      • 노인의 여가활동이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향: 사회적 배제의 조절효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 노년기 삶에 대한 관심으로부터 수행되었다. 이를 위해 국민연금연구원의 국민노후보장패널(KReIS)data 중, 7차 개인조사에 참가한 65세 이상 노인 중 총 4,077명을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 패널자료를 다루는 관계로 data cleaning 작업을 거친 후, 기술통계, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 노인의 여가활동 만족이 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 사회적 배제가 조절효과를 가지는지를 밝혀, 노인 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위한 방안을 마련하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구결과 여가활동 만족은 삶의 만족도에 정적(-)영향을 미치고 있으며, 사회적 배제의 하위요인 중 정서적 배제는 여가활동 만족과 삶의 만족도에 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 이론적, 실천적, 정책적 함의를 제시하였다. This study was conducted from interest in old life. To that end, a total of 4,077 senior citizens aged 65 or older participated in the 7th personal survey were analyzed among the data of the National Pension Research Institute(KReIS). After data cleaning, technical statistics, correlation, and regression were performed in relation to panel data. This study aims to find out whether social exclusion has a controlling effect in the relationship in which the satisfaction of leisure activities of the elderly affects the satisfaction of life, and to come up with measures to enhance the satisfaction of the elderly's life. Studies have shown that satisfaction in leisure activities has a static (-) effect on satisfaction in life, and that emotional exclusion among the sub factors of social exclusion has a controlling effect on satisfaction in leisure activities and satisfaction in life. Based on the findings, theoretical, practical and policy implications were presented.

        황칠나무 추출물의 고지혈증 완화 효과 스크리닝

        이 연구는 고지혈증에 대한 생리 반응의 조절과 관련하여 Dendropanax morbifera 잎의 효과를 비교하기 위한 것이다. 추출물은 표본 연령, 수확시기, 추출 방법에 따라 달랐다. 이 추출물이 처리된 RAW 264.7 세포는 산화 저밀도 지단백질에 의해 자극되었고, 세포 지질 축적은 Oil Red O (ORO) 염색법을 사용하여 정량화되었다. HepG2 세포에서 에탄올을 사용하여 독성을 유도한 다음, 상기와 같이 지질 축적을 정량화하였다. 추출물의 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase 억제 활성을 측정하였다. RAW 264.7 세포에서 가장 지질 축적을 억제한 시료는 8년생 11월 채취 주정 60% 추출물로 처리된 세포에서 관찰되었다. 에탄올로 유도한 HepG2 세포에서 가장 큰 보호효과를 나타낸 시료는 5년생 5월 채취 주정30% 추출물이었다. 가장 강력한 HMG-CoA reductase 억제 작용을 한 시료는 8년생 5월 채취 열수 100% 추출물이다. 전체적으로 봤을 때 지질 축적 억제는 주정 추출물에서, 콜레스테롤 합성 효소 저해 효과는 열수추출물에서 좋은 효과를 보여 이들 원료를 기반으로 지질 대사 개선 기능성 원료를 개발할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. The objective of this study was to compare the antihyperlipidemic effects of different Dendropanax morbifera leaf extracts in vitro. The extracts differed in terms of specimen age, harvesting season, and extraction method. RAW 264.7 cells were pretreated with these extracts and stimulated by oxidized low-density lipoprotein. Ethanol was used to induce toxicity in HepG2 cells. Cellular lipid accumulation was quantified using oil red O staining in both these cells. The extracts were evaluated for their inhibitory effects on 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase. RAW 264.7 cells treated with the 60% ethanol extract of an 8-year-old specimen harvested in November exhibited the lowest lipid accumulation. The 30% ethanol extract of a 5-year-old specimen harvested in May exhibited the greatest protection from ethanol-induced cytotoxicity in HepG2 cells. The hot water extract of an 8-year-old specimen harvested in May showed the greatest inhibition of HMG-CoA reductase. These results showed that D. morbifera extracts prepared from leaves that are harvested in May possess the highest antihyperlipidemic effects.

