간호대학생의 의사소통능력이 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Communication cpmpetence of nursing students Clinical practice stress. Data were collected among 188 nursing students in G city, from Sep 5 to 20, 2021. The collected data was analyzed a using t-test, One way ANOVA, Pearson's correation coeffcient and Stepwise multiple regression using SPSS 20.0 WIN program. The average score for Communication cpmpetence was 3.54±0.41 and Clinical practice stress was 3.32±0.85. Clinical practice stress showed Models including the variables, Communication cpmpetence, Major satisfaction, Gender explained 30.4% of the variance in the Clinical practice stress. Based on the outcome of this study, steps should be taken to design intervention program that emphasize a improve Clinical practice stress for nursing students.
악성 소화기 종양에서 F-18 FDG PET 또는 PET/CT 검사의 의의

18F-FDG PET scan is an useful functional whole body imaging modality that images various types of malignancies with relative high sensitivity and specificity in a reasonably rapid time. It depicts a lesion based on abnormal glucose metabolism whereas CT detects malignant process mostly based on altered anatomy. In patients with gastric cancers, PET scan detects only less than 50% of early cancers and 62-98% of advanced cancers. For initial T staging, anatomical imaging with a high spatial resolution is essential. There are a few studies on the prognostic significance of FDG uptake with inconsistent results. In spite of low sensitivity for lymph node staging, the specificity of CT and PET scan are very high, and the specificity of PET scan tends to be higher than that of CT. Detection of distant metastases on PET scan is dependent on tumor histology, degree of FDG uptake in primary tumors, sites of distant metastases, etc. There are only a few data available for the evaluation of recurrence detection and treatment responses using FDG PET scan. FDG PET scan has been used in the preoperative staging of colorectal cancer with some promising results. It seems to be the most useful in restaging recurrent tumors and selecting those patients who would benefit from surgery. PET scan has a potential value in assessing treatment responses after various combination of treatments in patients with colorectal cancer. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2006;48:378-387)

PET detects only less than 50% of early gastric cancer and 62-98% of advanced gastric cancer. Therefore, mass screening programs are recommended for all adults over the age of 40 for early detection and early treatment of gastric cancer through endoscopy or various radiological tests. The most important step after being diagnosed with gastric cancer is accurate staging, which mainly evaluates tumor resectability to avoid unnecessary surgery. Important factors that affect tumor resectability are whether the tumor can be separated from adjacent organs or important blood vessels, the extent of lymph node metastasis, presence of peritoneal metastasis, or distant organ metastasis. To evaluate the extent of local tumor invasion, anatomical imaging that has superior spatial resolution is essential. There are a few studies on prognostic significance of FDG uptake with inconsistent results between them. In spite of lower sensitivities for lymph node staging, the specificities of CT and PET are very high, and the specificity for PET tends to be higher than that for CT. Limited data published so far show that PET seems less useful in the detection of lung and bone metastasis. In the evaluation of pleural or peritoneal metastasis, PET seems very specific but insensitive as well. When FDG uptake of the primary tumor is low, the distant metastasis is also known to show low FDG uptake reducing its detection. 스토리텔링 기반 수학 활동 수업이 아동의 학업성취도와 수학적 태도에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 스토리텔링 기반 수학 활동 수업이 아동의 학업성취도와 수학적 태도에 미치는 효과를 분석함으로써 초등학교 저학년 아동을 위한 수학과 교수·학습 방법의 개선에 도움을 주는 데 있다. 연구의 대상은 J도에 소재한 S초등학교 1학년의 2개 학급으로 1개 반은 실험 집단(25명), 다른 1개 반은 비교 집단(25명)이다. 실험처치는 6주 동안 정규 수학시간 중 수와 연산, 도형에 관한 3개 단원에서 12차시에 걸쳐 실험 집단은 스토리텔링 기반 수학 활동 수업을, 비교 집단을 교사용 지도서에 따른 일반적인 수학 수업을 실시하였다. 검사 도구는 학업성취도 검사와 수학적 태도 검사를 사전·사후 실시하여 비교하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 스토리텔링 기반 수학 활동 수업을 받은 집단이 일반적인 수학 수업을 실시한 집단보다 수학 학업성취도와 수학적 태도 점수가 높게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 초등학교 1학년 아동의 수학 수업에 스토리텔링 기반 수학 활동과 수업자료의 개발이 필요함을 시사한다. This study aimed to improve teaching and learning methods of mathematical education for children by examining how mathematical activities based upon storytelling affect children`s mathematical attitude and learning achievement. The subject was selected as an experimental group (twenty five students), while another class (twenty five students) was selected as a control group in the same school. For the experiment group, math classes based on storytelling were conducted over 6 weeks. The math classes consisted of 12 lessons that cover 3 units of the math class. For the control group, general math classes that follow a teacher`s guide book were conducted. The results of the study could be summarized as follows. The experimental group which studied math through the storytelling activities showed much more progress in learning achievement and improvement of mathematical attitude compared to the controlled group, In particular. the improvement was remarkable in the area of self-confidence, interest, and a sense of purpose. Overall, the results of this study implied that mathematical activities based on storytelling have positive effects on children education.
간호대학생의 과제가치가 수업참여도에 미치는 영향: 학업적 자기효능감 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of academic self-efficacy in the process that nursing students' task value affects class participation. The subjects of this study were 161 second-year students of the Department of Nursing at K University located in G city, and the data collection period was from October 5 to October 14, 2020. The mediating effect of academic self-efficacy in the relationship between task value and class participation was analyzed using Baron and Kenny's 3-step mediating effect verification procedure using simple and multiple regression analysis and the statistical significance of mediating effects was verified by the Sobel test. As a result of this study, task value and academic self-efficacy were major factors influencing class participation, and academic self-efficacy was found to be a significant partial mediating variable in the relationship between task value and class participation. These factors explained 55% of class participation. In order to increase learners' class participation, an integrated approach that can improve task value and academic self-efficacy is needed.
국소 간 종양의 조직적 특성을 평가하는데 있어 최근 핵의학의 역할

The role of scintigraphic imaging has moved from the detection of lesions to the tissue-specific characterization of lesions over the past 2 decades. Major advances in nuclear medicine imaging include: 1) positron imaging, 2) improved instrumentation, such as the use of multidetector (dual or triple head) gamma cameras for single photon emission computed tomography, and 3) development of numerous new radiopharmaceuticals for positron or single photon imaging ( labeled glucose analogue, amino acids, fatty acids, hormones, drugs, receptor ligands, monoclonal antibodies, etc). These advanced have resulted in a significantly improved efficacy of radionuclide techniques for the evaluation of various of focal gepatic tumors is reviewed in this article with an emphasis on the clinical applications of various tracer studies and imaging findings.
