본 논문에서는 다대식 가열로내의 산소 농도 변화를 표현하는 모델이 제안되었다. 설계된 모델은 크게 '잔류 가스에 대한 모델'과 '산소에 대한 모델'의 두가지로 구성되었다. 각각의 모델은 산소농의 변동에 관여하는 네가지 요인들올 화학, 유체 이론적 관계식과 퍼지 이론을 이용하여 설계되었다. 고려된 네가지 요인들은 버너에서 의 연소반응, 연소대간의 유체 이동, 가열로 내부로부터 외부로의 유체 흐름 및 출입구를 통한 외부 공기의 유입 등이다. 모의 실헝 결과블 통해 제안된 모델로 계산된 각 연소대내의 산소 농도 변화가 설제 조업시 발생하는 유형과 유시함을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, a mathematical model of describing oxygen density in multi-band type reheating furnaces was presented. Model designed in this paper was composed of majorly two parts. One is a model regarding 'variation of existing gas'. The other is a model of showing 'variation of oxygen content'. Each model is designed by considering four factors related to variation of oxygen density based on chemical reaction, fluid dynamics and fuzzy theory. Four factors to be considered are combustion reaction in burner, fluid transfer between adjacent combustion bands, fluid transfer from furnace's inner space to external space, and input of external air via gates. According to simulation results, it was shown that varying pattern of oxygen density in each combustion band is similar to generally expected operation data in reheating furnace.
대추 가치사슬을 위한 부가가치 추정 및 수급전망 모형 구축

This study was performed to develop a jujube supply-demand outlook model and to estimate the value added of the production stage. The jujube supply-demand outlook model was developed by using a partial equilibrium model and a dynamic recursive simulation model. Also, the stability of this supply-demand model was assessed using RMSPE, MAPE, and Theil's inequality coefficient. We found that the forecasts of the cultivated area, yield, and price showed relatively favorable results. In addition, based on the developed model, the effects of tariff changes on domestic jujube supply and demand were analyzed. In the simulation, we assumed that the tariff decreased by 10%, 15%, and 20%, respectively (starting from 2023), whereas the import amount increased by 14.6~32.4% compared to the baseline projection in all scenarios. However, the cultivation area, production, and price were 0.8~2% lower than the baseline projection, which was established to be insignificant due to the tariff changes. The value-added creation in the production stage was higher for dried jujube than for raw jujube. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data that can facilitate and guide future policy changes such as market opening and tariff changes. Furthermore, they can also be used for value chain research.

The desalinization experiments with water management practices were carried out, using the soil samples collected in reclaimed tidelands in the western part of Korea. The soil samples were classified into two groups, namely, silty loam and silty clay loam. The leaching method by subsurface drainage and the rinsing method by surface drainage were applied for the water management practices. The changes of electrical conductivity, exchangeable sodium percentage and pH during the desalinization of reclaimed tidelands were observed. And desalinization effects were analyzed by statistical methods. The results obtained from this study are as follows : The rates of decrease of the relative electrical conductivity and the relative exchangeable sodium percentage against the increase of leaching requirements for desalinization, were greater in the leaching method than in the rinsing method. The tendency was considerably high at the beginning of desalinization, regardless of water management methods or clay contents, and was gradually reduced thereafter. The regression equations for the estimation of the leaching requirements for desalinization could be derived, using the relative electrical conductivity, the relative exchangeable sodium percentage, and the relative pH. As the result, the leaching requirements for desalinization could be estimate at Dw/Ds=3.0 in the rinsing method and Dw/Ds=0.4 in the leaching method.

본 연구는 우럭의 중장기 시장규모를 추정하기 위해 우럭의 수급전망모형을 구축하여 추정하였고, 분석결과 2017년 우럭의 생산량은 약 26,807톤, 산지가격은 통영 500g기준 11,550원이 될 것으로 전망되었다.

This study was performed to obtain the basic data analyzing salt movement and desalinization effects, and two different desalinization experiments through leaching and rinsing were carried out, using samples of silt loam soil and silty clay loam soil collected in reclaimed tidelands. The relationships between the electrical conductivity of saturation extract and the electrical conductivity at various dilutions, and the correlations between electrical conductivity, total salt concentration, exchangeable sodium percentage and pH during the desalinization of reclaimed tidelands, were analyzed by the statistical method. The results obtained from this study were summarized as follows: 1. The sample soils used in this study were saline-sodic soils in accordance with the USDA classi-fication system of salt affected soils. 2. The electrical conductivity of saturation extract could be estimated conveniently, using the electrical conductivity of extract from various different soil-water suspensions. 3. The total salt concentration could be expressed in the electrical conductivity, but there was a little difference by soil textures. 4. The regression analysis showed that the relationship between the electrical conductivity of saturation extract and the exchangeable sodium percentage during the desalinization of reclaimed lands could be described by a linear regression equation. 5. The value of pH showed a tendency to increase according as the exchangeable sodium percentage decreased during the desalinization of reclaimed tidelands.
