SF genre in the Japanimation has a philosophical characteristic of identity problem between the human being and the cyborg. Especially Oshii Mamoru's <Ghost in the Shell> reminds us typical and classical arguments about mind-body relationship of the human being's identity arguments replacing that by cyborg's ghost-shell relationship. From another perspective, the identity problem through <Ghost in the Shell> is connected with Japan's national identity conflict from the outside as well as from the inside. In the information society, lives of individuals are intertwined with hyper technology, especially humanized cyborg and are controlled by the central system which represents the power of info-imperialism. Since Japan is recognized as the nation of techno-empire, the future society based technology means 'Japanised' in a sens, so the characters of the film- cyborg, cyborg-human being, human being- respond to the twisted 'Techno-Orientalism'. The narrative text has two levels; recit d'evenment and recit de paroles. The first one follows up the resolution of the mysterious puppet master's project confirming thriller genre's narrative convention. However the second one suggests continuously the heroin named Kusanaki Mokoto's identity conflict. It is interesting to analyze the signification of above question being inspired by Donald Davidson's Anomalous Monism. According to Davidson, there is no strict physical and psychological law between mental events and physical events. Therefore there will be some possibility to presume a casual relationship as well as casual identity. This thesis make us to introspect the connotation of significance regarding cyborg's identity problem relating live's identity on which this text focus through Kusanaki, Puppet Master, Cleaners' fake memory problem and so on……

올리고당 첨가가 백설기의 호화 및 노화에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 사이클로덱스트린, 이소말토올리고당, 프럭토올리고당, 말토테트로오즈를 3%, 6%, 9%씩 각각 첨가하여 아밀로그래프 특성 검사, 호화도 검사, 경도 및 색도 측정, X선 결정성 검사와 관능검사를 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 싸이클로 덱스트린은 아밀로그래프 특성 검사에서 전분의 호화중진 및 노화 지연 효과를 보였고, 백설기에 첨가한 후 호화도 검사, 경도 측정, 결정성 검사에서 모두 노화 억제 효과를 나타냈다. 이소말토올리고당과 프럭토올리고당의 경우 아밀로그래프 특성에서는 전분의 노화억제 효과가 있었으나 백설기에 첨가한 후에는 호화도 검사와 경도 측정에서 노화억제효과를 보이지 않았다. 말토테트로오즈는 사이클로덱스트린보다는 효과가 크진 않지만 아밀로그래프 특성 검사, 경도측정, 결정성 검사에서 떡의 노화 억제 효과를 보였다. 그리고 이들 올리고당들을 첨가한 백설기의 관능적인 특성들은 무첨가군과 큰 유의차가 없었다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 백설기에 사이클로덱스트린 6% 첨가군과 말토테트로오즈 6% 첨가군에서 노화가 효과적으로 억제되었고, 무첨가군과 비교해서 관능적인 특성에서 큰 유의차가 없으므로 기호도를 저하시키지 않으면서 백설기의 저장성 개선을 위한 방안으로 사이클로덱스트린 6% 첨가가 가장 효과적인 것으로 판단되며, 말토테트로오즈 6% 첨가도 좋은 효과를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. Four different oligosaccharides used to determine their effects on gelatinization and retrogradation of Backsulgies(BSG), Korean traditional rice cake, were cyclodextrin, isomaltooligosaccharide, fructooligosaccharide and maltotetrose, with 3 or 6%(w/w), based on the rice flour. From the Amylograph and blue value data, adding 6% cyclodextrin into the rice flour fastened the gelatinzation process, and delayed the retrogradation in stored BSG at 4$\^{C}$ for up to 3 days, probably due to its cyclic structure. Using rheometer, the hardness of freshly made BSG added with cyclodextrin was significantly lower than that of control BSG, and increased with storage time in all BSGs at refrigerated temperature. When using maltotetrose in rice flour, the hardness of BSG was also significantly low, but slightly higher than that of cyclodextrin. Hunter “L” value in BSG decreased with the addition of oligosaccharides, but the higher the level of oligosaccharide in BSG, the insignificant the Hunter “a”,“b” values of BSG. From the X-ray diffraction studies, the rice flour showed typical A pattern, and the crystallinities of all BSG gave amorphous V type. The highest peaks of X-ray patterns in BSG added with 6% cyclodextrin or maltotetrose were, however, lower than that of the control, meaning the less crystalline, retrograded starch in the former BSGs. Based on sensory evaluation, BSG added with all oligosacchrides were not significantly different in taste, flavor, chewiness, moistness and overall preferences, with slightly darker color with longer storage time, compared to the control BSG.

Korea's latest box office boom shows the trend of filmmakers using Cho-Pok movie (Korean Gangster theme) as the main genre for treatment in their work. This popularization of the Cho-Pok genre is evident in not only the number of films based on this subject, but the large number of viewers who currently see these movies. This fact leads to the question of: Why is such a violent subject now being adopted as a main comic genre? The objective of this study is to analyze and interpret the function of the Cho-Pok genre in terms of the relevance of its social function beyond the esthetic level, in particular, focusing on the gender politic role. In this context, the Cho-Pok comedies are the current manifestation of the genre combination rule which follows the popularization of the action/gangster melodrama/comedy of the last decade. This study analyzes several socio-cultural facts as well as the ideological effects related to gender politics beyond the genres role in purely capitalistic terms Korea's recent economic crisis and the decreasing power of the male as a head of household. In this sense, the Cho-Pok comedies have the function of restoring maleness, and symbolize aggressiveness, dominance, violence and physical power. Rita Felski calls this tendency 'Nostalgia Paradigm', where bygone days are considered as ideal. In light of this, it is not surprising that Friend acts as the root of Cho-Pok comedy and is based in Busan in the 1970s and is introduced along the theme of once upon a time, during the happy days when four friends were together. In this male-based fantasy, it seems that Cho-Pok Wife is a very different genre text. This is because the film presents the female figure as a gangster boss as an exception. At first glance it seems that this text expands the area of gender, but upon closer examination of the characters and narrative strategy, it is apparent that the female characters are divided into the pseudo female and the whore and are deeply influenced by male fantasy. The narrative is a combination of the femme fatale scenario and the gangster genre. This study concludes that the influences behind the recent trends in Korean cinema are very much focused on male-centered, unbalanced gender politice. In light of this, Korean cinema should introduce a more balanced presentation of multi gender politics based on real life phenomena.
