어린이집 교사의 교사효능감과 직무스트레스에 따른 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (울산광역시 울주군을 중심으로)

본 연구에서는 어린이집 교사의 교사효능감과 직무스트레스에 따른 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 연구대상은 울산광역시 ${\bigcirc}$군 소재한 어린이집 교사 237명이며. 2014년 9월 7일부터 10월 20일까지 설문조사를 통해 데이터를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS WIN 21.0, Amos 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하여 t-test, 일원변량분석, 상관분석 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 등을 실시하였고, 실증분석은 유의수준 5%에서 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 교사효능감이 높은 경우에 직무만족도가 높다는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 직무스트레스가 높은 경우에 직무만족도가 낮다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구 시사점은 어린이집 교사의 근무 환경 개선 및 교사 복지향상에 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다. This study investigates the effects on job satisfaction and job stress according to teacher efficacy and coping in child care center teachers. The subjects of study were exactly 237 child care teachers and child care center located in Ulsan City ${\bigcirc}$ gun. from September 7 to October 20, 2014 data were collected through a questionnaire. The statistical analysis was performed in order to analyze t-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation using SPSS WIN 21.0 and Amos 21.0 program. In addition, the empirical analysis was verified at the 5% significance level.First, teacher efficacy can be seen high when job satisfaction is remarkably high as a result of the analysis econd, know that job satisfaction is mostly lower when a job stress is higher Implications of this study are thought to improve the working environment and to be going to be the base line data for welfare improvement of the child care teacher.

토탈 코디네이션 요소로서의 헤어와 메이크업에 관한 연구

Fashion is to emphasize the importance of total coordination in creating an image. Therefore, the modern fashion is not the conformation of fixed beauty, but it exists in the expressed form of the variety and the completion according to the individual`s personality for the self image of the clothes, the hair and make-up. the accessories, and the like. The gorgeous image is splendid and luxurious image. And also, the gorgeous image appears much in modern fashion as the pursuit image of modern persons. At the same time, the gorgeous image. when it is compared with other fashion images, shows a tendency to be presented more variously and effectively at the hair and make-up, the accessories, and the like. The purpose of this study not only analyzes the meaning providence and the diagnostic elements about the gorgeous image that appears much in modern fashion, but also helps the various fashion image representation with arranging the presenting principle and method of fashion image systematically setting in the trend toward modern total fashion. The results of this study are as follows The first, the gorgeous image could be estimated by the splendid, sexy, and luxurious image. The second, the importance of the hair and make-up was appeared highest as the result. The third, the gorgeous image hair was estimated as the somewhat wavy crawled long hair style or the update style decorating by hair ornaments. And the make-up of the gorgeous image was evaluated by the performance manner that emphasized the glossy skin expression of a little dark tone and emphasized the dark eyebrows and eye-line. Therefore, special and specific succession studies of the gorgeous image are expected to be continued in the scientific dimension. Moreover it, not only the harmony relation with the clothes, the hair and make-up. and the accessories should be understood as the elements of total coordination in order to complete the representation of the fashion image, but also the investigation in more various new angle should be proceeded.

벨리댄스 의상 선호도에 따른 디자인 개발

본 연구는 현재 나타나고 있는 벨리댄스 의상의 형태를 알아보고 선호도 조사를 통해 대중의 니즈를 분석하여 이를 바탕으로 벨리댄스 동작과 체형 유형을 착안한 새로운 벨리댄스 의상의 디자인을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 벨리댄스의 정의와 역사 특징을 인터넷 및 문헌 조사를 통해 살펴보고 현대에 나타난 벨리댄스 의상의 디자인적 특징과 선호도를 벨리 댄스를 전공하는 여대생과 벨리댄스 동호회 20대~40대 여성 벨리 댄서 100명에게 설문하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 체형에 따른 3벌의 벨리 댄스 의상 디자인을 개발하고 패션 일러스트 방법 및 컴퓨터 도식화 작업으로 제시하였다. 작품 1은 마른 체형 댄서를 위한 의상으로 벨벳소재에 아쿠아 블루 색상의 롱타이트스커트와 브라탑을 디자인하였으며 작품 2는 중간 체구의 댄서를 위한 의상으로 시폰소재의 하렘팬츠와 볼레로 메탈릭 소재의 브라탑을 디자인하였다. 작품3은 뚱뚱한 댄서를 위한 의상으로 블랙 색상의 시폰소재로 브라탑과 플레어스커트를 디자인하여 날씬하게 보이도록 하였으며 포인트 색상으로 퍼플을 사용하여 화려함을 잃지 않도록 하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the forms of belly dance costumes currently being revealed and research the preference due to analyze the needs of the public and based on this present new belly dance costume designs perceived from belly dance movements and physical figure types. As for the study method the definition history and characteristics of belly dance were examined through the Internet and literature research and the design characteristics and preference of belly dance costumes revealed in recent times were analyzed by conducting a survey questionnaire for 100 female belly dancers in their 20s to 40s. Based on such analysis results three sets of belly dance costume designs according to physical figures were developed and presented through fashion illustration method and computer graphing work. flowers and no patterns. 현대 대중매체에 나타난 걸 크러쉬 패션 · 뷰티 디자인 개발