      • 의사결정나무분석과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용한 우울 예측요인 비교연구

        본 연구는 노년기 삶의 질을 저해하는 우울증에 대한 관심으로부터 수행되었다. 의사결정나무(decision tree) 분석을 활용하여 노인의 우울 요인을 분류 및 예측하고, 이를 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과와 비교하여 예측 정확성을 정의하는 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 국민연금연구원의 국민노후보장패널(KReIS) data 중, 7차 개인조사에 참가한 65세 이상 노인 총 2,096명이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 교차분석, Roc Curve, 의사결정나무 분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 의사결정나무 분석에서 우울 예측요인은 일상 및 사회생활 제한과 주관적 경제 불만족으로 나타났다. 로지스틱 회귀분석에서는 일상 및 사회생활 제한과 주관적 경제 불만족, 대인관계 불만족으로 나타났다. 노인의 우울에 영향을 미치는 예측력을 로지스틱 회귀분석과 의사결정나무 분석을 통해 비교한 결과, 우울을 예측하는 민감도는 로지스틱 회귀분석(44.4%)이 의사결정나무 분석(33.6%) 보다 높게 나타났다. 또한 실제 우울을 예측하는 특이도는 의사결정나무 분석(91.9%)이 로지스틱 회귀분석(86.3%) 보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 분류정확도는 로지스틱 회귀분석(71.6%)이 의사결정나무 분석(71.4%)보다 조금 높게 나타났다. 연구결과를 기초로 두 기법의 예측 및 분류도 구로서의 유용성 판단은 민감도와 분류 정확도가 더 높게 나타난 로지스틱 회귀분석방법이 노인의 우울 예측모형을 구축하는데 더 유용한 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 반면, 의사결정나무 분석은 분석의 정확도보다는 분석과정의 특정 경로설명이 필요한 경우에 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. This study was carried out from the interest in depression, which undermines the quality of life in old age, which has been extended by life expectancy. It is a descriptive investigation study that utilizes decision tree analysis with data mining technique to classify and predict depression factors of the elderly, and compare them with logistic regression results to define prediction accuracy. Among the data of the National Pension Research Institute's Korea National Age Security Panel(KReIS), a total of 2,096 senior citizens aged 65 or older participated in the seventh personal survey conducted in 2017. The data analysis was performed using the SPSS 23.0 program, including technical statistics, cross-analysis, logistic regression, Loc Curve, and decision tree analysis. The results of the study showed that the factors of depression prediction in decision tree analysis were daily and social life restriction and subjective economic dissatisfaction. Logistic regression showed limitations in daily and social life, subjective economic dissatisfaction and interpersonal dissatisfaction. Comparing the predictive power that affects the depression of the elderly through logistic regression and decision tree analysis, the sensitivity of predicting depression was higher than that of the decision tree(33.6%). In addition, the specificity of predicting actual depression was higher than that of logistic regression(86.3%) with decision tree analysis(91.9%). Classification accuracy was slightly higher than logistic regression(71.6%) in decision tree analysis(71.4%). Based on the results of the study, it is estimated that the logistic regression method, which shows higher sensitivity and accuracy of classification, can be used as more useful data to build a depression prediction model for the elderly. On the other hand, decision tree analysis may be useful when specific path descriptions of the analysis process are needed rather than the accuracy of the analysis.

