Windbreak forests, which have a windproof effect against strong winds, are known to be effective in reducing the spread of odors and dust emitted from livestock farms. The effect of reducing the spread of odors and dust can be estimated through numerical models such as computational fluid dynamics, which require aerodynamic coefficients of the windbreaks for accurate prediction of their performance. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the aerodynamic coefficients, Co, C<sub>1</sub>, C<sub>2</sub>, and α, of two windbreaks, Thuja occidentalis and a mesh net, through wind tunnel experiments. The aerodynamic coefficients were derived by the relation between the incoming wind speed and the pressure loss due to the windbreaks which was measured by differential pressure sensors. In order to estimate the change in the aerodynamic coefficient concerning various leaf density, the experiments were conducted repeatedly by removing the leaves gradually in various stages. The results showed that the power law regression model more suitable for coefficient evaluation compared to the Darcy-Forchheimer model.
CO<sub>2</sub>가스를 이용하여 증착된 터널층의 계면포획밀도의 감소와 이를 적용한 저전력비휘발성 메모리 특성

The silicon dioxide ($SiO_2$) was deposited using various gas as oxygen and nitrous oxide ($N_2O$) in nowadays. In order to improve electrical characteristics and the interface state density ($D_{it}$) in low temperature, It was deposited with carbon dioxide ($CO_2$) and silane ($SiH_4$) gas by inductively coupled plasma chemical vapor deposition (ICP-CVD). Each $D_{it}$ of $SiO_2$ using $CO_2$ and $N_2O$ gas was $1.30{\times}10^{10}cm^{-2}{\cdot}eV^{-1}$ and $3.31{\times}10^{10}cm^{-2}{\cdot}eV^{-1}$. It showed $SiO_2$ using $CO_2$ gas was about 2.55 times better than $N_2O$ gas. After 10 years when the thin film was applied to metal/insulator/semiconductor(MIS)-nonvolatile memory(NVM), MIS NVM using $SiO_2$($CO_2$) on tunneling layer had window memory of 2.16 V with 60% retention at bias voltage from +16 V to -19 V. However, MIS NVM applied $SiO_2$($N_2O$) to tunneling layer had 2.48 V with 61% retention at bias voltage from +20 V to -24 V. The results show $SiO_2$ using $CO_2$ decrease the $D_{it}$ and it improves the operating voltage.

토양 유기물은 농작물에 영양분을 공급하는 중요한 토양 구성분이며 오염물질의 이동을 감소시켜 인체 및 생태에 미치는 영향을 완충하는 역활을 한다. 최근 지구온난화를 야기하는 온실기체의 싱크탱크 역활이 부각되면서 토양 유기물에 대한 조사 및 관리방안에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 환경부 토양측정망 495개 지점에서 채취한 토양의 유기물함량을 측정하여 지역별, 토지용도별 토양 유기물함량을 파악하고자 하였고 둘째, 토양 유기물 함량 측정방법인 Tyurin산화법과 강열감량법(LOI)의 상관관계를 조사하였다. Tyurin법과 강열감량법으로 토양 유기물 함량을 조사한 결과 평균은 각 각 1.90%, 2.92%로 나타났다. 토지용도별 유기물 함량 순서는 Tyurin법 및 강열감량법 모두 유사하였다. 여전히 자연환경 요소가 많이 남아있거나 토양으로 유기물 유입이 지속적으로 일어나는 임야, 종교용지, 공원은 비교적 높은 유기물함량을 보이나, 유기물 유입이 상대적으로 적은 대지와 대부분 사질토양으로 구성된 학교용지는 낮은 유기물함량을 보였다. Tyurin법과 강열감량법간 회귀분석결과 y(Tyurin) = 0.6257x(LOI) + 0.0602 (P-value < 0.001)와 같은 회귀식이 얻어졌고 결정계수 R² = 0.749로 나타나 상관성이 높았다. Tyurin법과 강열감량법을 비교한 결과 강열감량법의 결과치가 Tyurin법에 비해 크게 측정되지만 Tyurin법과 상관관계가 성립되는 바 여러 토지용도에서 많은 양의 토양시료를 측정해야 하는 목적에서는 강열감량법 적용도 가능할 것으로 판단된다. Soil organic matter (SOM) is an important soil component releasing nutrients to the plants and reducing risks of soil contamination to the human and ecosystem. Much attention has been recently paid to SOM investigation and management because SOM holds the most of carbon in the earth and sequestrate carbon as a sink tank. The first objective of the study was to investigate SOM of 495 soil samples taken at the Korea Soil Quality Monitoring Network. Soil samples were collected from 16 regions and 8 land use types. The second objective of the study was to find a relationship between the Tyurin method and loss-on-ignition (LOI) method for SOM. The means of SOM by Tyurin and LOI methods were 1.90 and 2.92 % (w/w), respectively. Land uses such as forest, religious area and park where organic matters continuously supply to normally showed higher SOMs than residential and school areas having sandy soils. A regression equation of the relationship between Tyurin and LOI methods was y(Tyurin) = 0.6257x(LOI) + 0.0602 (P-value < 0.001). The coefficient of determination was R² = 0.749, relatively linearly related. Although LOI may result in higher SOMs than the Tyurin method, LOI may be a preference for the SOM investigation if various kinds of land uses and many soil samples should be measured.
군인들에서 성인 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애, 우울 그리고 자살 사고의 관계

