Lithium-ion batteries(LIB) have many advantages and are widely used as power devices for smartphones, electric vehicles and are becoming an essential element in modern society. As the usage of LIB increases, the number of batteries that are discarded after use increases, which leads to a fire. LIB fires are usually caused by overcharging, but in the case of LIB waste, environmental factors dominate. Therefore, as a result of confirming the explosion risk of LIB according to changes in temperature, humidity, and SOC(state of charge) in this study, it was concluded that the LIB waste has a higher rate of temperature increase in a high-humidity environment than in a low-humidity environment. Therefore, in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, the time to reach thermal runaway of the LIB waste is shortened, and thus the LIB waste is exposed to the of explosion more quickly.
실린더 잠자리 눈 렌즈의 정밀도가 선형 빔의 장축 균일도 및 경사도에 미치는 영향

본 논문은 OLED 제작 공정에 사용하는 레이저 박리(laser lift-off, LLO) 장비의 실린더 렌즈를 사용하는 선형 빔 광학계의 장축 성능에 대한 연구로서, 실린더 렌즈의 편심을 7가지로 분류하고 정의하였으며, 측정 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 실린더 잠자리 눈 렌즈의 면정밀도와 편심, 사용방식 등이 선형 빔 광학계의 장축 성능에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석 및 실험 결과를 제시하고, 장축 성능을 향상시키기 위한 향후 진행방향을 제시하였다. This paper reports a study on the long axis performance of the line beam optics used in laser lift-off equipment for the OLED manufacturing process. The centration errors of the cylindrical lens are classified and defined in seven categories, and the measurement methods are presented. The cylindrical fly-eye lens is analyzed theoretically and experimentally to find the influence of the surface shape error and decentering error on the long axis performance of the line beam optics system. A future research direction is also presented to improve the long axis performance.
