The purpose of this study is to explore the hydrological impacts and soil loss variation due to the land use change of Namak New Town development area. The analysis of hydrological effects and soil loss variation has been carried out using GIS in this study. In order to estimate the peak runoff volumn, the Rational Method which is the most popular technique to predict runoff amounts is used. To estimate the soil loss in the study area, Universal Soil Loss Equation(USLE), which is one of the most comprehensive and useful technique to predict soil ersion is adopted. The result of this study has shown that the peak runoff volume and the total soil loss increse according to the land use change. The peak runoff volume and the total soil loss have been incresed about 2 time and about 48 times more than that of pre development. The increasing of the peak runoff volume can be effective erosion, flooding and so on. A careful city planning is the first essential step to minimize the environmental impacts and to construct the ecological city.
개화기 문학 교육의 문제점과 개선 방향 : 고등학교의 문학 교과서를 중심으로

This study is to find problems of the literature textbooks of high school and provide ways to improve them by considering the literature of enlightenment period in the textbooks. When thinking the reality in which the literature of enlightenment period is not paid as much attention as modern literature or traditional one is, it will be meaningful to analyze literature textbooks of high school and find out the problems related. Classifying the period of the enlightenment is so confusing and of so various kinds that even teachers feel confused. Though it is a matter that is needed to be discussed more in the academic world, it will be reasonable to standardize roughly how to classify the period of the enlightenment and teach students. Another thing is naming the literature of enlightenment period. Since it is impossible to accept every theory of all scholars, it will be much better to choose the one widely accepted and use it in the textbooks. Moreover, in the 7th Curriculum, the number of works is decreased in the textbooks and works of enlightenment period is found neither in the textbooks of middle school nor in the textbooks of high school when works of modern times and of traditional times are. And Korean SAT has not make any questions out of literature of enlightenment period. As a result, teachers teaching literature in schools tend to put less emphasis on literature of this period, and in turn, students are affected not to read the works. In addition, it is hard to find works of enlightenment period and this is another difficulty in education of literature in the enlightenment period. As ways to improve the problems pointed out previously, this study suggest to standardize how to classify the periods and name them, to put works of the enlightenment period in the textbooks of middle school and high school, to furnish works of the period so as to help students to read whenever they want, and so on. When the problems are improved in the way suggested here, the education of the literature of enlightenment period will be done properly.

본 연구는 2019년 제정된 건축물 내진설계 기준에 따라 등가정적하중을 이용한 내진계산에 따른 설계지진력을 검토한 결과에 대하여 유한요소해석을 통한 유효성 검증을 목적으로 하였다. 열원장비 내진설계에서 건축물 내진설계 기준에 따라 등가정적하중을 이용한 내진설계의 방법을 제시하고, 내진앵커, 내진 스프링 마운트, 이동방지/전도방지 내진 스토퍼를 이용한 지지방식을 분류하였다. 등가정적하중을 이용한 내진계산을 통하여 선정된 내진 제품의 경우 유한요소해석 결과 성능을 만족함을 연구를 통해 확인하였다.
新都市 開發에 따른 土壤 流失量 變異 豫測에 關한 硏究

The purpose of this study is to estimate the soil loss due to land use change in a large scale land development by analyzing before and during development with the Geographic Information System (GIS). To estimate the soil loss in the experimental area, the Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE), which is the most comprehensive and useful technique to predict soil erosion is adopted. Predicted the environmental problems in the Okam New Town Development area are erosion and soil loss due to exposing the land surface during development. It is expected to cause serious environmental problems in neighboring areas. It will cause eutrophication of water and increased water level in neighboring Lake Youngsan. The possible alternatives to these the problems are as follows. The primary method of erosion control in such development is to stabilize the exposed surface with vegetation. However, the revegetation of the exposed surface will be very difficult in this case due to poor environmental conditions such as insufficient nutrition, soil oxidation, and the loss of organic matter. Therefore, special techniques for revegetation are necessary. Additionally, appropriately sized sediment basins must be installed to prevent outflow of the sediments which can be a serious environmental problem. Erosion and sediment control plans are generally prepared after a site development plan has been proposed. After street alignments, building pads, cutting and filling have been drawn on a site map, engineers are asked to provide some facilities like sediment basins to control erosion because the city requires erosion control. This is not an ideal scenario controlling erosion, and it often results in totally ineffective plans. If grading is proposed in areas of high erosion potential, as on steep slopes and highly erodible soils, it may be impossible to prevent erosion. Therefore, careful systematic site planning is an essential first step in the control of erosion and sediment.
