        대사증후군과 뇌심혈관질환 발병위험도 평가와의 연관성: 일개 사업장 남성 근로자를 대상으로

        Objectives: The prevalence of metabolic syndrome has recently increased, Payments from the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation for compensation for mortality in workers caused by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have also increased in Korea in recent years. The association of metabolic syndrome and cardiocerebrovascular disease has been investigated by several researchers in recent studies, This study was conducted in an attempt to characterize the relationship between metabolic syndrome and Korean cardiocerebrovascular disease risk assessment, and to provide basic data to group health practices for the prevention of cardiocerebrovascular disease. Methods: Health examinations were previously conducted for 1526 male researchers at a private laboratory. The prevalence by age and the odds ratio of metabolic syndrome scores into the "cardiocerebrovascular risk group" (sum of low, intermediate, and high risk groups) of the Korean cardiocerebrovascular disease risk assessment were assessed, in an effort to elucidate the associations between metabolic syndrome and cardiocere brovascular disease risk assessment. Results: The prevalence of metabolic syndrome and inclusion in the cardiocerebrovascular risk group was 11,7% and 22.1% respectively. The severity of metabolic syndrome and cardiocerebrovascular risk assessment showed that individuals in their 40's and 50's were at higher risk than those in their 30's (p<0,001). The age-adjusted odds ratio of metabolic syndrome to cardiocere brovascular risk group inclusion was 5.6. Conclusions: An active prevention program for cardiocerebrovascular disease needs to begin in the 40's, as the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and the risk group of cardiocerebrovascular risk assessment peak in the 40's age group. The odds ratio between metabolic syndrome and the cardiocerebrovascular risk group was high, which indicates that metabolic syndrome scores should be utilized as guidelines during the consultation and behavioral modification program for the workplace prevention of cardiocerebrovascular diseases in group health practices.

        태권도 선수의 하지 각근력과 하지 관절 속도와의 관계 분석

        To find out the relation between the Isokinetic muscle strength of the lower limbs of Taekwondo players and the max level speed of each joint when they do roundhouse kick, 8 Taekwondo players selected were measured with Isokinetic measuring equipment and behavior analysis equipment and Pearson ' s product-moment Correlation method was performed. As a result, the findings are as follows: 1) Extension muscle strength has no significant difference in the max level speed of lower limb joints but it was found that Extension muscle strength per weight has significant positive correlation with the max level speed of knee joints, ankle joints, and tiptoes. 2) Flexion muscle strength has no significant difference in the max level speed of lower limb joints but it is found that Flexion muscle strength per weight has significant positive correlation with the max level speed of knee joints, ankle joints, and tiptoes. 3) Extension muscle power has no significant difference in the speed of lower limb joints but it is found that Extension muscle power per weight has significant positive correlation with the max level speed of hip joint. 4) Flexion muscle power and Flexion muscle power per weight all have no significant difference in the max level speed of lower limb joints.

        태권도 경기력 향상을 위한 서킷 웨이트 트레이닝 훈련 Program 개발 및 적용

        The purpose of This study was to develop a circuit weight training program to provide affirmative effect to Taekwondo athletes who need anaerobic power and aerobic endurance at the same time for their sparring. The subjects are 10 Taekwondo Athletes from S university and applicated 8 weeks training program to evaluate measurement of basic physical fitness and special physical fitness. Paired T-Test were used for analyzing the variables and found out the difference between application of program for before and after. Thus, following are the results from the statistical analysis. 1. Variables for isometric muscle power, there was 2.37% increase in back muscle strength. all of the variables including right flexion and extension muscular strength and left flexion and extension muscular strength came up positive increase by 4.36%, 7.71%, 3.23%, and 6.34%. All the variables except back muscle strength had change differences. Bench press 1-RM and squat 1-RM which are the isotonic maximum muscular strength went up to 2.03%, 8.02%. Moreover, there was only change difference in squat 1-RM. Also for isokinetic leg muscular strength, all of the variables including right flexion and extension muscular strength and left flexion and extension muscular strength came up positive increase by 6.35%, 7.38%, 2.97%, and 3.44%. Moreover, there was only change difference in right flexion and extension muscular strength. 2. Variables for muscular endurance, sit-up and half-squat jump had positive result with 2.53%, 3.17%, thus there were some change differences. 3. Variables for heart endurance, there was 1.85% increase in rest heart rate, and there was stable increase in havard step test with 4.89%, thus there were some change differences. 4. Variables for musle power, peak power, mean power and fatigue index rate increased by 3.79%, 7.30%, and 0.28% for variable of Wingate. thus there were some change differences except fatigue index. Also for isokinetic leg muscular strength, all of the variables including right flexion and extension muscular strength and left flexion and extension muscular strength came up positive increase by 4.43%, 6.20%, 5.04%, and 5.31%. All the variables had change differences. 5. Variables for flexibility, there were 6.23%, 0.83% increases in trunk flexion and flexibility of hip joint. But trunk extension decreased by 0.79%. All of flexibility factors were not much of differences. 6. Variables for agility and speed, there were increase in before and after applicating program in 3.05% and 3.97%, thus there were some change differences.

