충남방적(주)의 전산관리업무 아웃소싱 성과에 관한 연구

기업의 경영혁신과 관련하여 최근 널리 성행하고 있는 것이 기업간 전략적 제휴(strategic alliance) 및 아웃소싱(outsourcing) 전략이다. 이와 같은 아웃소싱은 기업의 가치사슬(value chain) 활동의 여러 분야에서 다양하게 행해지고 있는데, 그 중의 하나가 전산관리 부문에 있어서의 아웃소싱 활동이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라 전산관리업무 아웃소싱의 효시라 할 수 있는 충남방적의 아웃소싱 사례를 분석함으로써, 향후 아웃소싱 전략을 모색하고 있는 기업들에게 의미있는 전략적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. In present, The strategic alliance and outsourcing strategy is used for managerial innovation of the Firms. Especially, The outsourcing activity of the information management field of the firms` s value-chain functions is very important and difficult. Accordingly, Through analyzing on the Choong Nam Spinning Company Case in this paper is provide the strategic findings into the firms in pursuit to the interfirm outsorcing strategy in the near future.

일본의 유통장벽에 관한 실증연구 -대일 수출 한국 제조업체를 중심으로-

본 연구는 한국의 주요 교역국이자 최대 무역적자를 기록하고 있는 일본에 수출활동을 수행하는 한국의 제조업체를 대상으로 독특한 상거래 관행 등에 기인한 일본의 유통 장벽을 구체적이고 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 일본의 유통장벽은 유통구조상의 요인, 거래관계상의 요인, 거래관행상의 요인에 걸쳐 총 25개 조사항목 모두에서 구조적이고 관행적으로 만연해 있으며, 특히 유통구조상의 요인과 거래관행적 요인이 거래관계적 요인들 보다 광범위하고 상대적으로 심각한 유통장벽이 되고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 일본 진출을 모색하고 있는 한국 제조업체들의 수출 및 유통성과 제고를 위한 대응전략을 모색하고자 한다. Recently, The Korean manufacturers are increased in the Export of the Japan market. But the Export performance of the Korean firms are decreased by the Japan`s distribution barriers. Accordingly, Through analyzing on the distribution barriers of Japan, In this paper it provides the strategic findings into the Korean firms in pursuit to entry in Japan.

본 연구는 최대 교역상대국으로 부상하고 있는 한국과 중국의 물류장벽을 상대방 국가에 진출한 제조업체를 대상으로 구체적인 양국의 물류장벽을 분석하는데 주안점을 두고 실시하였다. 구체적으로 양국의 물류장벽은 Carter(1997) 등의 연구에서 사용된 평가항목을 준용하였으며, 통계분석을 위해 양국에 진출한 제조업체들을 대상으로 설문조사법을 활용하여 자료를 수집한 후 평균값분석과 유의성 검증을 위한 t-검증을 실시하였다. 또한 한국의 물류장벽이 중국기업의 한국시장 진출에 어떠한 영향관계에 있는지를 분석하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 양국의 물류장벽에는 평가항목별로 상당한 차이가 있으며 한국의 물류 장벽이 중국기업의 한국시장 진출에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 통계적으로 규명하였다. Following such outcome, leading corporate around the world are seeking to secure their opportunity in the market through expansion in China. Korea also has intensified their investments in China and has become the country to invest the most. On the other side, number of Korean companies that have invested in China resulted in lack of achievements or failure, Number of reasons have been brought up such as unique commercial practice in China, base legislation in socialism, limited distribution and collectivism. These factors have provided with uncertainty and have limited our market approach, Also, A number of Chinese firms that have invested in Korea resulted in lack of achievements or failure due to various barriers in Korea, Accordingly, Through analyzing on the logistics barriers of two nations, In this paper it provides the strategic findings into the firms in pursuit to entry in China and Korea.

논문 : 중국진출 한국 기업의 물류 아웃소싱 성과에 관한 실증연구

본 연구는 한국의 최대 투자국으로 부상하고 있는 중국에 진출한 한국의 화주기업을 대상으로 제3자 물류서비스 활용성과를 화주특성과 물류서비스 공급업체와의 파트너십 특성을 고려하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 규모면에서는 대기업이, 업종면에서는 유통업이, 진출지역 면에서는 산동성, 북경시, 하북성, 동북3성 지역이, 진출형태 면에서는 단독투자 방식이, 파트너십 유형면에서는 전략적 아웃소싱 형태가 물류성과가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 중국 진출 한국기업의 물류성과 제고방안을 제시하였다. in 2000 has been displaying enormous market potential with intense economic growth and open market promotion.
