        공동주택 증축 리모델링 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        서울시내 공동주택 가운데 사용연수가 15년을 초과하여 리모델링이 가능한 공동주택은 약 54.8만 세대로 서울시 공동주택의 42%에 달하고 있으며, 2015년까지 리모델링이 가능한 공동주택은 약 80만 세대에 달할 것으로 예상된다. 공동주택의 노후화를 개선하고 거주환경을 향상시키기 위한 유지보수 사업은 재건축 사업과 리모델링 사업으로 분류할 수 있다. 현재 정부의 재건축 규제로 인해 증축 리모델링이 공동주택의 유지 보수 사업의 대안으로써 주목받고 있으나 증축 리모델링을 추진하는 공동주택의 75%가 사업 초기단계에 머물러 있으며, 증축 리모델링 사업은 활성화되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 증축 리모델링 전문가들을 대상으로 한 델파이 분석을 통해 증축 리모델링의 활성화를 저해하는 주요 요인과 영향도를 분석하고, 각각의 저해 요인을 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 548 thousand apartment houses of Seoul has been used over 15 years and remodeling is available. It is 42% of the overall apartment houses currently and it is assumed to increase to 800 thousand in 2015. The maintenance work is divided to reconstruction and remodeling. Due to the regulations of the government, expansion remodelling has been the most considered alternative. However, 75% of the extension remodelling, yet, are in the preliminary phases. Thus, this study suggests factors hampering the vitalization of extension remodelling and solutions for each factor by means of Delphi analysis method.

        Elk(Alces alces)에 발생(發生)한 Babesiosis

        Authors encountered a case of elk babesiosis in Daegu, Korea. The main symptoms observed before the death of the patient were elevated rectal temperature, severe degree of hemoglobinuria, icterus and recumbency. Hematologically, the erythrocyte count was 1.93 million per cu.mm 11% of which were infected with Babesia. Most(88%) of the protozoa were spherical or vacuolated ring form in shape, resembling B. bovis. However, the sizes (0.98-2.85) were slightly smaller than the latter. About 7% of the protozoa were vacuolated oval, the size of which varied from $2.06{\sim}2.95{\times}1.08{\sim}1.97$ ($2.53{\times}1.51$ in average). The remaining 5% were irregular in shape. Pear-shaped were scarcely observed. A three-gears-old Korean native cattle was inoculated subcutaneously with the elk's blood. However, no evidence of susceptibility was observed until 30 days postinoculation.

        For the studying of freezing rate of shrimp, the samples were divided as headed and peeled. The dimension of sample was 1㎝x5㎝x10㎝ of slab shape and the temperature probe was Cu, Cu. Ni thermocuple, at center, surface, blast air and cooling coil. The balst air speed was controlled at 2, 4, 6㎝/s by motor speed controller. The freezing point showed 2℃±0.1. Thermal arrest time of peeled shrimp at 2, 4, 6㎝/s blast air speed were 9, 8, 5min. and headed shrimp were 15, 10, 7 min. The results between actural measurement's and caleulating freezing time were similar. The enfluence of freezing rate by blast air changes did'nt show high. But in actually, most frozen fish products were packed, therefore, heat transfer coefficient was very low. So, this results show high speed(above 5m/s) blast air needed.

      • 凍結鷄肉의 品質變化에 關한 硏究 : Ⅳ. 凍結 冷藏時의 理化學的 變化

        The quality variation of the frozen chicken meat pretreated with the various methods were studied during the cold storage. For the purpose of this study, the frozen chickens as samples were divided into five groups, T1 group (untreated), T2 group (treated with 1% ascorbic acid), T3 group (7.5% potassium sorbate), T4 group (5% NaCl) and T5 group (mixed with 7.5% potassium sorbate and 1% ascorbic acid). All samples were kept the cold storage for 90 days, the item of investigation on the thawed samples were pH, water holding capacity, changes of drip, P.O.V. and T.B.A. The values of pH in T3, T4 and T5 groups were continuously increased according to the storage days, but those in T1 and T2 groups were decreased after 60 days (p〈0.01). The water-folding capacity was the lowest (66.22%) in T, group and the higest (70.72%) in T5 group, and the relatively stable in T4 and T5 groups. The free drip level was the highest as 5.15% in T1 group and the lowest as 1.6% in T5 group, and the expressible drip was relatively little in T4 and T5 groups compared with other groups (p〉0.05). The value of P.O.V in T1 group was the highest as 10.2 meq/Kg and the lowest as 4.7 meq/Kg in T5 group (p〈0.01). The value of T.B.A. was also the highest as 0.507 in T1 group and the lowest as 0.232 in T5 group (p〉0.05). The store ability of the frozen chicken meat was good in T5 group.
