다변량 고빈도 금융시계열의 변동성 분석

본 논문은 다변량 변동성을 다루고 있다. 최근 들어 활발하게 연구가 되고 있는 고빈도(high frequency)자료에 기초한 변동성 측정방법인 실현변동성을 계산하고 기존의 다변량 GARCH 모형과 비교분석하였다. 정준상관분석과 VaR분석을 이용하여 실현변동성과 다양한 다변량 GARCH 모형을 비교하였으며 최근 6년 동안의 삼성전자/현대차 거래 가격 고빈도 데이터를 이용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. Multivariate GARCH models are interested in conditional variances (volatilities) as well as conditional correlations between return time series. This paper is concerned with high-frequency multivariate financial time series from which realized volatilities and realized conditional correlations of intra-day returns are calculated. Existing multivariate GARCH models are reviewed comparatively with the realized volatility via canonical correlations and value at risk (VaR). Korean stock prices are analysed for illustration.

PSM과 공무원의 업무 성과

This study investigate the difference between public sector employee and private sector employee in terms of Public Service Motivation(PSM) and its implication to the performance. PSM is defined as "individual's predisposition to respond to motives grounded primarily and uniquely in public institutions and organizations"(Perry & Wise 1990). It is hypothesized that people with high PSM tend to work in public institution and once in the organization, higher PSM affects the performance level positively. This study test these two hypotheses using Korean cases. The analysis confirms the theoretical expectation. The results of the analysis show that there is a statistically significant difference between public sector employee and private sector employee in terms of PSM and that the higher PSM among the public sector employees is positively related to higher performance level. The managerial implication of the study is also discussed.

소상공인 간편결제서비스의 활성화 요인 연구: 가맹점 업종의 조절 효과를 중심으로

소상공인 간편결제서비스는 소상공인 가맹점주의 지급결제와 관련한 수수료 부담을 덜어주기 위해 구축한 계좌이체 방식의 지급결제 가맹점 인프라를 말한다. 이 연구에서는 가맹점의 관점에서 소상공인 간편결제서비스의 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 식별하고, 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 인과관계를 알아내는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 통합기술수용이론을 토대로 가맹점주의 행동 의도에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 규명하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 가맹점주의 수용의도에 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 보안신뢰도는 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 반면, 촉진조건은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 본 연구는 가맹점 업종유형의 조절효과를 분석하였으며, 업종유형은 성과기대와의 상호작용항에서 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 볼 때 촉진조건을 개선하여, 소상공인 간편결제서비스의 활성화를 위해서는 가맹점주로 하여금 소상공인 간편결제서비스가 수수료 절감과 매출 증대에 도움이 될 것이라는 기대감을 갖게하며, 사용이 편리하고 소상공인을 위한 사회적으로 의미있는 결제방식이라는 인식을 갖게 할 필요성이 있다. 더불어 새로운 기술이 적용되어 보안측면에서 안전하다는 것을 부각시켜야 할 것이다. 성과기대와 관련하여서는 가맹점 업종유형이 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타남에 따라 가맹점의 업종유형을 고려한 마케팅 전략의 수립이 요구된다. A simple payment service for small business owners is an infrastructure for the payments based on bank account transfers to alleviate the burden of a fee. The purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting the use of simple payment services for small businesses from the point of view of franchisees and to find out the causal relationship affecting their acceptance intention. For this purpose, the Unified Technology Acceptance Theory was applied to identify the variables that affect the behavioral intentions of the franchisees. From the study, it was found that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and security reliability all had a statistically significant effect on the acceptance intention of the franchisees. On the other hand, it was also found that the facilitating conditions did not affect their acceptance intention. The moderating effect of the type of merchant industry was statistically significant with performance expectancy in the interaction term . Based on these research results, it is important to make the franchisees think that the simple payment service helps reduce fees and increasing sales so that they activate the simple payment service for their small businesses. As it appears that the type of merchant industry has a moderating effect in relation to performance expectancy, it is also required to establish a marketing strategy considering the industry type of the small business owners.

