        특정 스포츠 활동이 여자운동선수의 지각조직 및 동적평형성에 미치는 효과

        [INTRODUCTION] The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of figure skating and gymnastics on the development of sensory organization, and dynamic balance. [METHOD] The examinee for the study included 10 female middle school students, 10 female figure skaters, and 8 female gymnasts. Applying EquiTest, the study were analyzed by equilibrium, the sensory analysis, and the balance strategy for sensory organization among dependent variables and testing dynamic balance, it conducted a functional reach test. [RESULTS] The results of the study were as follow: In the case of condition 1(with the eyes open) for the equilibrium score, the athletes group showed a higher score than the control group. And especially, the gymnastic was significantly higher than figure skaters. While there was little statistical significance in the result of the sensory analysis, it turned out that somatosensory was used the most in all three groups. In the case of balance strategy, the athletes tend to adopt a using ankles strategy rather than their hip strategy. Especially, in condition 2(with the eyes closed), there was a significant difference among the groups, and the result of post test showed a significant difference between the average student group and the gymnastic group. Regarding the dynamic balance, figure skaters and gymnastic showed little differences, but the athletes group was significantly higher than control. [CONCLUSION] As was shown above, the result showed the predominance not only of sensory organization but also dynamic balance by specific exercises. Therefore, it was considered that specific exercises contribute significantly to the development of the athletes’sensory organization and dynamic balance. [서론] 이 연구는 피겨스케이팅과 체조 운동이 자세조절 능력에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 이들 종목의 여성 운동선수들과 일반학생들의 지각조직 및 동적평형성에 미치는 영향을 비교하였다. [방법] 일반 여자 중학생 10명과, 여자 피겨선수 10명, 여자 체조선수 8명으로 구성하였다. 본 연구의 종속변인 측정을 위해 동적자세측정기(Egui-Test)를 이용하여 평형성, 지각분석비 및 평형전략을 분석하였고, 동적 평형성 검사를 위해 기능적 뻗기 검사를 실시하였다. [결과] 평형 점수의 경우 조건 1(눈을 뜨고 서있기)의 경우 운동선수군이 일반 학생군보다 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났고, 피겨선수군보다 체조선수군이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 지각 분석 결과 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았지만 세 집단 모두에서 체성감각계를 가장 많이 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 평형 전략 결과에서는 운동선수들은 힙보다는 발목을 이용한 전략을 구사하는 것으로 나타났고, 특히 조건 2(눈을 감고 서있기)에서는 집단 간 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 사후검증 결과 일반학생군과 체조선수군 간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 기능적 평형성 검사 결과 피겨선수군과 체조선수군 간의 차이는 대동소이 하였으나, 일반학생군과 운동선수군 간의 차이는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 규칙적인 운동에 의한 지각 조직 및 동적 평형성에서 우위를 보이는 것으로 나타나, 특정 운동은 선수들의 평형성, 평형전략 및 동적 평형성 발달에 유익한 것으로 나타났다.

        Trace-driven simulation is widely used method to evaluate the performance of the cache memory systems. The accuracy of trace-driven simulation highly depends on the length of the traces and the information contained in the traces. Various methods are used to generate the accurate traces. Among these methods, hardwaer monitoring technique generates the traces which have more information than others. The traces obtained by hardware monitoring technique, have much information such as about context switch, OS references, and timing of memory reference. However, hardware monitoring system has a drawback that it is difficult to be modified to get the traces from various systems. In this paper, a hardware monitoring system is designed using the EPLD(Erasable Programmable Logic Device)s to alleviate the drawback and easy to get the traces from various systems. The designed hardware monitoring system can be operated with high clock frequency up to 66Mhz.

      • DSP로 제어되는 연료전지용 컨버터설계에 대한 연구

        본 논문에서는 PEMFC 연료전지 스택과 푸시-풀 컨버터로 구성된 연료전지 시스템을 설계, 해석 및 제작하였다. PEMFC 연료전지 스택의 동작원리와 조건을 기술하였고, 작동 및 테스트 하였다. 48개의 셀을 갖는 2kW 스택에 대하여 출력전압의 변동 범위는 28VDC에서 40VDC이다. 푸시-풀 컨버터는 입력 전압이 변동하며, 매우 낮으므로 선택되었다. 출력 전압을 제어하기 위하여 25kHz의 스위칭 주파수와 40kHz의 샘플링 주파수를 갖는 푸-시풀 컨버터 DSP제어기가 설계되고 제작되었다. 출력전압은 내부 전류 제어루프를 갖도록 설계하였다. 실험결과 컨버터의 효율은 대략 90% 정도이다. In this paper, a fuel cell power system, which consists of PEMFC fuel cell stack and push-pull converter, is designed, analyzed and implemented. The operation principle and conditions of the PEMFC fuel cell stack are reviewed, and discussed. The fuel cell stack is operated, and tested, also. For 2 kW stack with 48 series fuel cells, the output voltage range is from 28 VDC to 40 VDC. The push-pull converter is selected because the input voltage is varied and very low. To control the output voltage, DSP controller of the push-pull converter is designed, and implemented by 25 kHz switching frequency and 40 kHz sampling frequency. The output voltage is controlled by feedback loop with inner current loop. The efficiency is about 90% for the designed push-pull converter.

