Korea has recently suffered from severe hazes, largely being long-range transported from China but frequently mixed with domestic pollution. It is important to identify the origin of the frequently-occurring hazes, which is however hard to clearly determine in a quantitative term. In this regard, we suggest a possible classification procedure of various hazes into longrange transported haze (LH), Yellow Sand (YS), and urban haze (UH), based on mass loading of fine particles, time lag of PM mass concentrations between two sites aligned with dominant wind direction, backward trajectory of air mass, and the mass ratio of PM2.5 to PM10. The analysis sites are Seoul (SL) and Baengnyeongdo (BN), which are distant about 200 km from each other in the west to east direction. Aerosol concentrations at BN are overall lower than those of SL, indicative of BN being a background site for SL. We found distinct time lag of PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations between BN and SL in case of both LH and YS, but the intensity of YS being stronger than LH. Time scale (e-folding time scale) of LH appears to be longerand more variable than YS, which implies that LH covers much larger spatial scale. In addition, we found linear and significant correlations between τ<SUB>a</SUB> obtained from sunphotometer and τ<SUB>cal </SUB>calculated from surface aerosol scattering coefficient for LH episodes, relative to few correlation between those for YS, which might be associated with transported height of YS being much higher than LH. Therefore surface PM concentrations for the YS period are thought to be not representative for vertical integrated amount of aerosol loadings, probably by virtue of decoupled structure of aerosol vertical distribution. Improvement of various hazes classification based on the current result would provide the public as well as researchers with more accurate information of LH, UH, and YS, in terms of temporal scale, size, vertical distribution of aerosols, etc.

As network techniques have been developed, a variety of service discovery protocols have been emerged. The service discovery protocols are to minimize the cost of detecting services and provide users with convenience among various devices and services. However, system complexity has been increased, and each service discovery protocol does not share services of them. Thus, users want a system, which can discover the most suitable service among all services in diverse service discovery protocol domains. In this paper, we propose hierarchical service discovery system, which guarantees scalability in ubiquitous networks. The system is composed of LSD [1] for ad hoc network, Discovery Middleware for home or hospital domains and D²HT algorithm [2] for Internet environment.

This study identified the effects of flame on the upper by fire plume ejected. we implemented model experiment according to investigation of housing area effect, window aspect ratio and balcony availability. we confirmed that opening ratio was increased according to housing area larger. the square window confirmed that is progressing fire plume ejected of free space. According to the value of an opening aspect ratio `n` getting higher, the horizontal widow is getting that increased the risk as the fire spread an external to the top of opening. it is determined to the fundamental solution about fire safety in the extended balcony of apartment.
그렌펠 타워 화재를 고려한 주거시설 화재안전에 관한 연구

Recently, The Building has became high rising and large scaling according to development of economy in domestic and other country, also the building has increased a variety of functions of insulation for warmth. and it has a symbol of economic growth, but it has risk factor for disasters such as fire. this hazards include not only general building but also residential building. Recently, Grenfell Fire that occurred in England has increased in combustion to the 24th floor of the 1st floor for 1 hour. it resulted in 80 deaths and 79 missing persons. In this study we suggest basic data of residential building for fire safety design related to domestic environment to analyze the problem of Grenfell Tower.

최근 반도체 산업의 비약적 발전으로 고출력 LED 광원 시스템 개발이 확대되고 있다. 그 중 무대조명 분야는 색 연출의 필요성으로 넓은 조도제어(Dimming) 범위가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 방송장비의 높은 센싱 속도로 인하여 화면에 생기는 빛의 떨림 현상 제거와 0~100%의 넓은 조도제어 범위를 구현하기 위해 Analog 조도제어와 PWM 조도제어를 결합한 조도제어 방법을 제안하였으며, 이를 위한 회로를 설계하고, 이를 실험적으로 검증하였다.