Objectives:The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship among adult Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) symptoms, depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms and suicide idea in Korean soldiers. Methods:We investigated past and present symptoms of ADHD(Korean-Wender Utah rating scale and Korean adult attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder scale), depression(Beck’s Depression Inventory), anxiety(Beck’s Anxiety Inventory) and suicide idea(Beck Suicide Ideation Scale) in 92 Korean soldiers who had been experienced maladjustment and had visited in the medical unit of Army. Pearson correlation analysis, path analysis and structured equation model were used to find the relationship among these factors using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 19.0 program. Results:There were significant relationships among past and present symptoms of ADHD and depression, anxiety and suicide idea(p<0.01). The regression analysis revealed that depression affected suicide idea(β=0.64, p<0.01). The path analysis showed that the impact of past and present symptoms of ADHD affected on suicide idea via depression( p<0.05, CFI=0.92, TLI=0.62, IFI=0.92, NFI=0.91). Conclusion:The symptoms of ADHD might make a fundamental role in development of suicide ideation via emotion like depression in Korean soldiers.
치과대학 및 치과전문 대학원의 보철학 교과과정 실태 조사 및 개선 방향에 대한 고찰

연구 목적: 대한민국 치과대학의 보철학 교육은 자율적 규제를 통해 다양한 모습으로 각각의 특성에 맞게 발전 되어 가고 있다. 주어진 환경과 조건이 다르기 때문에 획일적이며 동일한 교육 교과과정을 갖는 것은 불가능하다. 이에 국내 2012년 현재 치과대학에서의 보철학 교육 교과과정을 분석하여 보철학 교과과정의 현 실태를 조사하여 향후 보철학 교육의 개선과 발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 방법: 전국 11개의 치과대학 보철학 교실에 전달 된 설문지에 대한 회신 내용을 근거로 조사 되었다. 결과:학생 수, 평균 연령, 남녀 성비, 보철학 강의 및 실습 학점, 4학년 학생이 환자를 보기 전에 시행되는 평가 방법, 졸업을 위한 최소 요구 조건, 임상 교육의 시작과 종료시점, 교육에 참여하는 인력이 학교마다 다양한 양상을 보이고 있었다. 결론: 이상의 치과 대학 보철학 교과과정을 살펴본 바에 의하면 학생들에게 더욱 도움이 되는 보철 임상 교육을 위해서는 양질의 교육자가 주체가 되는 교육 인력의 확충, 교육 시간의 증가, 효율적인 교과과정 확립 등의 노력이 있어야 한다고 생각된다. Purpose: Prosthodontics education of Korean dental schools is developing under liberal regulation according to the character of each school. Diversity in the current environment and condition for each school make it impossible to apply the same and uniform education curriculum. Therefore the purpose of this paper is to analyze and validate the status of the 2012 prosthodontics education curriculum in Korean dental schools, and to suggest future direction. Materials and methods: A survey was completed by all the 11 dental schools in South Korea. Results: The number of students, age, sex, credits for prosthodontics lecture and practice courses, evaluation method before senior students' clinical practice, modalities for minimum requirement for graduation, beginning and finishing timing of clinical practice and faculty personnel involved in the education varied among the dental schools. Conclusion: High-quality educators leading an expanded teaching personnel are required, education hours must be increased and efficient curriculum must be organized to improve the prosthodontics education.

The ultimate aims of display market is transparent or flexible. Researches have been carried out for various applications. It has been possible to reduced the process steps and get good electrical properties for semiconductors with large optical bandgaps. Oxide semiconductors have been established as one of the leading and promising technology for next generation display panels. In this paper, alternative treatment processes have been tried for oxide semiconductors of thin film transistors to increase the electrical properties of the thin film transistors and to investigate the mechanisms. There exist a various oxide semiconductors. Here, we focused on InGaZnO, ZnO and InSnZnO which are commercialized or researched actively.