        노인범죄의 감소와 예방을 위한 사회복지적 실천방안

        우리나라는 노인인구 증대로 인해 파생할 수 있는 여러 문제점들에 대한 체계적인 준비가 부족한 상태에서 빠르게 고령화 사회로 접어들었다. 고령인구의 절대적 증가와 고령자비율의 상대적 증가는 노인범죄 증가라는 부작용을 낳고 있다. 우리사회는 2009년을 정점으로 전체 범죄발생 건수는 감소하고 있다. 특히, 그동안 우려했던 소년범죄는 전 국민의 지속적인 관심과 예방 및 선도활동 등으로 현저히 감소하였다. 하지만, 노인범죄는 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며, 성폭력과 마약류범죄에서 그 심각성이 여실히 드러나고 있다. 그동안 노인범죄는 생계형범죄로 간주되어 소홀히 취급되었으나 이제는 양적증가뿐 아니라 질적으로도 흉포화ㆍ다양화되어 사회공동체의 생존과 유지를 위협하는 심각한 수준에 이르렀다. 따라서 노인범죄의 현황을 체계적으로 분석하여 이를 기반으로 노인범죄의 예방에 기여할 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 노력이 시급히 필요로 된다고 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 대검찰청 자료를 대상으로 노인범죄 현황을 범죄유형별로 분석하여 노인범죄의 감소와 예방을 사회복지적 실천방안을 제시하였다. Our society has quickly met the aging trend due to the low birthrate in the condition of not having prepared. The absolute increase of the elderly populations and the relative increase of the elderly ratio have been facing the many personal and social problems that called the increase of the elderly crimes. With 2009 as the peak, the total number of the cases of the occurrences of the crimes of our society has been decreasing. Especially, the juvenile delinquencies that have been worried about until now has been markedly reduced thanks to the continuous interest, preventions, and the leading activities of all the citizens, etc. In contrast, elderly crimes have been steadily increasing. The seriousness was clearly exposed with the sex crimes and the narcotics crimes. The elderly crime has been regarded as a subsistence crime. While being neglected, it has not only been increased quantitatively but also it has also become atrocious and diversified qualitatively. And it has reached the serious level of threatening the existence of the social community and the survival of the individual. As a result, having an interest in the elderly crimes and the devising of a countermeasure for analyzing the induction causes and for the prevention of repeated crimes is an urgent national and social task. As such, in this research, as a basic material for preparing the measures for the reduction of elderly crimes and for the preventions, the actual condition of the elderly crimes was analyzed by the type of the crime based on the material "Crime Analyses" of the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office. And, through the discussions on the theories of crime causation, which can explain the induction causes of elderly crimes, a social welfare action plan was presented.

        ZnO-Zn<sub>2</sub>BiVO<sub>6</sub>-Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> 바리스터의 전류-전압 및 임피던스의 온도 특성

        This study introduces the characteristics of current-voltage (I-V) and impedance variance for ZnO-Zn<sub>2</sub>BiVO<sub>6</sub>-Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> (ZZCo), which is sintered at 900℃, according to temperature changes. ZZCo varistor demonstrates dramatic improvement of non-linear coefficient, α = 66, with lower leakage current and higher insulating resistivity than those of ZZ (ZnO-Zn<sub>2</sub>BiVO<sub>6</sub>) from the aspect of I-V curves. While both systems are thermally stable up to 125℃, ZZCo represents a higher grain boundary activation energy with 1.05 eV and 0.94 eV of J-E-T and from IS & MS, respectively, than that of ZZ with 0.73 eV and 0.82 eV of J-E-T and from IS & MS, respectively, in the region above 180℃. It could be attributed to the formation of V<sub>O</sub> (0.41~0.47 eV) as dominant defect in two systems, as well as the defect-induced capacitance increase from 781 pF to 1 nF in accordance with increasing temperature. On the other hand, both the grain boundary capacitances of ZZ and ZZCo are shown to decrease to 357 pF and 349 pF, respectively, while the resistances systems decreased exponentially, in accordance with increasing temperature. So, this paper suggests that the application of newly formed liquid phases as sintering additives in both Zn<sub>2</sub>BiVO<sub>6</sub> and the ZZCo-based varistors would be helpful in developing commercialized devices such as chips, disk-type ZnO varistors in the future.

        스피커 응용을 위한 적층형 압전 세라믹 액츄에이터 제조 및 특성

        Piezoelectric thick films of soft $Pb(Zr,Ti)O_3$ (PZT) based commercial material (S55) were fabricated using a conventional tape casting method. Ag-Pd electrodes were printed on the piezoelectric film at room temperature and all 5 layered films with a dimension of $12mm{\times}16mm$ were successfully laminated for a multi-layered piezoelectric ceramic actuator. The laminated specimens were co-fired at $1,100^{\circ}C$ for 1 h. A flat layered and dense microstructure was obtained for the $112{\mu}m$ thick piezoelectric actuator after sintering process. Thereafter, a prototype piezoelectric speaker was fabricated using the multi-layered piezoelectric ceramic actuator which can operate as a bimorph. Its SPL (sound pressure level) characteristic was also evaluated for speaker application. Frequency response revealed that the output SPL with a root mean square voltage of 10 V increased gradually to the highest peak of 87.5 dB for 1.5 kHz and exhibited a relatively stable behavior over the measured frequency range (${\leq}20kHz$) at a distance of 10 cm, implying that the fabricated piezoelectric speaker is potential for speaker applications.

