehicle. Automobile is a series of modem convenient. And the number of automobile is on the increase. But from year to year, automobile accident is on the increase, also. One of most reason that cause automobile accident is drowsiness driving. So, we plan to construct automobile system for drowsiness accident prevention for decreasing automobile accident. In this research, we built a drowsiness detecting device using EDA (Electro Dermal Activity) signal which is electric response in the human body skin. There are SIL (Skin Impedance Level) and SIR (Skin Impedance Response) in EDA. Mostly, SIL consists of DC element. On the other hand, SIR consists of AC element. We could detect the drowsiness condition with SIL and SIR signal.

근거이론을 통한 사회적기업의 지속발전 모형에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study is to suggest a model of sustainable development for Korean social enterprises. The literature in this field tends to be fragmented, focusing on the factors for social enterprise success, and as such lacks a coherent theory-based model. Using grounded theory, this study builds a model of sustainable development for social enterprises in Korea. This research confirms that sustainable development is a core requirement of social enterprises with social and economic goals. This requirement can be seen through low competitiveness and profitability, a lack of skilled workers, a conservative inclination toward the non-profit sector, and inappropriate institutional support. Accordingly, the strategies for enhancing the market power of social enterprises could allow the organizations to realize their dual goals and stabilize operations through the intervening effects of network and leadership. The study concludes by stating the importance for social enterprises to recognize the cycles of the growth process and to create multifaceted measures for their sustainability.
