        덕곡(德谷) 조승숙(趙承肅)의 생애와 후대의 평가: 수양명월(首陽明月) 율리청풍(栗里淸風)

        This thesis lookes into the life and thoughtof Dukgok Cho, Seungsuk, one of the 72 Doomoondong scholars during Goryeo Dynasty, who retreated back to his home village, Dukgok where he built Gyosujeong Pavilion to bring up younger disciples and did not come back out into the world, keeping fidelity throughout his lifetime when Gyoreo Dynasty collapsed. He accompanied a congratulating party going to China`s royal palace after he passed the state examination and got appointed to be the position of Jeojakrang, and he so much surprised Chinese people with his excellent writing offered to the king that the Chinese king reportedly offered him a Jageumudae(or purple/gold fish-patterned belt), and after he returned, the king of Chosun Dynasty offered him a aromatic wooden box with its name on it written by the King himself. During his official service, he learned Confucianism from Poeun Jeong, mongjoo and then when Goryeo Dynasty collapsed, he judged that he counldn`t be a subject of Chosun Dynasty due to his motto of ‘no service to two kings,` and came down to his home village, Dukgok, where he built Gyosujeong Pavilion and lived a hermit`s life, bringing up younger disciples. While he had academic intercourse with Yaeun Giljae, who retreated to Geumosan(mountain) from Dukgok, he wrote poems, among which a total of 7 poems are passed on, but some of them were not written by him and even those reportedly written by him face the question whether they were really composed by him. This way, his works expressing his heart are rare but they do express who he was and how he thought. Therefore, those in the following generations highly evaluated him on the basis of his behaviors and works left behind. They compared his fidelity to Goryeo Dynasty to Baekisukje, who retreated to Suyangsan(mountain) when Zhou Dynasty conquered Eun Dynasty and his life as an hermit in his hometown, discarding his office as if it were bits of straw to Tao Yan Ming, who gave up his office without reserve and retreated to his hometown, Eulri. For this reason, Yhu Ho-in, who reportedly wrote his funeral oration by order of King Seongjong extremely exulted him, saying, “Dukgok is like a bright moon over Suyangsan(mountain) and pristine wind in Eulri.” This evaluation of him compressively symbolizes Dukgok`s life and thought, clearly showing the following generations how he lived and who he was.

        김만중(金萬重)의 여성시(女性詩)에 드러난 군신(君臣)의 형상(形象)

        The theory above is that Kim Man-jung`s feminine poems are apparently seem like the poems about the love between men and women, but actually are the poems about sovereigns and subjects. In this point of view we looked through Kim Man-jung`s feminine poems. Former researches about Kim Man-jung`s feminine poems considered that only parts of the poems, which are about abandoned court ladies, represent the relationship between sovereigns and subjects. However, this thesis considered that the songs about an enduring wife, a refrained women and a spring dream like beauty are also about the relationship between sovereigns and subjects. In this thesis, through the through analyse we discoursed in three ways to explain the relationship between sovereign and subject. Firstly, Kim Man-jung`s feminine poems are about subjects` destinies changed by the level of kings` love. Kim Man-jung wrote that when men and women first met each other, they didn`t care about whether they are ugly, or whether they are wise. Like this, when sovereigns first met subjects, sovereigns hired subjects as their abilities, but soon after time had passed sovereigns loved subjects by their feelings. This kind of thinking is found well at Kim Man-jung`s poem he wrote when Ban Cheb-yo expelled to Zhang Sin Palace after losing king`s love. Secondly, Kim Man-jung`s feminine poems are about subjects` loyalties that would never change. Kim Man-jung wrote a poem called Yi Sha Su Si and in this poem four paragraphs are about a woman missing her husband far away. Kim Man-jung`s nephew Kim Jin-kyu commented that this song was written because Kim Man-jung worried about the political situation at that time. It means that Kim Man-jung compared subjects` loyalties as the integrities of women. Thirdly Kim Man-jung`s feminine poems are about the subjects that have to refrain their attitudes and keep their integrities. He expressed his opinion that subjects never lost their honors through the stories about Tack Mun Gun who followed a man blindly and a ordinally faithful woman became a Dae Urn Eu and Soe Si`s kisaeng life. Finally, Kim Man-jung`s feminine poems are about the loneliness of abandoned subjects. Generally, we think that Musan female believer is a dream of all men, but in his poem Musan female believer yearned for the King Hui. And he also wrote a poem called Sang Yang which is about a court woman who could not help writing a letter on a leaf to the king because of the loneliness. Therefore, as we looked through above the reason that Kim Man-jung wrote lots of feminine poem is not that Kim Man-jung was a lascivious man or he was interested in ancient poems. It`s because he cared about those days` political situation and compared the relationship between sovereigns and subjects to the love of men and women.