        사다리꼴 PZT/Ag Laminate 외팔보 발전기의 압전 에너지 하베스팅 특성

        The piezoelectric energy harvesting characteristics of a trapezoidal cantilever generator with lead zirconate titanate (PZT) laminate were investigated with various Ag inner electrodes. The piezoelectric mode of operation was a transverse mode by using a planar electrode pattern. The piezoelectric cantilever generator was fabricated using trapezoidal cofired-PZT/Ag laminates by five specimens of 2, 3, 4, 7, and 13 layers of Ag. As the number of Ag electrodes increased, impedance and output voltage at resonant frequency significantly decreased, and capacitance and output current showed an increasing tendency. A maximum output power density of $7.60mW/cm^3$ was realized for the specimen with seven Ag layers in the optimal condition of acceleration (1.2 g) and resistive load ($600{\Omega}$), which corresponds to a normalized power factor of $5.28mW/g^2{\cdot}cm^3$.

        Effects of pH value and deposition time on the electrical properties of (NMC) Ni-Mn-Cu-O and (NMCC) Ni-Mn-Cu-Co-O thin films were investigated. The NMC and NMCC films were prepared by spin spray method. The crystal structure and thickness of the annealed films were changed by the pH value and deposition time, respectively. A single phase of cubic spinel structure was confirmed for the annealed films deposited from solutions with pH 7.6. The resistivity of the annealed films was affected by the crystal structure and microstructure. The TCR (temperature coefficient of resistance) was dependent on the $Mn^{3+}/Mn^{4+}$. Typically, the resistivity of $70.5{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ and TCR of -3.56%/K at room temperature were obtained for NMCC films deposited from solutions with pH 7.6 for 5 min, and annealed at $450^{\circ}C$ for 3 h.

        A unimorph piezoelectric cantilever generator with an interdigitated electrode (IDE) was developed for vibration energy harvester applications driven in the longitudinal mode. Hard lead zirconate titanate (PZT) ceramic with a high $Q_m$ of 1,280 was used as the piezoelectric active material. Ten PZT sheets produced by tape casting were laminated and co-fired with an Ag/Pd IDE at $1,050^{\circ}C$ for 2 h. The approximately $280{\mu}m$-thick co-fired PZT laminate with the IDE was attached to a stainless steel substrate with an adhesive epoxy for the fabrication of an IDE unimorph cantilever. Its energy harvesting characteristics were evaluated: an output power of $1.1{\mu}W$ at 120 Hz across the resistive load of $700k{\Omega}$ was obtained, corresponding to a normalized power factor of $4.1{\mu}W/(G^2{\cdot}cm^3)$.

        3-3 진동 모드 압전 캔틸레버 에너지 하베스터의 제조 및 전기적 특성

        A piezoelectric cantilever energy harvester (PCEH) driven in longitudinal (3-3) vibration mode was fabricated, and its electrical properties were evaluated by varying the resistive load. A commercial PZT piezoelectric ceramic with a high piezoelectric charge constant ($d_{33}$) of 520 pC/N and the interdigitated (IDT) electrode pattern was used to fabricate the PCEH driven in longitudinal vibration. The IDT Ag electrode embedded piezoelectric laminates were co-fired at $850^{\circ}C$ for 2 h. The 3-3 mode PCEH was successfully fabricated by attaching the piezoelectric laminates to a SUS304 elastic substrate. The PCEH exhibited a high output power of 3.8 mW across the resistive load of $100k{\Omega}$ at 100 Hz and 1.5 G. This corresponds to a power density of $10.3mW/cm^3$ and a normalized global power factor of $4.56mW/g^2{\cdot}cm^3$. Given the other PCEH driven in transverse (3-1) vibration mode, the 3-3 mode PCEH could be better for vibration energy harvesting applications.
