        다양한 조직학적 소견을 보이는 간의 혈관근지방종: 간세포암종 혹은 염증성 거짓종양과 유사한 8예

        Background/Aims: Hepatic angiomyolipoma (AML) is a rare mesenchymal tumor of the liver and demonstrates a marked histologic diversity. HMB-45 is a promising immunomarker for this tumor and especially helpful to diagnosis of some AMLs with unusual morphology. The purpose of this study was to better define the variable histologic feature of hepatic AML. Methods: Eight hepatic AMLs were examined, and all of that were resection specimens. The diagnosis was confirmed by the presence of HMB-45 positive cells. Median age was 41.5 years old, and mean size of tumor was 8.94 cm. Results: Conventional mixed type was 5 cases which showed myomatous, angiomatous and lipomatous component, and 3 cases were myomatous predominant. Variable patterns including spider web cell morphology, solid sheet-like and trabecular pattern were identified on myomatous component and variable amount and patterns of inflammatory cell infiltration was identified. Conclusions: With only histologic features, it is difficult to distinguish hepatic AML from other hepatic tumor including hepatocellular carcinoma or inflammatory pseudotumor. A correct diagnosis of hepatic AML is possible by a close histologic examination with immunohistochemical stainings such as HMB-45 which is important to patient`s prognosis.

        신생아 저산소성 허혈성 뇌손상에서 신경줄기세포의 치료적 적용

        Neural stem cells (NSCs) are characterized by a capacity for self-renewal, differentiation into multiple neural cell lineages, and migration toward damaged sites in the central nervous system (CNS). NSCs expanded in culture could be implanted into the brain where they integrate into host neural circuitry and stably express foreign genes. It hence appears that transplantation of NSCs has been proposed as a promising therapeutic strategy in neurological disorders. During hypoxic-ischemic (HI)brain injury, factors are transiently elaborated to which NSCs respond by migrating to degenerating regions and differentiating towards replacement of dying neural cells. In addition, NSCs serve as vehicles for gene delivery and appear capable of simultaneous neural cell replacement and gene therapy (e.g. with factors that might enhance neuronal differentiation, neurites outgrowth, proper connectivity,neuroprotection, and/or immunomodulatory substances). When combined with certain synthetic biomaterials, NSCs may be even more effective in ‘engineering’the damaged CNS towards reconstitution. Human NSCs were isolated from the forebrain of an aborted fetus at 13 weeks of gestation and were grown as neurospheres in cultures. After the characterization of human NSCs in preclinical testing and the approval of the IRB, a clinical trial of the transplantation of human NSCs into patients with severe perinatal HI brain injury has been performed. The existing data from these clinical trials have shown to be safe, well tolerated, and of neurologicallysome benefits. Therefore, long-term and large scale multicenter clinical study is required to determine its precise therapeutic effect and safety.

        5G 특화망의 성공적 정착을 위한 보안 고려사항 연구

        As Naver and Samsung Electronics commercialized the nation's first Private 5G service in June 2022, competition to take the lead in the domestic Private 5G market has accelerated. The Private 5G technology can expand 5G technology to the B2B market, which was formerly limited to only the B2C market. It can be used in various fields, such as manufacturing, logistics, AI, and transportation. According to a market outlook by Grand View Research, the global Private network market is expected to grow at an average annual rate of 49 percent and reach 50 trillion by 2030. The high growth rate of the Private 5G market could revitalize the 5G industry and play a significant role as a bridge to the 6G digital exchange. However, security must be provided for the successful settlement and growth of Private 5G services. Thus, policies such as security guidelines and considerations are essential. However, research on security guidelines or considerations for private networks is at its early stage worldwide, and Korea is at a time of inadequacy. Therefore, to contribute to the development and prosperity of Private 5G services, this paper proposes Private 5G network security considerations based on security threat analysis for Private 5G networks. 2022년 6월, 네이버와 삼성전자가 국내 최초 5G 특화망 서비스를 상용화함에 따라 국내 5G 특화망 시장의 주도권을 확보하기 위한 경쟁이 가속화되었다. 5G 특화망은 기존 B2C 시장에 국한되어 있던 5G 기술을 B2B 시장으로 확장시켜 줄 수 있는 기술이며, 제조업, 물류, IT, 운송업 등 다양한 분야에 활용될 수 있다. Grand View Research의 시장전망 분석에 따르면 전 세계 특화망 시장규모는 연평균 49% 성장률을 보여 2030년 50조에 이를 것으로 전망했다. 높은 성장률을 보이는 5G 특화망 서비스의 발전은 5G 산업의 활성화를 초래할 수 있으며 더 나아가 6G로 넘어가는 단계에 브릿지 역할을 할 수 있기에 매우 의의가 있다. 하지만, 5G 특화망 서비스의 성공적 정착 및 성장을 위해서는 보안이 선행되어야 하며 보안 지침 및 고려사항과 같은 정책이 필수적이다. 그러나 특화망을 위한 보안 고려사항 또는 지침에 관한 연구는 전 세계적으로도 초기단계이며, 우리나라는 미비한 시점이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 5G 특화망 서비스가 본격화되기 이전에 서비스의 안전성을 높이기 위해 5G 특화망에 대한 보안 위협 분석을 기반으로 5G 특화망 보안 고려사항을 제안하고자 한다.