초상화를 그리는 로봇을 위한 드로잉 경로 최적화 방법

본 연구는 휴머노이드 로봇 중에서 사람과 같은 방법으로 초상화를 그리는 로봇 암의 이동 궤적 최적화에 대해 기술한다. 이전에도 이러한 사람의 얼굴을 초상화로 그리는 로봇이 존재하였지만 대부분 인간과 유사한 움직임을 보이지 못하고 딱딱하고 단조로운 움직임을 보였다. 이런 단점을 보완하기 위해 가장 짧은 궤적을 찾는 알고리즘을 사용하여 보다 유연한 움직임을 구현하고, 초상화를 그리는 일련의 과정 중에서 입력된 영상을 가공하여 인간과 같이 그릴 수 있는 좌표를 효과적으로 정렬하고, 추출된 좌표를 바탕으로 로봇 암의 가장 빠르고 효율적인 이동궤적을 구한다.

공공부문 부패수준 개선국가와 우리나라의 부패방지정책특징 비교분석

This study tries to identify more effective institutions and policies for corruption prevention by comparing those of Korea with other nations which successfully reduced corruption in public sector such as Belgium, France and Japan. The analysis showed that, in terms of the factors inside of public administration system, Belgium, France and Japan have more effective institutions for preventing political corruption than Korea. First, those three countries punish the offenders of corruption more severly than Korea. Second, three countries have the specialized office for corruption prevention that cooperate closely with the institutions for investigation of corruption such as justice department. In case of Belgium and Japan, in addition, their offices are endowed with the authority for investigation and punishment. On the contrary, Korea's office of corruption prevention does not have authority for investigation, punishment and prosecution for corruption cases. In terms of the factors outside of public administration system, political factors have influence on the institutions for corruption prevention and reduction of actual corruption.

전문가 경험지식을 활용하는 확장성 있는 가상훈련 평가 분석 시스템

실제 환경보다 더 안전하고 적은 비용으로 실제 훈련과 유사한 학습효과를 기대할 수 있는 가상훈련(Virtual Training)이 최근 주목받고 있다. 그러나 기존의 가상훈련 시스템들은 학습자의 훈련결과에 대한 평가를 평가자의 정성적인 판단에 의존해온 경우가 대부분이었다. 또한, 평가와 분석 기능이 해당 시스템에 국한이 되어 시스템마다 별도의 평가 분석 시스템이 필요했다. 본 논문에서는 가상훈련의 효과적인 평가와 분석을 위해 전문가의 경험지식을 활용하는 확장성 있는 가상훈련 평가 분석 시스템을 제안한다. 우선, 제안하는 시스템이 다양한 형태의 가상훈련 시스템과 연동될 수 있도록 Open API의 적용 방안을 다룬다. 그리고 가상훈련에 대해 전문가 경험지식을 별도로 구성하여 평가 분석 시 비교 대상과의 평가 효율성을 높였다. 구성된 전문가 경험지식은 제안된 평가 분석 절차에 따라 학습자의 훈련수행 결과와 정량적으로 비교 분석할 수 있게 했다. In recent years, virtual training has attracted a lot of attention because it is as effective as traditional in-person training and provides more cost-effective and safer learning environment. However, the existing virtual training systems rely on the evaluator’s qualitative judgement when evaluating and analyzing trainees’ performance. Additionally, evaluation and analysis functions are only available on certain systems so those functions need to be developed for each system. In this paper, we propose an extensible evaluation and analysis system for virtual training using experiential knowledge collected from experts for providing effective evaluation and analysis. Specifically, we provide a method of applying Open API so that the proposed system works with different types of virtual training system. In addition, the experiential knowledge is constructed in advance for the evaluation and analysis so that the efficiency of the evaluation with the comparison target is increased. This experiential knowledge can be quantitatively compared to trainees’ performance according to the proposed evaluation and analysis procedures.