        저온 공정 PVP게이트 절연체를 이용한 고성능 플렉서블 유기박막 트랜지스터의 계면처리 효과

        In this study, we fabricated the flexible pentacene TFTs with the polymer gate dielectric and contact printing method by using the silver nano particle ink as a source/drain material on plastic substrate. In this experiment, to lower the cross-linking temperature of the PVP gate dielectric, UV-Ozone treatment has been used and the process temperature is lowered to $90^{\circ}C$ and the surface is optimized by various treatment to improve device characteristics. We tried various surface treatments; $O_2$ Plasma, hexamethyl-disilazane (HMDS) and octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) treatment methods of gate dielectric/semiconductor interface, which reduces trap states such as -OH group and grain boundary in order to improve the OTFTs properties. The optimized OTFT shows the device performance with field effect mobility, on/off current ratio, and the sub-threshold slope were extracted as $0.63cm^2 V^{-1}s^{-1}$, $1.7{\times}10^{-6}$, and of 0.75 V/decade, respectively.

        『國朝詩刪(국조시산)』에 보이는 神仙詩(신선시) 批評(비평)의 두 層位(층위)

        許筠은 우리나라 비평사에서 독보적인 위치에 있다. 그는 『惺수詩話』를 통하여 최치원으로부터 당대에 이르기까지 수직적 범주의 시와 인물에 대해 비평을 하였고, 『鶴山樵談』을 통해서는 자신의 형제들을 비롯하여 당대 이름난 시인들의 시에 대해 비평을 하였다. 허균이 비평가로서 더욱 높은 평가를 받은 것은 단순히 이러한 저작을 남겼기 때문이 아니라, 選詩眼이 누구보다도 뛰어났기 때문이었다. 그는 조선 초기부터 당대에 이르는 시기의 한시를 가려뽑아 『國朝詩刪』을 엮었다. 이 시집은 허균 사후 光州府尹으로 있던 朴泰淳에 의해 간행이 되어 커다란 파장을 불러일으키기도 하였는데, 여기에는 단순히 시만 뽑혀 있는 것이 아니라 비와 평을 나누어 시의 전체 혹은 특정한 시구에 대해 비평을 행하고 있다. 허균의 『국조시산』에 드러난 비평은 어느 시화집의 비평보다도 예리하고 명확할 뿐만 아니라, 그 양에 있어서도 어느 비평집보다 많은 양이 있다. 따라서 『국조시산』은 단순한 시선집을 넘어 한시비평의 집대성으로 높이 평가를 받아 마땅한 것이라 하겠다. 『국조시산』에 나타난 보이는 신선시에 대한 비평은 두 층위로 이루어져 있는데, 1차적 층위의 품평은 신선시 혹은 신선시 관련 작품에 대한 느낌을 말한 것이다. 느낌을 말한 것으로는 그 ``語句나 章篇``에 대해 말한 것과, ``내용과 분위기``에 대해 말한 것, ``신선세계의 모습``에 대해 말한 것 등이 있다. 어구나 장편에 대해서는 ``말마다 혹은 편마다 모두 신선세계의 것과 같다``는 등 그 느낌을 말하였고, 내용과 분위기에 대해 말한 것은 ``仙骨이니 仙家上乘이니`` 하며 그 느낌을 말하였고, 신선세계의 모습에 대해서는 ``신선세계를 보는 것과 같다``는 등으로 그 느낌을 말하였다. 2차적 층위의 품평은 신선시와 관련된 어구나 내용에 대해 느낌을 말하는 차원을 넘어 그것이 어떠한 효과를 주는가를 말한 것이다. 신선시의 효과를 말한 것도 세 가지로 나누어 볼 수 있는데, 첫째는 ``탈속적인 분위기를 말한 것``과, ``신선세계에서 노니는 것을 말한 것``과, ``사람을 놀라게 한다는 것``이 등이 그것이다. 탈속적인 분위기를 말한 것은 ``脫俗이나 拔俗, 혹은 飄飄然如羽化九고`` 등과 같이 속세를 벗어나 신선세계에 노니는 것 같다는 효과를 말하였고, 신선세계에서 노니는 것은 ``無愧遊仙``, ``遊仙佳品`` 등과 같이 신선세계에서 노니는 것 같다는 효과를 말하였고, 사람을 놀라게 한다는 것은 ``自足動人`` 등과 같이 사람을 놀라게 한다는 효과를 말한 것이다. 