In Chinese history, women have suffered oppression and discrimination under the feudalism for more two thousand years. They were on the unequal position in politics, economy and family. Since mid 19th century, the Chinese women's effort for liberation and equality has been connected with the Chinese modem revolution movements. K'ang Youwei's "Ta-t'ung shu" is a discussion on sexual equality consciousness. He speaks out against traditional image of female and significance in Confucianism. He also insisted woman's rights that was based on the natural rights of man and the theory of social evolution. He laid the theoretical foundation of modern feminism. For example, the following were among their findings: Logical Characteristics in the Formation of K'ang Youwei's "Ta-t'ung ' Idea, A Study of K'ang Youwei's Political Reform Thought: With Focus on 1898 Political Reform Movement, Articles announced at the second Sinology General Meeting: Sexual Equality Consciousness in K 'ang Youwei's "Ta-t'ung shu", The Women of Modem China and the Project of Nationalization. This thesis is to study the women's liberation thoughts from the final phase of Ch'ing dynasty to the beginning of Republic of China, mainly focusing on K'ang Youwei's thought and praxis, the forerunner of the women's liberation movement of modern China, During Hundred Days of Reform, K'ang Youwei appealed to Chinese women for the emancipation of women in China through campaigning "Movement for abolishing Chinese Footbinding" and establish a women's school. Considering situation, K 'ang Youwei can be evaluated as pioneer of women movement at that period from a standpoint that he integrated core matters for Feminism in China before "Chinese Revolution" and groped the solution for it. I will study out the realization of welfare society and women's political participation in modern China. His feminism means a wise mother and good wife and a wealthy country and a powerful army. Lastly, I will shed light on how females are participating in society and politics and focus on the problems that these change are causing.
ELL이 아토피 피부염 유발 NC / Nga 생쥐의 비장내 면역 관련 인자에 미치는 영향

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by inflammatory cell infiltration in the skin. This study was performed to assess the therapeutic effects of ELL on the DNCB-induced dermatitis in NC / Nga mice. ELL significantly reduced the total number of immune cells in spleen of approximately 22.6% (p<0.05) decreased. ELL significantly suppressed the Th cells number of CD3+(5.1%), CD3+/CD69+(43.1%, p<0.05), CD4+/CD25+(45.4%, p<0.05), CD4+(50.9%, p<0.05) in spleen. ELL significantly suppressed the B cells number of CD19+(34.1%, p<0.001), B220+/IgE+(44.2%, p<0.05) in spleen. ELL significantly reduced the number of CD11b+/Gr-1+(22.9%, p<0.01) cells existing in spleen. ELL significantly decreased the invasion of CD4+ and CCR3+cell in ear tissue compared with control group by using immunohistochemical staining. Taken together, these findings suggested that ELL has an anti-allergic activity and this might be useful for the clinical application to treat allergic diseases such as atopic dermatitis.

Atopic dermatitis most often affects infants and young children, but it can continue into adulthood or first show up later in life. Antiinflammatory drugs including steroid compounds such as prednisone and dexamethasone are generally used for atopic dermatitis therapy. Acute effects of these medication are expected in many cases, but long-term cure is not guaranteed in most of the cases due to severe side effects. The clinical severity of atopic dermatitis disorders was defined by classifying into 4 steps. The symptoms were evaluated by observing skin dryness, eruption and injury on the body parts such as the ears, face, head and back. The sections were stained with H&E and toluidine blue to differentiate inflammation, edema and mast cell in epidermis, dermis, keratinocytes, neutrophils and eosinophils. Measurement of inflammation cytokines in the serum for IL-6 and TNF-α cytokines levels in the serum ELISA kit. Then, inhibitory effects of inflammatory cytokines in atopic dermatitis induced NC/Nga mice by hydrolyzed products of baicalein(BE) treatment were investigated. The present data showed that an application of hydrolyzed products of baicalein(BE) in atopic dermatitis induced NC/Nga mice produced significant improvement against Atopic Dermatitis development and favorable regulation of inflammatory cytokine related to hypersensitive immune responses in Atopic Dermatitis tissues.

In order to improve the mechanical roperties of the Gangjin celadon BaTiO3 was added into the raw materials of celadon matrix. Through SEM and XRD analysis the structural changes were observed and the hardness values were measured. We could confirm that the mechanical strength considerably increased in the BaTiO3 added celadon through the measurement of hardness values. The increase of mechanical strength values in the celadon may result from the compositional change in the microstructure such as grain boundary area through EDAX analysis. We might suggest a fundamental idea to improve the mechanical intensity of the celadon.

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by inflammatory cell infiltration in the skin. This study was performed to assess the therapeutic effects of RMC on the DNCB-induced dermatitis in NC / Nga mice. 1. RMC administration significantly reduced clinical dermatitis severity including pruritus, edema, eczematous and erythema. 2. Histological findings indicated that the thickening of epidermis / dermis and dermal infiltration of inflammatory cells including mast cells were dramatically reduced. 3. The level of IL-4 in CD3 / CD28 activated splenocyte was downregulated, whereas that of IFN-γ was increased. Furthermore, the expression of eotaxin2 and CCR3 in skin were significanlty decreased. These data suggest that RMC may be effective therapeutic agents for the treatment of AD.
