The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of vitamin E and Selenium administration for three weeks on isokinetic muscle strength and endurance exercise after cell membrane damage in taekwondo players. The subject in this study were 8 taekwondo players, who were divided into two groups. During administration perid, one group took vitamin E and selenium for three weeks, and the other was placebo group. The subject who engaged in this isokinetic exercise at 30% of 1-Ram(5 repetitions), Incremental maximal exercise tests were performed by each subject on a Taeha(korea) treadmill after CPK and LDH activation were measured. The statistics analysis used paired t-est and 2-way NAOVA repeated measurement. The results were as follows 1. The administration of vitamin E and selenium for three weeks significantly increased of Isokinetic muscle strength (peak torque, average power and total work of right flexor: p<.05). 2. The administration of vitamin E and selenium for three weeks significantly change of CPK(adminstration condition: p<.01, measurement time: p<.001) and LDH(adminstration condition: p<.001, measurement time: p<.01).
Persimmon Vinegar와 Octacosanol 혼합 섭취가 등속성 근력과 혈청효소에 미치는 영향

isokinetic muscle strength and blood in serum enzyme of taekwondo players. The seven male subject in this study were divided into two experiment, where the first experiment was the placebo administration for 2 week. and the second experiment was the persimmon vinegar(400ml/day: content of 30% persimmon vinegar) and octacosanol(40mg/day: content of 100% octacosanol) administration for 2 weeks. The parameters related to the isokinetic muscle strength were measured through ISOMED 2000(German). The subject who performed isokinetic exercise tests of the knee in extension and flection(5 repeat at 30°/sec). Plasma was sampled from an antecubital vein using a hypodermic syringe at rest, post-exercise(all-out), recovery 10 and 30 min after incremental maximal exercise. The blood in serum enzyme(CPK and LDH) was analyzed with DT 60Ⅱ(Kodak, U. S. A). The results was as follows. The peak torque and Average power were significantly increased by persimmon vinegar and octacosanol(right flexor, left extensor: p<.05). The blood in cpk and ldh were significantly differenced by persimmon vinegar and octacosanol(recovery 10min: p<.05 and rest: p<.01, recovery 10min, 30min: p<.05). In conclusion, the isokinetic muscle strength and blood in serum enzyme showed affirmatively influenced by administration of persimmon vinegar and octacosanol as compared to placebo experiment.
BCAA 섭취가 무산소성파워와 근세포손상지표 LDH에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Branched-chain Amino acid(BCAA) administration on anaerobic power and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH). The subjects of this study were 10 normal university male and all subjects were involved in each test. The BCAA(valine 40%, leucine 35%, isoleucine 25%) solved in distilled water 500㎖ was administration and parameters related to the anaerobic power and LDH were measured through testing to BCAA administration before and after each treatment. The subject who engaged in this anaerobic power at 30% of 1-RM(5 repetitions). The assessment of anaerobic power factor was in concentric flexors and extensors of right and left knee joint(peak torque, average work, total work). anaerobic power tests were performed by each subject on a Isomed 2000. The assessment of boold in serum factor was in LDH Statistical analysis were performed using analysis of variance paired t-test and 2-way ANOVA repeated measurement, accepting level for all significant was above α=.05. The administration of BCAA was significantly increased and change of anaerobic power and LDH. The results were as follows 1. The administration of BCAA was significantly increased of peak torque in anaerobic power(right flexors; p<.05, extensors; p<.01). 2. The administration of BCAA was significantly increased of average work in anaerobic power(right extensors; p<.05). 3. The administration of BCAA was significantly increased of total work in anaerobic powertright extensors; p<.05). 4. The administration of BCAA was significantly change of LDH(time; p<.05 interaction; p<.01).