허균이 『국조시산』 에서 보여준 신선시 비평의 방법론적인 특징은 세가지로 이야기할 수 있는데, 첫째는 비유적인 방법을 많이 사용하여 선명하게 내용을 드러내었다는 것이고, 둘째는 대비 혹은 비교적인 방법을 통하여 내용을 부각시켰다는 것이고, 셋째는 다른 사람이 평한 내용을 적극적으로 인용하였다는 점이다. This thesis looks into criticism on Sinsunsi(or Taoist hermit poetry) seen in Hu Gyun``s 『Gukhosisan』. Strengthened by the mood of his own time and his sister, Hunan Seolheon``s yearning for the world of Taoist hermits, he showed much interest in Taoist hermits and such interest of his is visible in many of his works such as 「Yeolsunchan」 and so forth. His interest in Sinsun(or Taoist hermit) is also reflected in his critical writings. In the two Sihwa(or poetical discourse), Seongsusihwa and Haksanchodam , he mentioned his opinion on criticism of Sinsunshi but his opinions are intensively contained in 『Gukhosisan』. His criticism on Sinsunsi seen in 『Gukhosisan』 is made of two layers and his criticism on the primary layer deals with his feeling on Sinsunsi or works related to it. He showed his feeling about ``poetic verses or chapters, ``contents and mood, ``the look of Taoist hermit``s world`` and etc. Regarding poetic verses or books, he conveyed his feeling, saying ``each verse or chapter is like that of the Taoist hermit``s world,``and etc.. and regarding the content and mood, he conveyed his feeling, saying ``Taoist hermit``s bones or Taoist hermit``s family on the ascent,`` and regarding the look of the Taoist hermit``s world, he conveyed his feeling, saying ``I feel as if I saw the world of Taoist hermits,`` and etc. In his secondary layer of criticism, he mentioned what effect a poem gave beyond mentioning his feelings on verses or contents related to Sinsunsi. What he mentioned about Sinsunsi can be also divided into three categories; ``unworldly mood,`` ``playing around in the Taoist hermits`` world,`` and ``what surprises people,`` and so forth. Regarding the unworldly mood, he said, ``I feel as if I played around in the Taoist hermits`` world, getting out of or forsaking the secular like a feather flying around 9 valleys`` and etc. and regarding playing around in the Taoist hermits`` world, he said the effects like ``shamelessly playing Taoist hermit``, ``playing Taoist hirmit``s pretty item,`` and etc., and regarding what surprised people, he mentioned the effect like ``man moving on his own feet,`` and etc. The methodological features of Hu Gyun``s criticism on Sinsunsi seen in 『Gukhosisan』 can be considered in three aspects; first, he used lots of figurative methods to clearly expose contents, second, he used comparison or contrast to highlight contents and third, he actively quoted what others had commented.
