This literature review seeks to examine and verify the interactions and effects of Core muscles and Low Back Pain. Core or trunk are waist, pelvis, and abdomen muscles, which provide stable spine stabilization and body movement. These Core exercises are designed to show more muscle activity when performed in an unstable state, and there are various methods of exercise for Swiss ball movements, slings, and pier movements. In addition, Low Back Pain is experienced at least once in about 80% or more of the adult population. Low Back Pain There are many causes, but weakening of the lumbar trunk muscle strengthening reduces the stability of Core muscles, causing illness and pain. The interaction between these Low Back Pain and Core exercise depends on the exercise method of the previous study, but after participating in Core exercise, it is effective in improving the physical function and pain of back pain Low Back Pain. There are many causes of Low Back Pain, but Core exercise may be offered to prevent this. As a result, it is necessary to apply a lot of rehabilitation in the field of sports to systematically manage the competitiveness of athletes and the health of the general public, and to develop new training methods through verification of sustainable effects.
8주간의 척추안정화 운동이 볼링선수의 FMS와 하지 근기능에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of 8-week spinal stabilization exercise on functional movement screen(FMS) and lower extremity function of bowlers. After performing spinal stabilization exercise twice per week for 12 weeks, bowlers showed the following results. A 12-week spinal stabilization exercise program influenced changes in FMS, indicating significant differences in deep squat (p<.01), huddle step (p<.05), and inline lunge (p<.05). However, it showed non-significant differences in shoulder mobility, leg raise, push up, and rotary stability. This effect also influenced changes in lower extremity function. The spinal stabilization exercise significantly improved right and left extension in peak torque (p<.05), right flexion (p<.01), and left flexion (p<.001). With regard to changes in total work, the results showed a significant difference in left flexion (p<.01), but it indicated non-significant differences in right extension, left extension, and right flexion (p>.05). In average power, differences were significant in right extension (p<.05) and right and left flexion (p<.01), but it was non-significant in left extension (p<.05).

The study is for effect of sling exercise and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation on foot pressure and range of motion for strengthening quadriceps femoris and hamstring in accelerating training after total knee replacement. The study of subject is woman 40 enforcing total knee replacement on both of knees in July 2002, getting surgery again (total of two times) from infection on left knee joints in September 2003 and April 2004. The exercise was applied with level of not being hard on body and pain by total knee replacement exercise, sling exercise and PNF leg pattern exercise for 3 time a week. The study showed with significant differences to pressure rate of left and right side of subject before and after exercise on foot pressure. The measuring angle was increased in range of motion.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of acceleration core stabilization on anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction in taekwondo player after exercise training were performed for 24 weeks with case study. This study compared and analyzed the effects of isokinetic muscle function and visual analog scale(VAS) of taekwondo player on ACL reconstruction. 1. The isokinetic muscular function of the knee increased at the angular velocity of 60°/sec and the peak torque extension was similar to the unaffected side of the affected side. 2. The isokinetic muscular function of the knee increased at the angular velocity of 60°/sec and the peak torque flexion was similar to the unaffected side of the affected side. 3. The knee VAS decreased significantly after exercise training than before exercise training.

고강도 발목안정화 운동이 발목 염좌 대학생들의 발목 근파워와 자세균형에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a high intensity ankle stability exercise of ankle isokinetic muscle function and posture balance in college students with chronic ankle sprain. The high intensity ankle stability exercise group participated in the exercise program for short-term (12 times) and the effects on isokinetic muscle function(peak torque, total work) and posture balance(weight distribution index, stability index) were evaluated. The high intensity ankle stability exercise group in analyses of ankle muscle functions, as for changes in Peak Torque, significant improvements were shown in right and left Plantar Flexion. With regard to changes in total work, although significant improvements were shown in all variables. Posture balance was improved but no significant difference was seen. To conclude, applying the high intensity ankle stability exercise of short-term period appeared to effectively improve the fundamental ankle muscle function and posture balance in college students of chronic ankle sprain. This research can provide a guideline of the effective verification model of a high intensity ankle stability exercise of short-term period exercise program to college students of chronic ankle sprain.
왼발목ATFL 수술 후 가속 안정화 운동이 볼링선수의 보행기능과 발목관절의 가동범위에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the accelerated stabilization exercise program on the ankle joint gait function and range of motion after anterior talofibular ligament ankle surgery. The subjects were K elite bowling athletes who were treated with left ankle ATFL rupture and removed pin after 4 weeks of operation and accelerated ankle movements. Gait speed, Gait speed, and Cadence were measured using Optogait as a gait function test. Dorsi / Plantar Flexion and Inversion / Eversion were measured in range of motion. The exercise program was conducted 16 times for 4 weeks, 4 times a week. Double support, Gait cycle was decreased, and stride length, Gait speed, and Cadence increased after gait program. ROM was improved for Dorsi / Plantar Flexion and Inversion / Eversion, so that a short-term accelerated stabilization exercise program could be applied as an after-surgery rehabilitation exercise program.

The purpose of this study tried to identify what muscles show the most effective muscle activity through activity differences in each muscle and Kettlebell swing and Lunge known to be efficient for strengthening the lower limb leg by measuring and comparing muscle activities of lower limb muscles, including hip muscles, while performing Kettlebell swing and Lunge. A total of 24 healthy boy students were selected as subjects of this study, who had no pain nor surgical history of the knee or hip. Then, they were asked to perform Kettlebell swing and Lunge, 3 sets of 5 times at 50% of 1RM. The results of this study showed that the average muscle activity and the maximum muscle activity of Biceps femoris, gluteus maximus(p<.001), and gluteus medius made a statistically significant difference during Kettlebell swing (p<.001). These results are thought to be provided as basic materials for the development of programs for effectively strengthening low limb muscles.