        최근 컴퓨팅 환경은 네트워크의 급속한 확산과 더불어 신개념 컴퓨팅 디바이스의 등장으로 다양한 삶의 영역에 컴퓨팅을 적용하는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경이 되고 있다. 이러한 환경은 물리적 객체와 디지털 정보가 유기적으로 연계되어 사용자에게 컴퓨팅을 통한 편리한 생활 환경을 제공하는 방향으로 발전하고 있다. 이러한 컴퓨팅 발전 추세에 따라 다양한 물리적 객체와 디지털 정보를 연동하기 위하여 바코드 등의 이미지 코드나 RFID등을 이용한 태그 인터페이스에 관한 여러 연구가 진행중이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 하이브리드 태그 인터페이스는 폭넓게 사용되고 있는 이미지 코드와 근래에 다양한 영역에 적용되는 RFID를 결합하여 사용하는 인터페이스 모델로서, 물리적 객체에 관련된 다양한 정보를 이미지코드와 RFID를 혼용하여 그 관계에 따라 듀얼, 부분, 연관, 속박, 이산의 5가지 모델로 정립하였다. 하이브리드 태그 인터페이스는 이미지 코드와 RFID 같은 태그 인터페이스의 장단점을 분석하여 사용자의 편의성을 향상시키고 적용 어플리케이션을 다양화 함으로써 효율적이고 편리하게 적용가능한 태그 인터페이스이다. Recently, new computing technologies are emerging from various life environments, as a result of the spread of network environments and the advent of new computing devices. This trend in computing technology is called “Ubiquitous computing” and is being developed to provide a convenient lifestyle through the dynamic integration of physical objects and digital information. The hybrid tag interface suggested in this paper is a usage model that integrates widely used image codes and recently applied RFIDs in various applications. On the basis of this concept, we eventually designed five different models such as Dual, Partial, Relative, Rebind and Discrete types according to their interrelation. In this paper, the characteristics of tag interfaces in the form of image codes and RFIDs are analyzed and the hybrid tag interface is proposed here for more efficient and convenient interface.

        Effects of Movement Control Biofeedback Exercise Training on Joint Position Sense and Dysfunction in Patients with Chronic Neck Pain

        [OBJECTIVES] The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of visual neck movement control biofeedback during neck movement control exercise training for eight weeks on joint position sense and dysfunction in neck. [METHODS] The subjects were 21 women who had chronic neck pain during the last six months. They were divided into Experimental Group (EG, n=10; 47.5±5.4 yrs.) and Control Group (CG, n=11; 45.0±3.7 yrs.). Both groups carried out neck movement control exercise training over a period of 8 weeks. The visual biofeedback informed by the neck’s moving which was displayed in real time on three axes (X: flexion & extension, Y: rotation, Z: lateral flexion) on a smart phone devise screen wirelessly linked to initial measurement units were provided only to EG subjects during the neck movement control exercise. The dependent variables were joint position sense and neck disability index, which were tested in a pre-test before and in a post-test 4 and 8 weeks after the two types of exercise training programs. The repeated measurement two-way ANOVA was performed to test mean difference between groups and measurements, and the effect of interactions between them on the significant level of α=.05. [RESULTS] First, there were significant differences between groups in joint position sense of neck and cervical flexion. Second, there were significant differences between measurements of 1) cervical rotation, cervical lateral flexion, cervical flexion, cervical extension in the joint position sense test, 2) neck disability indexes. Third, the effect of interaction was significant in cervical lateral flexion and cervical flexion of joint position sense test, and neck disability indexes. [CONCLUSIONS] It was concluded that the visual neck movement control biofeedback provided during the 8 weeks movement exercise training using initial measurement unit improved joint position senses in cervical lateral flexion and cervical flexion, and resolved various neck dysfunction in chronic neck pain patients.

        The Effect of Two Exercise Types in the 8 Week Exercise Training on the Physical Fitness of Elderly Women

        [OBJECTIVES] The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of two exercise types (Gyrokinesis exercise and Elastic band exercise) in the 8 week exercise training on the physical fitness of elderly women. [METHODS] The subjects of this study were 57 elderly women between 65 and 80 years old, who had no abnormality in the Physical Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q test) and were able to do physical activity on the orthopedic standpoints. The subjects were divided into three groups: Gyrokinesis Exercise Group (GKEG: n=19), Elastic Band Exercise Group (EBEG: n=20), and Control Group (CG: n=18). The subjects performed a Gyrokinesis Exercise in GKEG and an Elastic Band Exercise in EBEG for 50 minutes a day (10 minutes for warm-up, 30 minutes for main exercise, 10 minutes for cool-down), and 3 times a week for a total of 8 weeks. The subjects of CG did not participate in any particular exercise program but only everyday life. The dependent variables were Physical Fitness: Upper Muscular Endurance, 30-Second Arm Curl. Lower Flexibility, Dynamic Balance, Endurance. one-way ANOVA with repeated measurements was used to test the hypothesis in this study. A post hoc was conducted only when there was an interaction effect between groups and measurements. The difference of the post-test between groups were analyzed through Scheffe method after one-way ANOVA. The statistical significance level of this study was α=.05. [RESULTS] Gyrokinesis and Elastic Band Exercises were both effective on the physical fitness of elderly women: Upper Muscular Endurance, 30-Second Arm Curl, Lower Flexibility, Dynamic Balance, and Endurance. However, there were no differences in exercise effects after 8 week exercise training between the Gyrokinesis Exercise Group and the Elastic Band Exercise Group. [CONCLUSIONS] It is concluded that Gyrokinesis and Elastic Band exercise programs should be encouraged to improve physical fitness of elderly women and we need a follow-up study with longer term exercise training programs to find the differences in exercise effects between Gyrokinesis Exercise and Elastic Band Exercise.