        규칙적인 운동프로그램이 중년기 비만여성의 신체조성 및 신체적 자기개념에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was conducted to investigate the effect on the body composition and the Physical Self-Concept for 16 weeks after aerobic exercise of the middle-aged women. The result of this study were as following: First, The weight, bady fat, BMI, WHR appeared to decrease significantly that had participated in the aerobic exercise program for 16 weeks(p<.01). Second, the experimental group, which took regular aerobic exercises, also significantly improved in the 10 sub-factors of physical self-concept. As the results, 16 weeks after aerobic exercise has proven to be effective for the middle-aged women's physical self-concept.

        규칙적인 유산소 운동프로그램이 중년여성의 신체구성 및 호흡순환기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of regular aerobic exercise on body composition and cardiovascular function in obese middle-aged women. Subjects were 40 middle-aged women with their body fat over 30%: they were divided into two groups aquatic exercise group(N=20) and non-exercise control group(N=20). Experimental group trained during 12 weeks(60 min/day, 3 times/week). The intensity of training was 70~00% of reserved heart rate. The results were as follows; 1. In body composition, the body weight and body tat were significantly decreased in exercise group after both 6-wk and 12 week training. However, there were no significant difference in control group. 2. In blood lipids, the level of HDL was significantly increased in exercise group after training. In contrast, the levels of LDL-C, T-C, TG were significantly decreased in exercise group after training. There was no significant difference in control group. 3. The maximal oxygen uptake for exercise group was significantly increased, whereas that of control group was not changed. In conclusion, regular aerobic exercise performed in this study induced positive changes in body composition and blood lipid profile in obese middle-aged women. Therefore, we suggest that aquatic exercise can be a beneficial tool for improving cardiovascular function in obese middle-aged women.

        규칙적인 운동참여가 신체구성 및 체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of 12weeks aerobic exercise training and resistance exercise training on body composition and physical fitness in college twenty students, Which resulted as follows: 1. A significant difference was found body composition in the weight, BMI(p<.05) but a significant difference was not found body composition in %fat. 2. A significant difference was found physical fitness in grasping power, ability to react instant, agility(p<.05). These results suggest obesity' man to need both aerobic exercise and resistance exercise.

        스포츠센터 구성원들의 특성에 따른 조직시민행동과 조직몰입과의 관계검증

        The purpose of this study is to reveal the degree of devotion according to personal characteristic and the correlation between the organizational citizenship behavior and the devotion to the group. In research participated 288 persons who are working in commercial sport center and sport for all. We used three questionnaires over the personal characteristic. organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment. For data treatment, we utilize SPSS/PC 11 version. operating correlation analysis and multiple regression to grasp the interaction between personal characteristic and organizational citizenship behavior. The result shows that organizational citizenship behavior according to personal characteristic is related to altruistic behavior, sport behavior and participation behavior. organizational commitment is highly related to extrovert, nervousness and congeniality. At the conclusion. relation between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior is related to definition and continuous service commitment. also suggesting sport-industrial organizational citizenship behavior and devotion.