이 논문은 스테레오 영상을 이용하여 응급상황을 인식하기 위하여 기절 동작을 인식하는 방법을 제안한다. 사람의 다양한 동작에서 학습과 인식에 필요한 영상 정보를 추출하기 위하여 3차원 정보를 사용하였고, 인식 알고리즘으로는 HMM을 이용하였다. 두 대의 카메라 영상에서 각각 배경을 생성한 다음에 배경 영상과 입력 영상의 차이를 이용하여 움직임 객체를 추출하였다. 그리고 움직임 객체를 포함하는 사각형을 생성한 다음 두 카메라의 캘리브레이션 정보를 이용하여 3차원 정보를 추출하였다. 3차원 공간상에서의 사각형의 너비와 높이의 변화량과 사각형 중심점 위치의 변화량 각각에 대하여 동작 인식률을 실험하였다. 실험 결과 너비와 높이의 특징값을 이용하는 것보다 중심점의 3차원 위치 변화량을 이용하는 것이 높은 인식률을 보였다. This paper proposes a method to detect fall action by using stereo images to recognize emergency situation. It uses 3D information to extract the visual information for learning and testing. It uses HMM(Hidden Markov Model) as a recognition algorithm. The proposed system extracts background images from two camera images. It extracts a moving object from input video sequence by using the difference between input image and background image. After that, it finds the bounding rectangle of the moving object and extracts 3D information by using calibration data of the two cameras. We experimented to the recognition rate of fall action with the variation of rectangle width and height and that of 3D location of the rectangle center point. Experimental results show that the variation of 3D location of the center point achieves the higher recognition rate than the variation of width and height.
비타민 E, C와 아연섭취가 혈청지질과 유산소운동능력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of vitamin E, C and Zinc intake to blood lipid profile and aerobic ability of university students. The subject of this study were 7 males and all subjects were involved in each test. The parameters related to the aerobic ability (VO₂max, HRmax) were measured through incremental maximal exercise testing before and after each treatment. blood lipids was sampled from an antecubital vein using a hypodermic syringe at rest before incremental maximal exercise. The results was as follows. Fist, the blood lipids were significantly increased or decreased by vitamin E, C and Zinc(T-C; p<.001, T-G; p<.01, HDL-C; p<.05, LDL-C; p<.01). Second, the aerobic ability were significantly improved by vitamin E, C and Zinc(VO₂max, HRmax ; p<.05). In conclusion, taking vitamin E, C and Zinc before excercise have effects of ergogenic aids than that of a placebo.

컴퓨터 비전 기술의 발달에 따라 사용자 인터페이스, 사용자 인증, 보안 등 여러 가지 응용에서 얼굴 정보를 사용하려는 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 얼굴 정보를 이용하는데 있어서, 눈, 코, 입술과 같이 얼굴의 특징을 효과적으로 추출할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 적응성을 갖는 여러 가지 정보를 결합함으로써 조명의 변화가 있는 경우에도 얼굴의 특징을 견고하게 추출할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.
3D 의복 착의 시뮬레이션을 위한 의복 제작 시스템 설계 및 구현

본 논문에서는 3D 의복 착의 시뮬레이션에서 사용되는 3D 의복 모델을 제작하는 시스템을 제안한다. 착의 시뮬레이션을 하기 위해서는 3D 인체모델과 3D 의복 모델이 필요하다. 의복 모델을 디자인하기 위해서는 먼저 작업 Matrix 창을 생성하고 디자이너로부터 2D 피스(Piece)를 디자인한다. 디자인된 피스들을 박음질 선을 이용해 연결하고 마지막으로 디자인된 피스와 박음질 데이터를 사용해 수치 데이터를 생성하여 3D 의복 모델을 만든다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템에서는 피스 디자인 모률, 의복 데이터 읽기/저장 모듈, 착의 시뮬레이션 모듈로 이루어져 있다. This treatise proposes a develop system that manufactures 3D clothes model who is used in 3D clothes getting dressed simulation. Need 3D human body model and 3D clothes model to do getting dressed simulation. Create priority work Matrix javelin to design clothes model and design 2D piece from designer. Connect designed piece plain using backstitch line and create numerical value data because using designed piece and backstitch data finally and make 3D clothes model. Consist of piece design module, to read clothes data and save module, getting dressed simulation module in system that propose in this treatise.