21세기 최첨단 정보사회의 도래로 조직 사회의 형태가 과거 정형적인 구조를 탈피하여 유연하고, 시 · 공간을 초월하여 빠르게 변화되면서 여성의 사회 진출이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 과거와는 다르게 여성성이 강화되고 사회 전반에 여성의 지위 상승으로 나타나고 있다. 정치 · 경제 · 과학 · 문화 · 예술 등 다양한 분야 뿐 만 아니라 대중매체 속 셀러브리티(celebrity)인 여가수나 여배우들의 모습도 강인하고 당당한 걸 크러쉬(girl crush)이미지가 중심이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 새로운 현상인 걸 크러쉬에 관해 알아보고, 현대 대중매체에 나타난 걸 크러쉬 이미지의 패션과 뷰티 스타일을 분석하여 새로운 컬 크러쉬 패션 · 뷰티 디자인 개발에 그 목적이 있다. 연구 방법 및 내용으로는 선행 연구 및 문헌 고찰과 걸크러쉬 패션 · 뷰티 스타일 중 드라마 · 예능 · 광고 등 다른 분야에 비해 비교적 스타일 연출에 있어 극대화된 표현이 가능한 가수 분야로 한정하여 패션 · 뷰티 전문가 집단에게 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 또한 분석을 바탕으로 최종 연구 결과물인 3벌의 패션 · 뷰티 작품을 개발 · 제작 하였다. 현대 대중매체 속 걸 크러쉬 이미지의 대표적인 패션 · 뷰티 스타일 특징은 섹시 · 펑크, 페미닌 · 섹시,섹시 · 스포티브 걸크러쉬 이미지로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 대중들의 관심이 급증하고 있는 걸 크러쉬 이미지의 패션 · 뷰티 상품 개발 및 디자인을 위한 기초자료 제공에 그 의의가 있으며, 더 나아가 세계적으로 한류의 패션 · 뷰티 상품 및 관련 상품 개발에 활용하여 국가 이미지 향상을 도모함에 연구의 기대효과가 있다. In line with recent flexible and rapid change of the form of the society, shaking away from the past stereotypes as a result of the emergence of the 21st"s cutting-edge information society, women"s advance into society is also on rapid increase. Continued increase of women"s social activity as such is strengthening the femininity, which is demonstrated by the rise of women"s statures in society as a whole. Unlike in the past, women"s ability and leadership are now demonstrated in diverse fields such as politics, economy, science, culture and art. Apart from this, celebrity female singers or actors"s trend is certainly focused on stronger and stately girl crush images in mess media. Under the circumstances, this study which looks at the new phenomena of girl crush as such and analyzes fashion · beauty styles of girl crush as shown in mass media, aims to develop new girl crush fashion · beauty design. In the aspect of methodology and content of the study, it has developed and produced three pieces of fashion · beauty work as the final outcome of the research, based on examination of precedent studies and literature, questionnaire survey and analysis. A typical girl crush image fashion · beauty characteristics have analyzed sexy · punk, feminine · sexy, sexy · sportive image in mass media. This study may have implications for its usability as basic data for development of recently-sweeping girl crush image fashion · beauty products as well as relevant designs. One step further, the study is expected to contribute to enhancement of national image in the long run by being used for development of fashion · beauty products of the Korean Wave and other related products.

곡선형 주름 장식을 이용한 패션 디자인 개발과 토탈 스타일링 연구

현대 패션은 다양화․다원화 되어감에 따라 점차 획일적인 트랜드 따라잡기에 벗어나 유행 안에서도 각각 다른 개개인의 개성을 표현하는 형태로 나타났다. 또한 UCC 제작 등 본인을 알릴 수 있는 인터넷 매체와 대중매체의 발달, 사이버 공간을 통한 모임의 확산, 클럽과 파티문화의 대중화 등으로 자신을 돋보이게 할 수 있는 수공예적이고 유니크한 디테일이 표현된 장식 패션에 대한 관심이 높아졌다. 장식을 통한 표현 중 주름 장식은 여성스럽고 로맨틱한 표현이 가능하며, 입체적인 형태에 따른 율동감과 유머러스함을 포함한 다양한 디자인적 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구는 장식적인 목적으로 사용된 주름 기법에 대한 특징을 새로운 디자인의 모티브로 이용하여 패션 디자인의 다양한 표현 영역을 구축하는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 이를 웨어러블 의상에 다양한 장식기법을 시도함으로써 실용성과 예술적 조형미를 가진 고부가가치 의상으로 변화시키고, 직접 모델에게 착장하여 헤어․메이크업의 토탈 스타일링을 완성하는데 그 의의가 있다. 연구 방법은 장식효과를 표현하는 봉제의 주름 기법 중 곡선형 주름을 중점적으로 용어 정의와 기능을 문헌자료를 통해 고찰하고, 현대 패션에 나타난 장식효과를 토대로 주름 디테일 기법 및 디자인 활용을 분석하였다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 곡선형 주름 기법을 이용한 3가지 패션 디자인 작품 제작을 시도하고 헤어, 메이크업, 액세서리를 모델에게 제작․시술하여 토탈 스타일링 하였다. As modern fashion became diverse and pluralistic, it gradually escaped from following standardized trend and was revealed in the form of expressing unique individual characteristics even within the trend. In addition, interest grew on decoration fashion where handcraft and unique detail has been expressed that can highlight oneself from the Internet media and mass media development for promotion oneself through UCC production, the spread of curved via cyber spaces and the popularization of club and party culture. The pleat decoration of decoration expressions allows feminie and romantic expression and various design effectives can be obtained including sense of rhythm from its three dimensional shape and humorous feel. The purpose of this study is to establish various expression areas of fashion design by using the characteristics of pleat technique used for decoration purpose as a new design motif. In addition, significance of this study is in attempting various decoration techniques on wearable clothes to change them into high value-added clothes with practicality and artistic formative beauty, and place them on a model to complete the total styling of hair & makeup. As for the method of study, the term definition and function were reviewed through literature information focusing on the curve type pleat of sewing pleat technique for expressing decoration effect, and based on the decoration effect shown in modern fashion, frill detail technique and design utilization were analyzed. Based on this, three types of fashion design work production were attempted using the curve type pleat technique, and hair, makeup and accessories were produced and placed on a model for total styling.
